Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Operations, you will lead, define, and oversee the execution of all aspects of the Global Commercial Strategy organization. This includes setting global policy and governance for deal review, ensuring accuracy, business, operational, and SLA compliance, and driving optimal global deal structure and pricing response. You are a recognized thought leader and subject matter expert in enterprise infrastructure software deals, including both subscription and consumption models. You will be a key strategic business partner to the entire Global Field Organization and Executive Leadership team.

In this role, you will be the final escalation point for complex, high-value global deal exceptions and strategic structuring issues. This role will define the financial governance for global deals and the linkage to the overall financial targets and KPI’s of Couchbase. Strong negotiation experience and executive presence will be critical to manage global field teams, internal stakeholders, and the largest customer negotiations. Cross-functional leadership will be important as this role is at the intersection of numerous global functions. Your ability to communicate across all levels, from sales reps up to our Board of Directors, will be an essential skill required for this role. You must be an initiative-taking self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement global deal strategy, governance, and practices to ensure consistency and maximize revenue and margin.
• Deep understanding of cloud-based software & services delivery (i.e., Software-as-a-Service and Platform-as-a-Service SaaS) including pricing, consumption models, and the impact of usage patterns on total cost of ownership (TCO).
• Lead the articulation of the financial outcome of deals and how this aligns with the company’s strategic goals at an executive level.
• Lead the development of global pricing models, commercial offerings, and deal structuring methodologies, providing executive-level guidance to all regional teams.
• Direct Global deal reviews with Sales/Sales Leadership to drive high-value, Account-Level strategy on pricing/deal structuring.
• Lead and mentor a global team of IC’s and Managers, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring succession planning.
• Act as the primary executive liaison working with Sales, Field Operations, Finance, and Legal throughout the global contract process, providing strategic assistance to ensure proper processing, including contract red line review and negotiations.
• Effectively resolve and champion complex questions arising between internal processes and global customer needs.
• Define the strategy for improving and enhancing cross-functional processes to ensure a smoother, easier, and frictionless global selling experience.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading and managing global teams and organizations.
• Extensive experience defining commercial strategy and governance for complex global deal structuring, including large Enterprise License Agreements, specifically in subscription and consumption models.
• 12+ years of progressive experience working in Enterprise software / SaaS industry with a significant portion in a Deal Desk or Finance leadership role.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce and CPQ is a must.
• Experience leading the review of customer contracts and setting standards for contract language drafting.

What you’ll likely work on:

• Use impeccable C-I-CARE (a framework containing the key elements of a great interaction and effective communication that we use with patients and each other) in all patient interactions, both clinical and administrative,  and ensure a fluid and positive in-office experience through patient intake, same day schedule management, appropriate follow up scheduling, strong knowledge of billing and insurance, monitoring patient feedback and assisting with outreach as necessary
• Provide best in class venipuncture services on a population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics, depending on the office location
• Perform and assist with extended scope duties such as, but not limited to non-blood specimen collection, EKGs/ECGs, vitals, ear lavages, vaccines, PPD tests, and swabs
• Maintain high standards of in-office care through proper specimen labeling, handling and processing, inventory upkeep, and tool sterilization
• Continue to care for our members beyond the lab room by answering patient messages, following up on lab cases and assisting our providers and virtual medical team with clerical duties such as, but not limited to biometric screening forms, medical record and consult review, billing inquiries, and DOH reporting
• All front of house duties including check in/check out, insurance verification, printing/paperwork tasks, prepping tests, tasking to service level expectations etc
• Contribute to team development through rounding, attending team huddles, participating in team problem solving, supporting in office providers with ad hoc asks, etc. 
• Perform opening and closing duties/daily office upkeep as required, including maintaining the look and feel of both patient and employee facing spaces, restocking supplies, and organization

Role Overview

As Relay continues to scale and advance its go-to-market motions, the need for high-quality data planning, structured analysis, and clear operational insight remains critical. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Planning and Analytics, this internship provides an opportunity to contribute foundational analytical support to the Sales and GTM teams.

The intern will focus on hands-on data analysis, data extraction (SQL experience preferred), and prototyping AI-native analytical processes to support sales analyses & team execution. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in Building Sales Planning Infrastructure

Overview

We are seeking our inaugural Senior Manager, Customer Success Onboarding Center of Excellence. This is a foundational leadership role for a proven builder. As we expand beyond our stronghold in Hospitality into Industrial segments (Manufacturing & Logistics environments) and Healthcare, our "bottoms-up" Enterprise Multi-Site motion requires a sophisticated, scalable engine to ensure every new location starts with a "win."

You aren’t stepping in to manage a legacy process; you are being hired to architect the "People, Process, and Technology" required to take a customer from "Closed-Won" to "High-Adoption" across 10+ target markets and defined revenue motions.

By centralizing onboarding, you will create structural leverage for the entire CS organization, allowing our CSRs to focus on account strategy and revenue, while your team ensures that every frontline worker and manager is empowered to use Relay to its full potential.

This role’s mission is to build a world-class onboarding engine that reduces Time to Value (TTV) and drives early, sticky adoption. You will design distinct onboarding journeys that span the spectrum of our business: from high-velocity Mid-Market accounts to complex, large single-site rollouts, to forging corporate relationships with Enterprise logos, creating opportunities to incorporate Relay training into employee onboarding and continued education as we grow in the number of sites/facilities using Relay. • Recruit, hire, and lead a new team of Onboarding Specialists, fostering a culture of extreme customer-centricity and operational excellence.
• Lead the majority of onboarding responsibilities, migrating away from Core CSRs handling all aspects, which creates clarity for the customer in driving the implementation and onboarding, while setting up the Core CSR for long-term partnership success.  

 Multi-Site Enterprise Leverage

• Identify and forge relationships with Enterprise customer stakeholders to design onboarding and continued education programs for Relay, where we’ve reached notable location growth.  Design leverage in how Relay facilitates site-level onboarding consistency across multiple facilities under an Enterprise customer.

Training & Content Innovation (Relay Academy)

• Manage & continue iterating on the effectiveness and role of our learning management platform (LMS), featuring e-learning videos and resources for customer administrators.

Process & Technical Optimization

As the Director, Customer Success - Industrial, you will be the foundational leader responsible for building and scaling our CS function within this new sector. We are looking for a high-leverage "builder" who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels to refine our Go-To-Market maturity across various Industrial segments (logistics, manufacturing, etc.). You will directly lead, hire, and develop a high-performance team to manage a diverse book of business, ranging from Mid-Market to Enterprise Multi-Site accounts. Your mission is to move beyond retention and design intentional customer journeys that drive measurable value realization and fuel our ambitious revenue growth on target accounts.

In this role, you will be a critical partner to our Sales organization, specifically by strengthening our Account-Based Sales motions. You will own the strategy for "farming" existing accounts, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring site-level success translates into broader enterprise-wide adoption. • Playbook Development: Design and iterate on scalable customer lifecycle playbooks. You will define the journey from post-onboarding through renewal, ensuring clear revenue ownership and a sharp focus on upsell opportunities within the Industrial segment.
• Sector Mastery: Build deep command of our Industrial segments to nurture executive-level relationships. You will ensure your team maintains high customer satisfaction by translating Relay’s value proposition into the specific operational language of our customers.
• Performance Management: Own the delivery of team OKRs and revenue targets. You will lead regular performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and implement enablement programs (such as SPIN selling) to ensure the team operates at a high level of commercial proficiency.
• Strategic Account Mapping: Partner with Sales to execute Account-Based strategies. • GTM Collaboration: You represent our Industrial customers for Product, Marketing, and Sales. You will provide the "on-the-ground" feedback loop necessary to refine our initial upsell testing and positioning for the broader Industrial Go-To-Market strategy.
• Operational Leverage: Influence the evolution of the CS tech stack. Ensure your team has the data and tools required to manage site-level adoption while maintaining visibility into parent-level account health.
• Executive Advocacy: Serve as a strategic advisor to key stakeholders within our largest accounts. You will manage high-level escalations and foster long-term partnerships that solidify Relay as a mission-critical component of their operations.

Required Qualifications

• Proven Builder: You have a track record of taking a sector from "early-stage chaos" to a mature, operating GTM motion. You can transition seamlessly between high-level strategy and getting into the weeds to solve tactical hurdles.

At Relay, our Customer Success Managers (Industrial) are a critical revenue-owner and strategic partner within our rapidly evolving Industrial sector. This role serves as a customer strategist tasked with managing a growing portfolio of Mid-Market and Enterprise Multi-Site accounts. Reporting directly to the Director of Industrial Customer Success, you will focus on value realization, account-based expansion, driving site level success that unlocks growth within an Enterprise.

This team goes beyond maintaining current states; they drive significant value from existing sites, map complex customer organizations to 'farm' accounts, and develop multi-threaded relationships from frontline teams to corporate offices, and identify expansion opportunities that fuel our growth targets. You will own the post-onboarding journey, ensuring every industrial customer utilizes Relay in driving operational leverage in their businesses.

Relay is at a transformative inflection point, moving from a product-centric communications business to a platform-centric AI leader for the industrial frontline. As a CSM in our Industrial sector, you are at the tip of the spear for this evolution. You will have the opportunity to define "what good looks like" in sectors like steel recycling, automotive manufacturing, and logistics. This role offers high visibility, a direct path to influencing our GTM strategy, and the chance to own a significant piece of our steep growth trajectory.

What you will do:

• Revenue Ownership (Retention & Expansion): Own the net-revenue growth of your portfolio. You are responsible for minimizing contraction, driving user expansion, feature upsells, and hardware refreshes within your existing sites.
• Strategic Account Mapping & Multi-threading: Identify and build champions across departments, sites, and corporate functions. You will perform deep organizational mapping to ensure total coverage, engaging both site operating leaders and executive decision-makers.

This is a full time, in office role based in our Raleigh, NC headquarters, requiring 5 days per week in the company office (Monday - Friday).

As a Customer Operations Systems Manager at Relay, Inc., you will be responsible for driving the implementation and optimization of strategic technology solutions for our Customer Organization (Customer Success & Customer Support). You will report to the Senior Manager of Customer Operations Technology to execute the vision for our technology stack, building and optimizing systems to enhance efficiency, automate workflows, and empower our customer-facing teams. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for leveraging technology, including artificial intelligence, to enable business workstreams.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and curious technologist with a proven track record of successfully implementing technology solutions to optimize team workflows. They possess deep expertise and demonstrable experience in building within CRM, ticketing, and CSP systems to enhance efficiency and scalability. Primary Responsibilities

• Evaluate, Implement, Iterate, and Support Operational Processes and Technology: Partner with leadership across Customer Success and Support to execute the technology roadmap, focusing on building and maintaining the core operational systems. You'll design, implement, and iterate on system configurations, custom automations, and advanced workflows within our CRM, CSP, and other key platforms to drive efficiency and support our operating strategy while also evaluating, recommending and integrating emerging technologies to enhance and innovate the customer organization tech stack.
• Leverage AI for Operational Transformation: Be well-versed in the application of AI/LLM technologies to solve operational challenges. Identify opportunities and implement AI-powered tools and solutions to improve team efficiency and enhance customer experience.
• Manage Technical Documentation: Create and maintain clear, accurate technical documentation for the processes, automations, and tools you build to ensure long-term sustainability of our evolving tech stack and knowledge transfer.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Provide advanced technical support for operational systems, troubleshooting complex issues and implementing permanent solutions to prevent future problems.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data querying tools such as SQL to build reports and dashboards that provide insights into customer health, team performance, and operational KPIs, supporting data-driven decision-making. Ensure new and revised systems and processes follow our existing data structure to ensure proper data hygiene, consistency, and efficient data analysis.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Immerse yourself in the daily operations of Customer Success and Customer Support, to gain and maintain a thorough understanding of their key functions, technology utilization, and core processes. This will enable your effectiveness in partnering with these teams through enhancements and iterations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a System Administration or Systems Technology role, with a strong focus on implementing technology processes in a B2B SaaS environment.
• 2+ years of direct CRM Administration.
• Advanced technical proficiency with a proven ability to build, implement, and manage systems.
• Experience leveraging AI/ML tools to improve business or operational processes.
• Expert-level skills with spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel), including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data modeling.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, etc.) or other programming languages to perform various functions.
• Knowledge of APIs and experience building secure integrations between systems.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Project management experience and familiarity with PM principles (AGILE, SCRUM, etc.).
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, customer success, and support processes and their interdependencies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting an Account-Based Selling (ABS) strategy is highly desirable.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM in a growing SaaS organization, including new system implementations and enablement.

As Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), you will lead the function during a defining phase of Relay’s growth. What you’ll do:

You will own Relay’s financial model and the planning infrastructure that collectively inform, guide, and support decision-making across the company. As a hands-on leader, you will:

• Architect and continually advance the financial model to be a strategic tool capable of real-time decision support and proactive scenario planning. This means dialing in on the various critical drivers of our business and developing a deep understanding of how these variables change and impact our P&L.
• Drive the continuous improvement of FP&A planning infrastructure - think systems, tools, processes - to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.  
• Spearhead AI Strategy and Automation into the finance stack to automate routine reporting, streamline and unify disparate data sources, automate manual data orchestration, assist in financial modeling, enhance predictive forecasting accuracy, and identify real-time anomalies in business performance.  
• Own and establish rigor around our monthly and quarterly forecasting with clear variance analysis and action-oriented insights to improve forecasting methodologies and/or business performance.  Extreme ownership and excellence in forecasting are critical to accurately inform expectations for our board, investors, and operating plan.  
• Lead the development and execution of the company’s financial planning process, which means owning the annual operating plan (budget) process end-to-end in close partnership with the senior lead team and ultimately developing a mid-term and long-range plan.
• As a strategic finance leader, you will drive enterprise value-maximizing strategies, evaluate and recommend optimizing our business model (Hardware as a Service), and ultimately develop a mid-term and long-range plan.    
• Manage complex department budgets and headcount planning in close collaboration with cross-functional and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment against plan and efficient scaling. Ultimately, recommend cost-optimization opportunities.   
• Own company-wide KPIs and dashboards. Design and deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews with senior leadership.
• Develop board materials and investor materials, including preparing and presenting diligence materials within fundraising and diligence workstreams. 
• Scale, mentor, and develop a high-performing, world-class FP&A team.  You will exponentially increase engagement and opportunities to serve through interaction with cross-functional leaders.

What you’ll bring:

• Financial acumen: You have 10+ years of progressive experience, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, across FP&A, strategic finance, management consulting, and/or investment banking.  Strong preference to those with management consulting, investment banking, or Corporate FP&A at premier high-growth public or private technology leaders.
• Leadership experience at a B2B SaaS, or combined software/hardware company, preferred.
• Functional expertise: You have proven experience leading planning, forecasting, and reporting efforts for a company of scale with significant experience partnering with go-to-market and cross-functional teams.  You have hands-on experience with complex financial modeling and the ability to produce high-caliber visual presentations.
• Functional experience: You have significant experience in operational finance and have installed and matured financial planning processes to support high growth that are scalable to provide accurate financial capability that enables business success. You are ready to bring public company rigor to high-growth technology companies.
• High velocity operator: You have a bias for action and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, and bring a builder and continuous improvement mentality to designing processes and financial infrastructure that scale with the business.

Enterprise Account Executive - Casino Segment

Location: Las Vegas, NV (Local presence required)

• Strategic Territory Ownership: Develop and execute a surgical sales plan targeting the big players and independent Integrated Resorts across the Strip and Downtown.
• C-Suite & Property-Level Navigation: Masterfully navigate the dual-layer decision-making process of Las Vegas (Corporate HQ vs. Property-level leaders).
