As the Staff Digital & Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be the cross-functional lead and point person for all things digital. The base salary range for this position is $127,000 - $184,500 per year. Aurora’s pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. The successful candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.

Sigma is hiring a Marketing Engineer to grow the pipeline through the website and scale how marketing ships. This is a hybrid role that combines performance marketing, web development, and applied AI. You'll write code, run experiments, and build the systems that let marketing and sales move faster.

The Role
We’re hiring our first dedicated marketing hire — someone who can build and own the full marketing stack for Amae. You’ll work directly with our co-founders to shape Amae’s brand voice and positioning, and own end-to-end execution across every channel.

This role exists to build a growth engine that compounds. You will be responsible for scaling Headway-sourced patients. This begins with high confidence in incrementally, while building the people, tooling, and creative systems that will ultimately make results repeatable.
Reporting directly to the GM of Patient, you will be the first senior growth marketing hire in Headway’s history on the patient side. You will own the full patient growth marketing remit across paid, lifecycle, and organic channels; stand up foundational martech and measurement systems; deploy creative systems that increase testing velocity; and partner across the marketplace to drive outcomes without channel cannibalization.
You’ll work closely with key partners across Engineering, Creative, Data Science/Analytics, Finance, Business Ops, and Provider Marketing, while helping define the long-term strategy for patient growth and broader marketplace dynamics.
The expected base pay range for this position is $251,200 - $314,000 based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

POSITION OVERVIEW
College Persistence Advisors (CPAs) adhere to the College Scholars advising model in working directly in support of College Scholars’ success in college. CPAs support Scholars in three general buckets of support: personal, academic, and career. CPAs are responsible for building relationships and catering their support to each Scholar specifically as needed and desired. CPAs also lead or support the Scholars Program, College in running workshops and programming for Scholars. Topics vary from career development, academic strategies, to infinity focused support groups. In addition to the direct student work, CPAs are expected to manage a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to: documentation of advising sessions and outreach, tracking Scholar document submissions, looking at data to analyze engagement trends, and noticing trends across school clusters.

The opportunity
Altruist is hiring an experienced Content Marketing Manager to shape the voice and storytelling behind Hazel, our transformative AI engine built exclusively for wealth managers and recently featured in CNBC, Bloomberg, and Yahoo Finance.
This is a founding role in a rapidly expanding space, where a hands-on individual contributor will define Hazel’s voice, positioning, and the story we tell to the market. We’re looking for someone who brings strong content strategy instincts, obsesses over language, genuinely enjoys spending much of their day writing and editing, and takes ownership of projects from first draft through final result.
You’ll translate sophisticated AI capabilities into messaging that advisors immediately understand and trust. You’ll partner cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Design, Sales, and Compliance to ensure Hazel’s story is clear, consistent, compliant, and effective at every touchpoint.
We’re looking for someone who can zoom out to shape strategy, positioning, and messaging and zoom in to refine a single sentence until it’s exactly right.

Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, this role will expand OneTrust discoverability, improve site performance, and translate search and AI insights into clear content and web priorities. This role is focused on business impact — not just traffic.
