Meet the team:

The hardware sensing team is responsible for the benchmarking, characterizing, and nomination and integration of all sensors. We work cross functionally with systems, perceptions, vehicle integration to ensure the sensors meet Latitude’s ODD requirements, perception requirements, and that it is integrable and reliable in Ford’s series vehicles. What you’ll do: 

• Lead technical development of radar or lidar sensing systems from early concept, benchmarking, and sourcing through production launch

• Drive sensor benchmarking and technical down-selection across candidate suppliers and technologies

• Establish technical plans, milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies to keep sensor programs on track toward nomination and launch
• Communicate technical status, open issues, and tradeoffs clearly to engineering leadership and cross-functional partners

What you'll need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics or a related field and 7+ years of relevant experience (or Master's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or PhD and 2+ years of relevant experience)
• 8+ years of experience in automotive sensing, with deep hands-on expertise in either radar or lidar and demonstrated technical leadership on complex hardware programs
• Strong first-principles understanding of the relevant sensing modality:
  • Radar: RF fundamentals, range/Doppler/angle estimation, resolution, interference, multipath, ghosting, calibration, synchronization, and environmental effects
  • Lidar: time-of-flight or FMCW fundamentals, ranging accuracy, reflectivity effects, point cloud quality, contamination, weather impacts, optical alignment, calibration, and environmental robustness
• Strong scripting and analysis capability in python, including hands-on use of NumPy, pandas, Jupyter, and similar tools to parse logs, evaluate sensor performance, trend issues, and build repeatable analysis workflows
• Ability to work directly with sensor data and debug artifacts, including supplier logs, raw captures, decoded outputs, and vehicle test datasets, and determine whether the data is complete, valid, and physically credible
• Practical experience with day-to-day engineering tools such as Wireshark/PCAP analysis, CAN tools (CANoe/CANalyzer or similar), ROS/rosbag or equivalent logging frameworks, point cloud or radar visualization tools, and common automotive data interfaces such as CAN, CAN FD, and automotive Ethernet
• Ability to independently judge whether supplier test results are correct by evaluating test setup, calibration state, ground truth method, statistical significance, repeatability, boundary conditions, applied filters, KPI definitions, and consistency with known sensor behavior
• Ability to lead and critically assess technical design reviews (TDRs) by identifying weak assumptions, incomplete validation, inconsistent requirements traceability, misleading metrics, and conclusions that are not supported by the underlying data
• Experience translating system and perception needs into sensor requirements, validation methods, and supplier deliverables
• Experience working across hardware, firmware, systems, perception, validation, manufacturing, and supplier teams to drive root cause and resolution
• Strong technical judgment and communication skills, with the ability to make and defend tradeoffs across performance, cost, timing, integration, and reliability

The expected base salary range for this full-time position in California is $191,920 - $287,880 USD. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level. About the role

The Corporate Paralegal supports the Legal Department by managing and executing a broad range of corporate governance, commercial contracts, compliance, and transactional activities. This role serves as a key operational partner to Legal, Finance, Sales, Human Resources, and executive leadership by ensuring corporate records, contracts, and legal processes are accurate, compliant, and efficiently administered. What you will do

Contract Review & Management

• Manage the intake, review, tracking, and approval workflow for commercial contracts, including NDAs, vendor agreements, consulting agreements, amendments, and renewals
• Conduct initial reviews of contracts for completeness, consistency with approved templates, and adherence to company policies and approval authority matrices
• Coordinate contract redlines, approvals, execution, and storage in the contract lifecycle management (CLM) system

• Workforce Automation: Integrate HRIS (Workday) with the IGA platform to automate Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes.
• Technical Connectivity: Build and validate production-ready connectors for the core ecosystem, including Okta, AWS, Google, Slack, and Squad.
• Compliance Hardening: Deploy "Justify or Revoke" workflows and automated reporting to support SOX/ISO privileged access reviews.
• Identity Isolation: Execute the migration of Workforce and Service identities to Ping Directory.

Your primary focus will be the build, deployment, and configuration of the core IAM platform.

Required qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years in Information Security, with at least 2 years specifically focused on implementing IAM solutions in large enterprise environments.
• Identity Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of at least one major Cloud Identity Provider (AWS IAM, Azure) and core protocols including SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, and LDAP.
• Modern Principles: Deep understanding of Zero Trust principles and access models such as RBAC, ABAC, and PBAC.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to develop code in either Python or Go.

Desirable qualifications

The base salary range for this position is  $146,000 - $211,500 per Year. Aurora’s pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This role serves as the primary, expert consultant on all matters of coding, billing, and access for HeartFlow FFRct Analysis and other services. You will leverage your deep reimbursement experience to ensure our hospital and clinic partners succeed financially, while strategically aligning with our internal Sales Team.

Responsibilities You Will Own:

Strategic Field Alignment & Consultation

• Act as the expert reimbursement partner embedded within the field team structure. Attend strategic sales calls to address complex coding and billing concerns, positioning Heartflow as a true consultative resource for customers.
• Collaborate with the Field Sales Team to proactively identify facilities and practices needing reimbursement education and support regarding Heartflow products.
• Educate the Sales Team on key coding updates, billing concerns, and reimbursement trends, ensuring the entire commercial team is strategically aligned and informed.
• Collaborate with the field facing "One Team" to compliantly share insights into customer needs, potential barriers, and payer issues/opportunities for patient access.

Customer Access & Billing Optimization

• Serve as the primary consultant for customer billing and administrative staff. Conduct calls or travel onsite to educate customers on the appropriate use of Category III codes, billing scenarios, and payment components.
• Provide comprehensive support throughout the full reimbursement cycle, from pre-service authorization to post-service collection.
• Support customers in optimizing their prior authorization workflow and claims appeals processes to maximize reimbursement success and minimize administrative burden.
• Conduct frequent claim reviews with practices to ensure appropriate reimbursement.
• Address and resolve patient coverage, access, and reimbursement questions from accounts, coordinating with patient services as directed by policy and procedure.

Content Strategy & Compliance

• Partner with Marketing to develop strategic educational materials (e.g., guides, presentations, FAQs) on coding, billing, and compliance for both customer and internal field team use.
• Identify, anticipate, and address patient and practice reimbursement issues by partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Heartflow policies and industry trends to perform the role in a compliant manner consistent with company guidance.

Educational Requirements & Work Experience:

As a pivotal member of the House Rx team, you will work closely with specialty care clinics and the House Rx team to improve the specialty pharmacy experience for oncology patients and their caregivers.  This is an onsite role at an office location in Pittsburgh, PA. 

What You’ll Do

• Complete end to end prior authorizations for specialty medications
• Source financial assistance on behalf of patients
• Process pharmacy claims
• Coordinate medication dispensing and shipping
• Dispensing functions including medication ordering, labeling and ensuring proper verification is complete

About You

Strategic & Tactical

• Provide onsite troubleshooting and repair of solar systems.
• Document visit and complete job close out report.
• Schedule site visits directly with the customer when required.

Qualifications

• General construction/framing experience is a plus.
