As an Electrical Engineer at Carbon Robotics you’ll be a key part of the team that designs and manages the eyes and ears of our robots.  You will lead the selection, integration, and validation of the sensors and industrial components that allow our Laserweeder and autonomous systems to navigate rugged agricultural environments. You’ll do whatever it takes - which might include going to the farm - to ensure our customers have reliable and safe products.

What you’ll do:

• Identify and evaluate high performance sensors (LiDAR, Radar, IMU, GPS, Cameras), and industrial and automotive components (PLCs, power supplies, automotive ethernet switches) to meet the rigorous demands of 24/7 farming.
• Own the hardware lifecycle of these COTS components. This includes everything from research, vendor qualification, trade studies, mechanical and electrical integration, software integration (with software engineering team), testing, and in field support.

As a Electrical Engineer, Edge Compute at Carbon Robotics be a key part of the team that designs and manages the distributed computing infrastructure that is the heart of our robots. You are responsible for the specification, design, vendor management, integration, and thermal/electrical management of the compute and network clusters. You’ll ensure our mobile platforms can survive the harsh vibrations, dust, and heat of the farm while maintaining peak processing performance. You’ll do whatever it takes - which might include going to the farm - to ensure our customers have reliable and safe products.

What you’ll do:

• Work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team to design revolutionary products
• Own the specification, design/selection, qualification and integration of high-performance compute and network modules.
• Lead testing of compute and networking hardware through environmental, power quality, and EMI/EMC qualification campaigns.

The Role

You’ll help define and execute the next generation of Sleep Doctor’s e-commerce business and product strategy in our emerging brands vertical, with a strong focus on CPAP and Bedding Products, Home Sleep Tests, and other sleep oriented products. As a Respiratory Therapist, Digital Care, you will provide excellent customer service and product information, solutions and relevant details to patients.  Most importantly, this position provides above and beyond communication with our patients so that they feel heard, understood, valued and more connected with our sleep apnea brand.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze home sleep test results to identify patterns and abnormalities. Communicate findings clearly and effectively to customers. Address customer questions and concerns. 
• Provide equipment recommendations based on sleep test results and physician recommendations ensuring alignment with individual customer needs and treatment plans.
• Drive sales of CPAP, BiPAP, and related therapy equipment, ensuring recommendations align with physician orders and individual treatment plans.
• Follow up with patients promptly to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and reinforce commitment to therapy.
• Perform virtual demonstration and education of respiratory therapy equipment. 
• Train and educate consumers on use of equipment and answer any inquiries related to services or equipment.
• Keep track of industry news and developments. Maintain working knowledge of current DME products and services offered by the company, including initial qualifications for PAP devices.
• Provide technical support for PAP patients, referrals, and team members.
• Maintain good relations with clients and consult with referring physicians regarding patient treatment, medical conditions, and home environments.
• Identify programs or initiatives that potentially could increase company revenues, decrease costs, and/or increase customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize delivery expenses and provide efficient service to customers.

Who You Are

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with a minimum of 2–3 years of DME experience required. Sleep credential (RRT-SDS or RPSGT) strongly preferred.
• Be able to troubleshoot and provide recommendations for appropriate CPAP masks, CPAP and BiPAP equipment.
• You are patient focused. You start with the patient and work backwards. You invest the time and energy to understand the patients’ objectives, then tie all your activities directly to the achievement of those objectives.
• Be able to set up and operate devices such as CPAP and BiPAP machines.
• Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME), specific to Sleep Apnea and CPAP Products.

Compensation Range

Base Salary Range: $68,000-75,000 annually. Note that final compensation is subject to the candidate’s specific qualifications and location, as well as the needs of the company.

The Company currently provides medical, vision, and dental insurance and 100% of the employee  medical, vision,   and   dental   premiums  covered   by   the   Company.  There is an option to participate in both a medical FSA and dependent care FSA. We offer a 401(k) plan, with fully matching contributions up to 3% of salary and 50% matching from 3% to 5% of salary. About the Engagement 

This is a defined-scope, 90-day independent contractor engagement to support a specific business development initiative within the Sleep Media division. The contractor will operate independently, set their own schedule and methods, and deliver against the project scope outlined below. The engagement is fully remote and is not a salaried or employment role.

Project Scope 

The contractor will be engaged to deliver the following outcomes over the 90-day engagement period:

• Develop a qualified prospect database of advertisers across target verticals (pharma, GLP-1, digital health, telehealth, mattress and bedding, sleep technology, and adjacent health and wellness categories), with contacts loaded into our CRM
• Design and execute outbound email sequences against the prospect database
• Produce vertical-specific pitch decks adapted from templates
• Re-engage cold and lapsed prospects to surface qualified opportunities
• Deliver qualified, meeting-ready opportunities for handoff to the Sleep Media commercial team
• Provide a written summary of activity and pipeline contribution each week.

Working Arrangement

• The contractor sets their own hours and work location
• Estimated effort is approximately 20–25 hours per week, not to exceed 30 hours in any given week
• The contractor uses their own equipment and tools, with access provided to Sleep Doctor’s CRM and asset library as needed to perform the contracted work
• Sleep Doctor will designate a point of contact for asset access, collateral handoff, and milestone reviews. The contractor is not subject to day-to-day supervision and is responsible for determining how the work is performed

Contractor Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in media sales, ad sales, or business development, ideally in digital publishing, health and wellness, or programmatic
• Proven track record of independent outbound prospecting with measurable pipeline results
• Working proficiency with CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable) and Google Workspace
• Strong written communication... outbound copy is a core deliverable
• Ability to independently produce sales collateral in Google Slides
• Self-directed contractor with experience operating against project scope rather than employer direction
• Bonus: existing relationships in pharma, supplements, mattress, or telehealth verticals

Compensation 

This is an independent contractor engagement compensated at a fixed project rate of $18,000, paid in three milestone installments over the 90-day engagement (30, 60, and 90 days), tied to delivery against the project scope above.

As an independent contractor, the contractor is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and any business expenses. This engagement does not include benefits, paid time off, or employment status. The contractor may engage other clients during this period.

As a Sales Operations Analyst at Carbon Robotics, you’ll be the operational and analytical engine behind our commercial team. You’ll own our HubSpot CRM, build the dashboards and reports leadership relies on to run the business, keep our pipeline clean and trustworthy, and turn data into the insights that help us sell faster and smarter.

This role reports directly to the CFO and is based in-person at our Seattle headquarters. You’ll have unique visibility and influence for an early-career role as you work with our CEO and other senior leaders. The ceiling is as high as you make it.

What you’ll do:

• Own HubSpot as our system of record — keep data accurate, clean, and trustworthy, and design scalable processes
• Build and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and forecasts that give the CEO, CFO and sales leadership a clear, real-time view of pipeline health, deal velocity, and revenue performance
• Run weekly pipeline and forecast reviews with the sales team. Spot risk, flag stalled deals, and push for clean handoffs across the funnel
• Analyze sales and commercial data to surface what’s working and what’s not: win rates, cycle time, territory performance, rep productivity, conversion by stage and turn findings into concrete recommendations
• Improve the sales process end-to-end, from lead routing and opportunity stages to deal desk, quoting, and contract handoff. If it’s broken or slow, you fix it
• Support quota setting, territory planning, and sales compensation calculations
• Onboard new reps onto HubSpot and our sales process, and write the documentation so we don’t re-teach the same thing twice
• Partner with marketing, finance, and field operations on anything that touches the revenue motion

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for Success:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, sales analytics or a similar analytical role
• Hands-on experience with a CRM. HubSpot strongly preferred; Salesforce or similar is fine if you can pick up HubSpot fast
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills. Comfortable building models, pivot tables, and clean reports from messy data
• A “motor” — self-starter who takes ownership, moves fast, isn’t afraid to take risks or try new things, and owns the outcome

THE PROGRAM

The VEG New ER Doctor (NERD) program is designed to transform practicing non-emergency veterinarians into exceptional, confident VEG ER doctors. This six-month deep dive into the action of emergency is a structured, immersive program like no other that allows participants to transition into full-time ER doctors at VEG after successful completion. Integrating academic and clinical teachings with individualized mentorship, this program fuels a passion for ER and creates a deeper meaning around life-saving veterinary heroics. If you’re hungry to learn how to do ER, perform surgeries, advance your endoscopy skills, learn about exotics, and discover the unique rewards of customer-focused care in an open concept hospital, we find a way to say yes to training you in our NERD program.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Work side-by-side with experienced VEG doctors who will mentor you through real ER cases, offering guidance and feedback every step of the way. This isn’t just shadowing—it’s hands-on learning with built-in mentorship.
• New ER Doctors (a.k.a. NERDS!) get up-close, firsthand ER experience, working 3-4 hospital shifts per week (days, swings, and nights), as well as through weekly case discussions, literature reviews, and hands-on training at state-of-the-art facilities. 
• Learn best practices for client-centered communication and care, the VEG Way.

What CE experiences can you expect to attend during the program?

From hands-on training to weekly didactic learning, NERD program participants earn over 160 RACE-approved CE hours in just six months—which takes most doctors 10 years to complete! Some CE highlights include: 

• Abdominal, thoracic and cardiac point-of care ultrasound
• Exotic companion animals in the ER
• Flexible GI endoscopy
• Small animal emergency surgery
• Small animal critical care lab
• RECOVER ALS and BLS Rescuer CPR certification

• Support calendar management by helping to schedule and coordinate meetings, flagging conflicts and escalating as needed to the Senior EA.
• Anticipate executive needs and proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve team efficiency

• Rollout Management: Lead the 90-day pilot of the new channel strategy. Coordinate between Marketing (lead gen), Sales (outreach), and Operations (fulfillment) to ensure a seamless provider onboarding experience.
• Data & Optimization: Establish the KPIs for channel health. Track conversion rates from "Initial Contact" to "Active Referring Provider" and provide a roadmap for post-contract scaling.

What You Bring To The Role

• 5+ years in GTM Strategy, Product Marketing, GTM Consulting, B2B SaaS, Business Development, specifically within the Healthcare or HealthTech space.
• Familiarity with physician referral patterns, medical billing/reimbursement, or diagnostic services is a significant plus. Experience in clinical sleep care would be very beneficial, but not required.
• You don't just hand over a slide deck; you build the templates, the CRM workflows, and the talk tracks.
• Ability to look at a market map and identify where the "low-hanging fruit" meets long-term strategic value.

Compensation Range

$100-150/hr. Note that final compensation is subject to the candidate’s specific qualifications and location, as well as the needs of the company. This is a contract role, with estimated ~40hrs/month for 3/months.

As a Robot Systems Software Engineer  at Carbon Robotics you will work alongside your software, mechanical and electrical peers to build AI and robotics products. In particular, you will be involved in the design and implementations of robot side features and algorithms.

You’ll do whatever it takes - which might include going to the farm - to ensure our customers have reliable and safe products.

• Partner with Engineering teams to build efficient robotic software to support our revolutionary Laser Weeding robots and future products.

• Experience as a System Software Engineer building on machine and in the cloud software with 5+ years of programming in C++ and Python.
