Job Summary 
We are seeking a Data Scientist / Data Analyst to transform large-scale infrastructure and hardware-level telemetry into actionable insights, predictive intelligence, and automated decision systems.

Working closely with telemetry platform engineers, you will analyze data across the full stack - from data center infrastructure down to chip-level signals (power, thermals, performance counters, reliability indicators) to detect anomalies, predict failures, and optimize system behaviour. This role complements telemetry engineering by extracting intelligence from observability systems and enabling data-driven control loops.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Modelling

• Analyse large-scale telemetry datasets (metrics, logs, events) across multiple layers: data center (clusters, networking, cooling), system (servers, accelerators), silicon-level (on-chip sensors, performance counters, voltage, thermal, error signals).
• Develop anomaly detection models for infrastructure-level events and hardware/silicon anomalies (e.g., thermal hotspots, voltage instability, error rate drift).

Skills and Experience 

Essential:

• BSc/MSc/PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong experience with time-series data analysis and large-scale telemetry datasets.

We are looking for a Senior Security Compliance Analyst to enhance our security team. This role will monitor, manage, and close existing compliance issues while analyzing internal systems for compliance with security standards. Toward this end, they will work with IT support staff who perform vulnerability assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with current procedures and policies across the organization. 

Typical Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze technical controls to ensure that security and compliance requirements are met
• Verify documented processes, procedures, and standards to validate maintenance of secure configurations
• Track enterprise compliance across multiple security frameworks and maintain records of requirements and mitigating controls
• Oversee the development, documentation and maintenance of the control framework
• Evaluate organization information systems, management procedures, and security controls
• Develop performance metrics to track compliance
• Perform internal risk assessments
• Develop security and privacy awareness training
• Manage IT and Information Security projects to ensure that risk issues and security policy are addressed throughout the project life cycle
• Serve as a liaison between external auditors and internal support teams

About the role:

You'll own the top of the funnel: outbound, qualification, and getting leads to sit down for a conversation. Demos, onboarding, and retention are staying with the founder for now.

Phase one: Get individual Automation QAs to try the product, aiming for fast adoption and no procurement. Once we hit 20+ weekly users, we’ll move on to phase two, where we’ll shift the focus to B2B – qualified meetings with QA Leads and Engineering Managers.

Your focus in the first three months:

• Build targeted lists: Automation QAs at companies with web products and Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium in their stack.
• Run outbound sequences (LinkedIn is the baseline, but you decide the channels). A/B test weekly.
• Design qualification gates (forms and scoring) to filter leads before the founder calls.
• Reach 20+ weekly active users after month one – ICP-qualified and giving direct feedback to engineering.
• Document what works into a repeatable playbook.

Growth path:

This role expands as your strategies deliver results. Once the user pipeline works, you can take over demos and run B2B sales end to end. From there, the natural next step is Growth Lead (funnel optimization and scaling the playbook) or Account Executive (owning deal execution).

• Be able to talk credibly about flaky tests, CI pain, and Playwright vs. Cypress. You don't need to be an engineer, but you do need domain empathy.
• Possess strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft short, sharp messages that get replies.

Nice to have:

• A QA or SDET background – you've felt the pain yourself before moving to sales or BD.
• Exposure to security/compliance objections – enough to pre-empt and route.
