Compensation - At Human Interest, we consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate pay range for each position, including the cost of labor in different markets across the U.S. The total On Target Earnings (OTE) for the role described in this job posting is $135,000 - $140,000 which includes a base salary of $70,000, and a variable target compensation of $70,000. The specific pay rate offered is based on the candidate’s relevant skills and experience. This role focuses on collaborating and driving early engagement with our design teams and suppliers to meet our quality requirements the first time and to evaluate technologies to assist in the design for manufacturing assessment, supplier technology assessment/development, as well as supplier quality management. Everything comes down to clarity and action with our suppliers and partnering with them for world class results is essential across the supply chain. The right person for this role has knowledge of battery, sub-sea electronics, and wet cable manufacturing, supply management, supplier development, sub-system performance criteria and metrology, and continuous improvement. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Partner with our design teams to support the design development process, provide design for manufacturability feedback, and help generate product data (drawings details, BOM information, layouts, test requirements, and part requirements) for battery cells, battery systems and power electronics that lead to supplier quality success. for electrical and mechanical sub-assembly systems
• Leverage your knowledge and expertise of electronics materials, processes, design for manufacturability (DFM), and inspection/measurement techniques to support the internal Anduril design process and ideation. Offer guidance in managing technical risks and oversee the progression from proof of concept and prototyping stages through to scaling up designs for high-volume production within the design development framework
• Drive the supplier quality development processes throughout the product development stages with appropriate engineering and production teams through design reviews, supplier process development, testing, and qualification for components and sub-assemblies for sub-sea components. Review supplier processes and capabilities to ensure alignment to electrical performance & sub-assembly requirements can be achieved, including driving supplier QC processes (i.e. cell compliance before assembly, welded cell block validation, and complete module/pack end-of-line outgoing quality processes match incoming quality checks)
• Partner with development engineering, product quality engineering, Product sourcing engineering, Global Strategic Sourcing and program management to deliver predictable supply to the development programs, production programs, and manage exceptions/containments/deviations for supplier technical performance, particularly in the development phases
• Drive supplier quality readiness by analyzing key and critical characteristics for drawings and supplier specification, develop measurement systems, and supplier qualification activities (PPAP, FAIR, Audit, inspection development, etc.)
• Partner with Global Strategic Sourcing and Product Sourcing Engineering to drive overall supplier performance for cost, quality, delivery and fulfillment of strategic goals for the programs that you will be supporting
• Own the elimination of supplier risk to improve quality & reliability across the product lifecycle. Utilize audits, readiness reviews, and training & documentation to ensure compliance
• Support Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) and Material Review Board (MRB) activities, while owning containments derived from purchased goods

About the role:

Anduril is seeking a Supply Planner to join our team in Quonset, Rhode Island. The Supply Chain team is responsible for planning and sourcing of materials to support rapidly iterating and building of cutting-edge defense hardware for autonomous underwater vehicles (AUV). The Supply Planner will have material flow responsibility spanning the entire value chain from raw materials through finished goods and contributing to the strategic supply network development of Anduril’s product hardware, across their life cycles. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Own the accurate planning and on-time delivery of both raw material to internal assembly lines as well as finished goods to customers

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will work across Anduril to ensure we are supporting our engineering teams in swiftly and sustainably building products that meet our client’s needs. You will work with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to source new suppliers, form strategic partnerships, plan effectively, and ensure our operational workflows effectively support the broader organization. You will assist the General Manager in leading and managing activities related to customer experience, inventory operations, and team member development. Responsibilities 

Operations 

• Manage and oversee the execution of all dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local and state regulations.
• Motivate team members to execute programs, initiatives, and regionalized in-store promotions effectively.
• Oversee and manage quality product inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
• Maintain appropriate cash management, handling protocols and daily reconciliation.

Qualifications

• At least three years of managing teams in a retail setting, specifically with POS business operations

Summary of Job:

The Regional Account Manager (RAM) – Rare Disease is a critical commercial role responsible for expanding the diagnosed patient population and driving appropriate treatment initiation through education-driven, data-informed field engagement. This role is designed to complement existing Regional Business Manager (RBM) coverage by placing primary emphasis on new and earlier patient identification, diagnostic pathway enablement, and referral network activation.

In rare disease markets, where growth is driven by patient identification rather than market share shifts, the Regional Account Manager focuses on uncovering diagnostic gaps, enabling earlier disease recognition, and ensuring appropriate handoff of qualified patient opportunities to RBMs for treatment initiation and account execution. The RAM serves as a field integrator across the local ecosystem and works in close collaboration with Regional Business Managers and relevant cross-functional partners

Essential Functions:

Patient Identification & Diagnostic Enablement

• Identify rare disease patients through engagement with healthcare providers, including but not limited to IM/FP, General Pediatrics, Rheumatology, Physical Therapy, Pain Management, and other non-traditional specialties
• Identify and address diagnostic gaps within targeted accounts that may delay or prevent accurate diagnosis
• Map, influence, and support local diagnostic and referral pathways to reduce time from disease suspicion to confirmed diagnosis
• Support appropriate use of diagnostic tools and specialist referrals, including utilization of approved HCP identification tools
• Serve as a field integrator to help ensure potential patients are identified throughout the diagnostic journey

Territory Strategy & Data-Driven Execution

• Develop and execute a business plan focused on patient identification and diagnostic activation
• Utilize claims data, internal analytics, Power BI mapping, and other approved data sources to identify high-probability patient opportunities
• Continuously refine targeting and territory strategy based on real-world outcomes, field insights, and performance metrics
• Analyze local and regional trends to inform short- and long-term business planning

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Regional Business Managers and appropriate cross-functional partners to ensure coordinated, compliant patient identification efforts
• Execute compliant transitions of qualified patient opportunities to RBMs for treatment initiation and account execution

Compliance & Professional Conduct

• Communicate all disease, diagnostic, and product-related information in a truthful, non-misleading manner consistent with company policies and all applicable laws and regulations
• Utilize only on-label, approved materials and seek guidance from management, Compliance, or Legal when uncertainty exists
• Adhere strictly to all regulatory, compliance, and company policies, including appropriate handling of confidential patient information

Job Requirements:

Education

The anticipated salary for this position will be $185,500 to $202,000. We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic Air Solutions team, responsible for driving growth across the greater Northeastern United States.
