Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with proven expertise in Power BI, ServiceNow, Snowflake, and Excel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reports by integrating data from multiple sources, including Snowflake and ServiceNow. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources, including Snowflake, ServiceNow, and Excel.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations and reporting solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
• Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to various business units as needed.
• Document data sources, data models, and reporting processes for knowledge sharing and compliance.

Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in building dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Snowflake, including data extraction and integration.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.

• 7-10 years of Manual Testing experience in Functional, Regression, System, Integration and UAT testing, automation testing

The Role

We are currently seeking a Security Operations Analyst to join our Information & Risk Team! The SecOps Analyst will have the opportunity to help take Addepar’s Security and Risk Program to the next level, through insights based on our current state. In this role, this person will work as part of the Security Operations function to investigate security alerts, develop new monitoring strategies, and work with the wider business as part of our Vulnerability Management program. The candidate will also work to document and analyse existing critical operational processes, owners and controls, and help find opportunities to optimise those controls, increase security and reduce risk. The successful candidate will bring a strong process approach, with a preference for simple, achievable and repeatable solutions.    

Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country where this role is based on the first day of employment. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

What You’ll Do

• Triage and respond to security alerts generated by our monitoring toolset, ensuring thorough investigation.
• Research and develop new monitoring strategies and build out analytics to improve our detection capabilities.
• Update or create new documentation for security tools, processes, playbooks, and procedures.
• Assist other areas of the business in effectively prioritizing and remediating vulnerabilities.
• Work closely with partners across Addepar teams, such as R&D, to evaluate critical processes, including the identification of key control points and owners.

Content Creation and Research Coverage:

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Analyst (Level 2) to join our MSSP SOC team. As a Product Owner within Employee Engagement Manager (EEM), you will help define requirements for an intelligent intraday management tool focused on innovation, automation, and empowerment. EEM Product Owners work with both Product Managers and R&D to define product requirements which will evolve the workforce management space. You will serve as the Product Manager’s representative in all scrum-related activities for sprint and release planning to help drive execution according to the roadmap. About the Role

We are looking for a Data Modeler to join a global data modeling team responsible for transforming business requirements into conceptual and logical data models. This role requires understanding of healthcare data domains (Claims, Membership, Enrollment, Provider, Billing, Interoperability - FHIR, HL7, ADT, CCDA, etc.) and experience in enterprise data modeling best practices.

The Data Modeler will work closely with the Director of Data Modeling and Senior Data Modelers to adhere to data modeling standards, metadata governance, and follow data architecture strategies that align with business and technical needs. They will also collaborate with business analysts, product analysts, client implementation teams, and data governance teams to ensure models support operational and analytical use cases, high performance, and data integrity.

Your day to day

Identify and define requirements for canonical data models as well as consumption use cases required by enterprise healthcare customers. Your activities will include:

• Perform data profiling analysis.
• Use SQL, data modeling and data integrity principles.
• Build conceptual and logical data models aligned with enterprise architecture, business requirements and industry standards.
• Follow data modeling best practices, including schema evolution, lossless data modeling, metadata management, and data versioning.

What you bring to the team

• 2+ years of experience in data modeling, enterprise data architecture, and cloud-based data engineering.
• Expertise in enterprise data modeling tools (Erwin, ER/Studio, DBSchema, or similar).
• NoSQL data model experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake) and data lakehouse architectures.
• Deep understanding of healthcare data models across Core Payer (Claims, Membership, Enrollment, Provider, Billing, Premium) and Clinical Interoperability (FHIR, HL7, ADT, CCDA, etc.) domains.

We are seeking a Data Governance & AI Trust Manager to define and operationalize the governance framework that enables high‑quality, well‑governed data to safely and effectively power GenAI agents, copilots, and analytics across the company.

As the organization accelerates adoption of Generative AI, the quality, structure, provenance, and clarity of corporate operating data have become critical enablers of AI performance, trustworthiness, and value. This role exists to ensure that the company’s operating data ecosystem is intentionally designed, consistently governed, and fit for AI‑enabled use cases, rather than fragmented, ambiguous, or ad‑hoc.

This role reports to the CISO & CIO and operates as a cross‑functional data governance authority across all company content. It does not own or manage the data itself; content ownership remains with business and platform owners. Instead, this role defines the standards, policies, and operating expectations under which data is created, managed, shared, retained, and made eligible for analytics and GenAI use.

A core responsibility of the role is to set the vision for the company’s internal data ecosystem—including how platforms such as SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, Slack, Teams, and related systems should be used together—and to establish clear operational standards (for example, when content belongs in SharePoint versus Confluence, and how that decision impacts AI use).

Governance is expected to be operationalized through native platform controls and existing enterprise tooling, rather than through standalone or heavyweight governance systems. • Own and evolve the company’s Corporate Operating Data Governance framework
• Define governance standards for unstructured and semi‑structured data across collaboration and productivity platforms
• Establish clear ownership models (Data Owners, Data Stewards, Custodians) for operating data domains
• Ensure governance practices enable business velocity rather than obstruct it
• Operationalize governance through native platform capabilities (e.g., metadata, permissions, retention, labeling, workflows) rather than standalone governance tooling

Metadata, Classification & AI Eligibility

• Define and maintain metadata standards, including:
  • Data classification

General Summary:

Position Summary

Delivery Analyst delivers data, data products, and information that drive our client’s multi-channel marketing capabilities. They understand the details of our client’s data and Acxiom’s products to ensure that our clients and / or third party vendors receive clean, enhanced, segmented, ready-tomarket data. The Role & The Team:

The Financial Analyst is a key member of the FP&A team and will support planning, forecasting, close, variance analysis, and monthly/quarterly reporting across functions. This role partners with finance business partners to drive insights and ad hoc analysis for leadership.

FP&A Analyst

Primary responsibilities:

• Assist financial business partners in preparing and analyzing various forecast and plan items for functional groups.
• Perform variance analysis for functional departments, identifying key drivers, and monthly finance and business reviews.
• Prepare monthly accruals, search for unrecorded liabilities.
• Prepare and submit Journal Entries to Accounting and ensure spend is posted to the correct cost center and GL account.
• Create and maintain budget, actual, headcount movement reports for distribution to senior management.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for senior management as needed to review and improve business and financial performance.
• Support the Revenue FP&A team on select revenue planning and forecasting deliverables, partnering closely with US-based stakeholders.
• Prepare recurring revenue reporting and variance analysis (e.g., ARR and bookings), highlighting key drivers, risks, and actions.
• Help strengthen reporting processes and documentation to improve scalability and resiliency as the business grows.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A at a software / technology company (SaaS preferred)
• Experience supporting US-based stakeholders and working across time zones
• Experience building and analyzing bookings plans, expense plans, and headcount / productivity ratios

FP&A skills

• Ability to create and maintain budget vs actual reporting, headcount movement, and management-ready dashboards
• Experience supporting monthly close activities (accruals, unrecorded liabilities, and journal entry preparation)
• Strong ad hoc analysis skills to support senior leadership decision-making

Tools and systems

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills 
• Proficiency with Google Workspace: Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides
• Experience with FP&A/finance systems such as Adaptive Insights (or similar), NetSuite, Salesforce, and Greenhouse (or similar)

• Clear communicator who can translate analysis into crisp, actionable insights for stakeholders
• Highly detail-oriented with strong ownership, urgency, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates sound judgment, discretion, and comfort handling sensitive and confidential information
