About the Job

Under the Assembly Lead’s supervision, this position is responsible for performing the organizational and physical tasks involved in FGI assemblies.  This position is the main bridge between Production inventory consumption and the digital transfer into the ERP system.

What You Will Do

• Assist with all assemblies from in-house production at MC including support personnel.
• Receive all soft good orders in Acumatica and verify amounts.
• Assist with soft good cycle counts.
• Oversee the physical stocking of FGI in the warehouse.
• Assist with BOM changes in Accumatica as new soft goods become available.
• Fill in as a backup receiving associate to support current personnel. 
• Organize and communicate bulk biomass quantities with Supply Chain (LTB/STB, LSTB for prerolls).
• Assist with monitoring soft goods consumption.
• Perform duties as an alternate fulfillment associate when needed.
• Perform duties as a Quality Control associate when needed
• Other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For

• 1-2 years of distribution experience specific to the shipping/outbound function
• Willingness to learn about Connected products and understand the industry

Job Summary of the Sales Representative

The Sales Representative will work with the Area Managers to achieve sales revenue targets and grow market share for a specified territory by promoting, selling and servicing Axogen’s portfolio of nerve repair products. The Sales Rep will also practice good, ethical territory management in terms of organization, planning administration and expense planning and control. They need to increase sales and revenue by aggressively targeting and developing existing as well as new accounts. The Sales Rep will also train appropriate medical staff on Axogen products and procedures as well as meet expectations as defined by the Sales Management Team.

Key Responsibilities:

In-Showroom Customer Experience

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the showroom, guiding them from initial inquiry to sale and post-sale follow-up.
• Work with customers in-store and via phone/email/text to understand their needs. As needed, facilitate Showroom visits and test drives based on preferences.
• Finalize vehicle selection and support order placement from dealership inventory or online platforms.
• Deliver a seamless, white-glove experience by setting up app connectivity and providing detailed warranty and maintenance information.

Customer nurture and sales support

• Proactively move customers through the sales funnel, quickly responding to inbound leads and providing helpful action-oriented customer support
• Act as a CDJR product specialist, remaining up-to-date with all OEM training and product updates across the CDJR lineup. Be customers’ go-to source for vehicle-related questions, ensuring customers feel confident and informed in their purchase decisions.
• Guide customers through real-time in-dealership carvana.com sales using Carvana’s proprietary tools such as Carma and Cruise Control.
• Guide customers through the Carvana New Car pickup and STC drop-off processes
• Engage in B2B sales by building relationships with local businesses to drive fleet sales for CDJR.

Post-Sale Relationship Management

• Continue customer engagement beyond the point of sale, checking in at key ownership milestones (e.g., first service, anniversaries).
• Maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction, answer follow-up questions, and foster long-term relationships.

Inventory & Lot Management

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales lot. Ensure vehicles are neatly parked, aligned, and merchandised with proper key tags and clean interiors/exteriors.

Regularly review and scan inventory to ensure high quality and accurate location tracking.

Role Scope: 

We are looking for a dynamic, service-oriented recreational therapist who is passionate about supporting elderly persons in their journey. The recreational therapist will work within a multidisciplinary care team led by a primary care provider to ensure whole-person, integrated care. In addition to direct participant services, there is an opportunity to shape the company’s recreational therapy program.  

Core Responsibilities & Expectations for the Role 

• Contribute to a center experience that Participants want to spend time in, a team culture that cares and creates joy, and an environment where all participants and team members belong. 

• Continue to raise the bar.  Constructively seek and share feedback, and help us implement changes in order to improve clinical outcomes and experience for participants.

• Plans and implements small group or one-on-one activities for dementia-specific population including sensory stimulation.  Oversees daily flow of dementia activities area. 

• Assists participants and caregivers by providing leisure education for activity modification or skill development and supplies for in-home use as needed. 

• Plans a variety of activities that include, but are not limited to, exercise, arts and crafts, celebrations, special events, recreational games, community outings, and cognitive groups. 

• Ensure participant needs are being met and appropriately and descriptively chart patient progress and behavior. 

• Develops and distributes a monthly calendar of activities. 

• Organizes community outings and special events at Day Center. Arranges transportation, entertainment, catering, and ADHC staff needed. 

• Functions as a member of the interdisciplinary team; attends team meetings and periodic reviews. Reports changes in participants’ baseline status to appropriate staff on a daily basis. 

• Maintains general order in activities area(s) including daily clean-up, routine supply inventory, ordering, and purchasing.  Maintains overall general budgeting. 

• Assesses involvement in activity for participants placed in group/nursing homes; may include direct visit with participants in these settings.  Works with nursing home and other community-based living facility staff to impact participants in these settings. 

• Completes documentation including initial assessments, periodic reviews, individual service plans, and other data on participants as directed by the interdisciplinary team. 

• Provides on-going support to all staff involved in dementia-specific programming related to the dementia disease process. 

• Transports participants within the ADHC and rearrange activity rooms as needed. 

• Maintains and promotes compliance with all regulatory requirements, reimbursement standards, organizational standards, and policies and procedures related to area of responsibility.  

• Completes annual competency requirements. 

• Consistently achieves high standards of accuracy in work product and documentation. 

• Practices universal precaution procedures and proper safety techniques in accordance with policies and procedures.   

• Protects privacy and maintains confidentiality of associates, participants, and other sensitive information. 

• Performs related duties as assigned. 

Required Qualifications:  

• Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) certification 

• Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Therapy or a related field from an accredited college/university. 

• Two years experience in a social or recreational program that coordinates and provides services for a frail or elderly population. 

• A minimum of two years experience working with the frail or elderly. 

• Working knowledge of recreational therapy techniques and practices of the elderly including assessments, care plan development, monitoring, and evaluation.  Familiar with illnesses common to diverse populations including frail older, developmentally, or physical disabled adult populations. 

• Working knowledge of physical, psychosocial, and behavioral needs of the elderly population. 

• Demonstrate creative abilities to plan, develop, and implement varied activities to meet diversified needs. 

• Must have excellent skills in verbal and written communication, listening, problem solving, and conflict resolution. 

• Displays sensitivity, compassion, and respect for people of diverse cultures. 

• Proof of medical clearance for communicable diseases, including a TB test. 

• Proof of all immunizations are up to date. 

• Proof of current CPR/BLS certification required or requirement to obtain within 30 days of employment.. 

• Proof of valid CA driver’s license, personal transportation, good driving record and auto insurance as required by State law.

Compensation:  

We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. The expected salary range for this position is $30 to $36. The IPM Specialist is responsible for owning and executing all Integrated Pest Management functions within the nursery and propagation facility. This role focuses on pest and pathogen prevention, scouting, spray applications, beneficial insect programs, product evaluations, compliance documentation, chemical storage, SDS management, and protecting the health of mother plants, clones, and young plant material. The ideal candidate is experienced, highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of independently managing the nursery IPM program with minimal oversight while using sound judgment to prevent application errors and crop damage. Current schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, with availability for one or both weekend days as needed for spray applications or urgent nursery needs. 

What You Will Do

• Own and execute the nursery IPM program from scouting through treatment and follow-up.
• Protect the health and cleanliness of mother stock, clones, veg plants, and nursery inventory.
• Perform all pesticide, biological, foliar, and sanitation spray applications according to label, safety, and compliance standards.
• Accurately calculate and mix products using proper measurements, dilution rates, and label directions.
• Use prior application knowledge and sound judgment to prevent common treatment errors, crop injury, or ineffective applications.
• Understand environmental considerations such as light intensity, temperature, humidity, and dry-back timing when making applications.
• Conduct side-by-side product trials to evaluate treatment effectiveness, plant response, and phytotoxicity.
• Document trial results and provide recommendations for program improvements.
• Conduct and ensure completion of routine scouting throughout all nursery, propagation, and mother plant areas.
• Monitor sticky traps, track pest counts, identify trends, and respond proactively to developing pressure.
• Release and manage beneficial insects and biological control agents according to program schedules.
• Identify and track hotspot areas, recurring pest zones, and environmental risk factors.
• Follow up weekly on previously identified issues to confirm treatment effectiveness and resolution.
• Identify and respond proactively to pest pressure including mites, thrips, aphids, fungus gnats, mildew, root issues, and other threats common to nursery production.
• Evaluate incoming clones and plant material for health, cleanliness, vigor, and pest risk.
• Maintain all internal logs and state-required compliance records related to sprays, products, rates, PPE, REI intervals, treatments, scouting data, and trial results.
• Keep all records accurate, organized, and audit-ready.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance of all chemical storage and application areas.
• Maintain an up-to-date SDS library for all onsite products, digital and non-digital.
• Monitor chemical inventory levels and communicate reorder needs.
• Coordinate treatment schedules with nursery and cultivation leadership.
• Assist in improving existing pest management, sanitation, and nursery health programs to reduce losses and improve plant quality.
• Train staff on sanitation practices, clone handling, room-entry procedures, and pest prevention protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Oversee temporary labor assigned to scouting, sanitation, defoliation support, or treatment preparation.
• Train cultivation staff on IPM procedures, sanitation standards, pest awareness, and proper room protocols.
• Delegate support tasks as needed to maintain treatment schedules and facility cleanliness.
• Monitor completion and quality of assigned IPM-related tasks by support staff.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience applying horticultural pesticides in nursery, greenhouse, propagation, cannabis, or agricultural environments.
• Strong understanding of pesticide labels, mixing rates, application techniques, PPE, REI intervals, compatibility, and safe handling procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately calculate spray volumes, weights, and dilution rates.
• Experience in recognizing and avoiding phytotoxicity risks and common application mistakes.
• Experience conducting product trials or evaluating treatment performance preferred.
• Experience with beneficial insect programs, sticky trap monitoring, and pest trend tracking preferred.
• Experience maintaining spray logs, compliance records, and SDS systems.
• Strong scouting skills with knowledge of common nursery pests, pathogens, and plant stress indicators.
• Experience working with clones, mother plants, propagation systems, or young plant production preferred.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, solve problems, and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Ability to pass respirator medical evaluation and fit test.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Applicator License preferred.

• Identify and respond proactively to pest pressure including mites, thrips, aphids, fungus gnats, mildew, root issues, and other threats common to nursery production.
• Evaluate incoming clones and plant material for health, cleanliness, vigor, and pest risk.
• Maintain all internal logs and state-required compliance records related to sprays, products, rates, PPE, REI intervals, treatments, scouting data, and trial results.
• Keep all records accurate, organized, and audit-ready.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance of all chemical storage and application areas.

• Monitor completion and quality of assigned IPM-related tasks by support staff.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience applying horticultural pesticides in nursery, greenhouse, propagation, cannabis, or agricultural environments.
• Strong understanding of pesticide labels, mixing rates, application techniques, PPE, REI intervals, compatibility, and safe handling procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately calculate spray volumes, weights, and dilution rates.
• Experience in recognizing and avoiding phytotoxicity risks and common application mistakes.
• Experience conducting product trials or evaluating treatment performance preferred.

Working and training as an RLS Pharmacy Technician is a great way to learn an exciting new skill set within the field of pharmacy away from more traditional pharmacy challenges such as drive-throughs and insurance problems.  As an RLS Pharmacy Technician, you will gain experience in areas such as aseptic processes, radiopharmaceuticals, general regulatory compliance and quality assurance.

The Pharmacy Technician supports pharmacy operations by processing prepared products and handling, packaging and delivering radiopharmaceuticals.

Key Accountabilities

• Compound and dispense radiopharmaceuticals under the supervision of a Pharmacist
• Package radiopharmaceuticals for delivery for customers
• Perform quality control on compounded products
• Manage and maintain facility inventory
• Perform disinfection task in the cleanroom, and stocking of sterile supplies
• Maintain documentation for regulatory programs utilizing good documentation practices (gdp)
• Process and/or dual verify prescription entries
• Perform leukocyte labeling procedures
• Duties as assigned by the Pharmacist

Education and Experience:

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED/local equivalent

• Research and clear errors in the LogPro work queue.
• Update TMS with arrival and departure times.
• Print, distribute, and file all daily shipping documents.

• Personally apply a seal to all outbound trailers.

About the Job

Assist the store leadership team in motivating and inspiring the team to achieve store productivity goals. Ensuring the individual and collective skills of the team are utilized effectively, and both the staff and the customer experience is positive. Effectively manages store operations while ensuring consistency and compliance.

What You Will Do

• Provide managerial, operational, and financial support to General Manager
• Drive and maximize store sales, control and minimize shrink, and control payroll within budget to achieve store goals.
• Execute company directives for merchandise placement, visual displays, and signage as well as maintain company standards for cleanliness and organization within a store.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, and follow all safety standards to ensure a safe work and shopping environment.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service.
• Support the General Manager in driving team to execute their job duties, provide exceptional customer service, and offer positive resolutions to challenges and complaints from customers.
• Help recruit, train, develop, and retain qualified team members to ensure staffing needs are consistently met.
• Participate in the performance counseling of the team.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Upholds compliance and regulatory requirements at all times; maintains the reputation of the store
• Ensures product inventory is entered correctly and organized for proper purchasing
• Protects employees and customers by providing and safe and clean store environment
• Manager is aware of employee performance and interaction with patients
• Assigns workers to specific projects such as cleaning or restocking
• Notify staff of new procedures, policies and regulation updates/changes
• Create/oversee staff schedules, finding coverage if needed for sick time or personal time off
• Educate and train staff on all current and new products.
• Demonstrate ability to speak at a high level about the business.

What We Are Looking For

• Must be 21+
• High school or equivalent
• 1-2 years leadership experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, food service, or a related field
• Must be able to work a variety of hours including mornings, nights, and weekends
• Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., with or without assistance
• Ability to climb, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, stand, bend and reach for the duration of shift
• Requires manual dexterity to operate job related equipment
• Requires normal hearing range

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position in the selected city is: $24.00- $28.00. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

The Part-Time Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for the store’s day to day inventory tasks, which includes inventory counts, quality checks of incoming products, labeling and organization of inventory.  They will also assist the Inventory Lead and Manager in verification of product counts and regulatory compliance standards upon deliveries.  Ensure products are received within California Track and Trace system (METRC) and ERP system and have appropriate labels before making goods available for sale.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for the labeling and tagging, organizing, counting and quality checks for all new FGI received.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and assist in investigating any discrepancies.
• Ensure all products entering inventory have gone through standard quality checks, for quantity verification, label verification and COA verification.
• Count, reconcile, and complete monthly inventory audits every month.
• Escalate any inventory and UID discrepancies to the Inventory Control Lead or Manager for quick resolution.
• Research inventory variances and adjustments as directed.
• Work with Inventory Manager/Lead to maintain an accurate log of inventory for disposal.
• Maintain a list of all quality hold/quarantined product.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation

• Competitive pay starting at $18.00 per hour.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong math skills
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Word
• METRC or similar cannabis seed-to-sale tracking software experience (preferred)
• Valid California Driver’s License

• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., with or without assistance
