The base salary range for this full-time position is $178,286-296,400 annually in addition to bonus, equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. What You’ll Do

The Principal Solution Architect – Finance Systems will be responsible for defining, leading, and delivering the finance and controlling system architecture and roadmap across the enterprise.

About the Role

The Director of Flight Software & Algorithms will lead the teams responsible for developing the core flight software, guidance/navigation/control (GNC) algorithms, autonomy capabilities, and safety‑critical onboard systems that power Archer’s aircraft. • Conduct thoughtful candidate assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements and company values

What You’ll Need

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a agency, startup, and/or in-house environment
• Demonstrated success hiring across a variety of roles and functions
• Strong ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess talent and align candidates to business needs
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering results

This role will require consistent on-site presence at our office in Santa Clara / San Jose, with an expectation of 4 days per week in office.

Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
