Working closely with our hardware experts you will build the multi-year strategy for how Stripe will continue to enhance the scalability, reliability, usability, and market differentiation of the software capabilities of our in-person commerce devices.
In this role, you will work with a spectrum of users, from our largest platforms to small start ups as well as external technology partners to deeply understand user needs and market trends. You will obsess over stability, scalability, and expanding our product while delivering the best in person experiences in the world.
Set a motivating multi-year vision for device software in partnership with the Hardware team and then break it down into measurable, meaningful milestones for the Terminal OS Platform Team and the Firmware team. This includes creating buy-in, crafting roadmaps and OKRs, and navigating trade-offs.

As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be a player-coach leading a high-caliber engineering team building advanced platforms. Depending on your area of ownership, you may lead one or more teams across domains including Control Plane (edge/cloud compute), Dev/Sec Ops, Data Platform & Governance, High Scale Event Processing (hundreds of billions of events per day), Mobile Platforms, SRE & Operations, or Radar Platform (our core web/cloud customer experience). You will be technically hands-on in delivery while setting strategic direction, growing engineers, and collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders and partner teams.
The best engineering managers here are strong engineers first. You'll be expected to contribute meaningfully to design, review code, and engage deeply with technical problems, not just manage the process around them. We move fast, and you've done it before. You know how to maintain a high quality bar without sacrificing velocity, and you bring the judgment to know when to push and when to slow down just enough to get it right.
At RADAR, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. The expected base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.You will also be eligible to receive other benefits including: equity, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, life and disability benefits, 401k plan, flexible time off, and paid parental leave. MongoDB is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the strategy and execution for two tightly integrated layers of our core database: Replication and Storage Engines (WiredTiger). Together, these layers underpin MongoDB’s durability, availability, and performance for customers running mission-critical workloads.
This role spans two very different levels of customer visibility. Replication is, at its core, about keeping a distributed system in sync. Customer-facing concepts like failover, read concerns, and write concerns are how those guarantees surface. Customers understand and articulate those directly. WiredTiger internals like eviction, checkpointing, and cache management are invisible to customers, but are often blamed when "the system is misbehaving". You’ll need to move comfortably between both worlds: translating ambiguous customer symptoms into precise priorities for the storage engines team deep in the stack, while driving the replication roadmap and partnering with fellow database product managers on cross-cutting concerns.

The Role
Mode Mobile is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for a recently acquired multimillion dollar utility app. Over time, you’ll expand your ownership to other newly acquired and organically developed mobile applications. This is a senior-level, high-ownership role for a proven product leader who combines business acumen, operational excellence, and user empathy.
You will be responsible for continuing to grow and optimize a mobile app with over 2M DAU with annual revenue exceeding $10M. And as you take on new products, you’ll work to identify high opportunity strategies that can drive growth and profitability, driving meaningful business outcomes. You will work closely with the Director of Product and General Manager of your business unit, cross-functional teams, and executives to establish the roadmap, lead teams, and set the bar for world-class product management.
