Responsibilities
- Evaluate and mature the organization’s disaster recovery posture, including recovery objectives (RTO/RPO), dependency mapping, and failure domain analysis across applications, data, and infrastructure.
- Define, document, and establish disaster recovery standards and best practices across cloud infrastructure, platforms, and application architectures.
- Partner with SRE, platform, security, and product engineering teams to design and implement resilient, fault-tolerant systems, progressing from backup-based recovery to multi-region and active-active architectures.
- Lead the disaster recovery roadmap, balancing technical feasibility, cost, risk, and business priorities.
- Design and recommend reference architectures for disaster recovery patterns, including pilot-light, warm standby, hot standby, and active-active.
- Drive adoption of active-active disaster recovery for critical systems, including traffic management, data replication, consistency models, and automated failover.
- Define and operationalize testing strategies for DR, including game days, chaos testing, and regular recovery exercises.
- Establish clear documentation, runbooks, and escalation paths to ensure recoverability is well understood and not dependent on individuals.
- Evaluate and recommend platform upgrades, cloud services, and tooling that improve resilience, recovery speed, and reliability.
- Serve as a technical authority and advisor on disaster recovery and resilience for leadership and engineering teams.
- Provide architectural guidance, design reviews, and mentorship to engineers implementing DR-related changes.
- Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure DR strategies meet regulatory, audit, and data protection requirements.
Desired Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, SRE, or reliability-focused architecture roles.
Disaster Recovery & Resilience
- Deep understanding of disaster recovery concepts including RTO/RPO, blast radius reduction, failure domains, and dependency isolation.
- Proven experience designing and implementing multi-region and multi-availability zone architectures.
- Hands-on experience moving systems toward active-active or highly available architectures.
- Strong grasp of data replication strategies, consistency tradeoffs, and recovery patterns for databases and stateful systems.
Cloud & Platform Engineering
- Extensive experience with major cloud providers (AWS preferred, GCP/Azure acceptable).
- Strong understanding of managed cloud services and their DR characteristics and limitations.
- Experience with Kubernetes-based platforms, including regional failover, workload portability, and cluster recovery strategies.
- Familiarity with global traffic management, DNS, load balancing, and service mesh patterns.
Automation & Infrastructure as Code
- Experience designing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Strong focus on automation for recovery workflows, failover testing, and environment provisioning.
- Ability to eliminate manual recovery steps and reduce time-to-recovery through software.
Operational Excellence
- Experience defining and running DR tests, game days, and failure simulations.
- Comfortable working across organizational boundaries to influence priorities and standards.
- Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical risk into business impact.

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, energetic, and highly organized Senior Executive Assistant to support a critical member of our c-suite. This person will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to this executive within our New York City (Flatiron) office.
This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The right candidate will be capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects in a dynamic, ever-changing environment, and is a natural self-starter with strong administrative and project related skills.
This role would require being onsite 4 days per week.
What you’ll do:
- Provide sophisticated calendar management. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
- Serve in a strategic "gateway" role ensuring efficient and impactful use of the executive’s time.
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the executive and business teams
- Work collaboratively with other Executive Assistants and the Talent Acquisition team to maintain a smooth hiring process (setting up interviews, aligning meetings, etc).
- Manage team 1:1s with direct reports.
- Set up internal and external meetings.
- Help set and track agendas for meetings, take notes and/or action items to document decisions made in meetings.

- Create/submit expense reports on behalf of the executive team.
- Arrange and execute team building activities, offsites, and social events (remote and in-office).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- 6+ years of past Executive Assistant experience is required. Preference for a fast-paced, tech startup environment managing a c-suite level executive.

The Role: Senior Consultant, Blink Rx Growth & Strategy
The Growth team partners with pharmaceutical manufacturers to develop a deep understanding of their problems and leverages the suite of services that BlinkRx can provide to develop a solution. The team is responsible for new client acquisition, launching new brands on BlinkRx, driving growth with existing clients, and contributing to building the Growth team’s infrastructure. Individuals in this role will build a robust understanding of drug commercialization fundamentals and latest technology trends and applicability to solve commercialization challenges. Your role will sit within the Revenue function, where you will work closely with the most senior executives who have PnL accountability on high-impact projects, both internal and external.
Specifically, you will:
- Build growth strategies for your clients in partnership with Growth leadership and be responsible for execution
- Manage relationships with our pharma manufacturer clients, including overseeing the launch of new brands on BlinkRx requiring cross-functional collaboration with teams across the company
- Drive revenue by operationally supporting business development leadership throughout the end- to-end client acquisition cycle

The Role
We are seeking a Director of Data Platform & Engineering to lead the evolution of Blink’s real-time and batch data platform, built on AWS and Databricks. This role owns the strategy, execution, and people leadership for the data platform and engineering team, managing a team of Data Engineers and Data Platform Engineers.
As a Director, you will set the long-term vision and day-to-day management of the data platform and how data is ingested, processed, stored, and modeled, aligned with business objectives. This is a high visibility role deriving trusted metrics, reports and analytics that power decisioning systems, operational workflows and data products for internal and external stakeholders. You will balance hands-on technical judgment with organizational leadership—building high-performing teams, scaling platform capabilities, and ensuring the platform remains reliable, cost-effective, and aligned with business priorities.
This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure Data, and Leadership to simplify our data ecosystem, retire legacy patterns, and establish scalable, lakehouse-first foundations for real-time analytics and decisioning.
What You Will Do
Platform & Technical Leadership
- Own the operations and administration of our end-to-end data platform including ingestion, storage, and data/insight serving layers
- Own architecture and implementation of platform modernization including streaming systems, lakehouse design, and data-serving APIs, ensuring scalability, correctness, and operability
- Unify real-time and historical data with strong data quality and correctness guarantees
- Define and enforce standardized data contracts, event schemas to feed curated, trusted datasets for downstream applications, reporting and AI/ML, aligned with business needs.
- Set standards for performance, cost efficiency, reliability, and observability across Spark, SQL, and streaming workloads
People & Organizational Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and grow teams of Data Engineers and Data Platform Engineers, including hiring, performance management, and career development

About the Role:
