We are looking for a designer with 7+ years of experience. You must be able to generate multiple solutions, justify them, receive and digest feedback effectively. It's essential to be comfortable with the idea of redoing everything from scratch. If such a request hurts your feelings, then we might not be the right fit – we deeply refine solutions, experiment extensively, and discard many ideas along the way.
It's super important to adhere to all types of agreements.
Proficiency in English at B2 level is required.

We’re looking for a product designer to own end-to-end experiences across the .NET ecosystem. You’ll partner with engineers and product managers who treat design as a strategic input, not a final polish step, and you’ll ship work that developers use every single day.
You’ll move across products rather than specializing in one, which means holding complexity in your head and making decisions that work across contexts. You’ll also coordinate with the broader IntelliJ Platform design team – JetBrains builds IDEs across dozens of languages, and ecosystem coherence matters.
The .NET ecosystem includes:
You’ll work on whatever needs design attention, which shifts based on priorities. Recent examples include: designing an overlay system that gives ReSharper its own identity inside Visual Studio without adding clutter, integrating AI assistance into GameDev workflows where context matters enormously, and making monitoring tools feel like part of the IDE rather than separate expert software.

As a Brand & Growth Designer at Fluxon, you’ll help shape and evolve our visual presence across a wide range of touchpoints, from brand and marketing materials to sales assets, internal communications, and event collaterals. You’ll work closely with the Branding team, Growth team, and Senior Brand Designer to support both day to day design needs and larger brand initiatives.
This role is well suited for a versatile designer who enjoys working across different types of visual work, from brand applications and presentation design to marketing assets and motion. You’re comfortable executing defined tasks independently while collaborating closely with others, receiving feedback, and growing within a strong design culture and growth designer role. You’ll be expected to actively contribute from day one, while continuing to refine your craft and expand your impact across Fluxon’s brand, marketing, and growth efforts.

We bring the SmartBear brand to life by shaping our voice and visual identity, crafting our corporate narrative, and putting customers and employees at the center. Part in-house agency and part brand stewards, we innovate to create engaging digital, motion, and print assets that amplify our impact.
You are a versatile graphic designer, ready to produce impactful visuals that bring our products to life. You thrive on creativity and execution. From storyboarding to execution, you ensure every design tells a compelling story and enhances the brand experience. You’ll work with our Creative Director, Senior Art Director, designers, and content team to craft a wide array of visual assets for live events, social media, webinars, websites, and more.
