The Senior Solutions Consultant will provide high-quality demonstrations of the product to prospective customers by working with sales staff and clients to understand the customer’s business and workflows. They will also be responsible for maintaining content used by both sales staff and clients. The Solutions Consultant will mentor sales staff on product knowledge and be the go-to resource for all technical requests during the pre-sales phase. They will also work with the sales staff to collect customer feedback.

What you will be doing
As a junior data consultant you will help make data-driven decisions by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data. Work with clients to understand their business needs and goals, and use data analysis techniques to identify trends and patterns that can inform decision-making and strategy. To be successful in this role, a junior data consultant should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large datasets. Familiarity with statistical software and programming languages, such as R or Python, is also helpful for this role.

About the role
The Technical Enablement Specialist, part of the Services Department, is a critical, multi-faceted role responsible for accelerating business growth and operational efficiency by bridging product gaps through custom technical solutions. This individual leverages deep expertise in APIs, scripting, and development to build bespoke client integrations, deploy non-productizable applications, automate internal service processes, and lead technical training initiatives across Broadsign, directly impacting customer success and internal team scalability.
