What you will do at Integral Molecular: 

• Drive revenue growth: Achieve or exceed assigned quarterly and annual revenue targets for MPA services in close partnership with the broader commercial team. 
• Prospecting and demand generation: Identify, engage, and convert high-potential biotech and pharma accounts through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and networking. Educate prospects on the value and technical advantages of the MPA platform. 
• Client engagement: Own your accounts – develop deep customer relationships by combining regular touchpoints with consultative selling that connects each customer’s needs to the value MPA delivers. 
• Cross-functional collaboration: Bridge conversations between prospects and our scientific teams ensuring technical discussions land clearly and project requirements are captured accurately at conversion. 
• CRM & pipeline management: Fully utilize Salesforce and related tools to manage pipeline, track deal progress, and maintain an accurate sales forecast. Prepare and follow-up on client proposals to drive conversion and provide updates during weekly commercial meetings. 

The ideal candidate will have: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field  
• 3-5 years of overall experience in Life Sciences, with at least 1-3 years in a customer facing commercial role such as inside sales, business development, or account management.

What do you need to be successful?

About the Role

As a Verkada Field Marketing Manager you are an essential member of the GTM function for our Mid-Market segment.  You will be instrumental in defining the strategic direction of our regional campaigns and event strategy needed to build pipeline and deepen relationships with our top accounts. About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, highly organized Tradeshow and Event Marketing Manager to manage a portfolio of tradeshows and key experiential marketing activations. The Role

You will own FORT's supply position end-to-end — vendor purchase orders, safety stock, contract manufacturer relationships, and demand planning. This is a hands-on role working directly alongside sales and customer experience leadership to balance forecast and inventory, and with engineering to build supply chains for new products.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain safety stock levels for all active SKUs; flag risk before it becomes a customer problem
• Build rolling demand forecasts from Salesforce pipeline data and historical velocity; translate them into PO decisions aligned to CM lead times
• Own all purchase orders with Contract Manufacturers — placement, tracking, receipt confirmation, and escalation
• Drive improvement in supplier fill rates and lead time performance; develop dual-source options for high-concentration vendors
• Coordinate First Article Inspections for new CM batches with the Operations team
• Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports per SOP covering backorder rate, stock-out events, inspection pass rate, and inventory turn

Role Overview

This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and works in close alignment with the VP, Sales Operations & Strategy and VP of Marketing to ensure that the systems, processes, and demand generation strategies developed at the platform level are successfully executed in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Field Sales Leadership & Manager Development

Work Requirements 

• The preferred location for this role is Zeus Fire & Security’s headquarters in Paoli, PA; however, qualified candidates based in other locations will be considered. Regular travel to headquarters and hub locations will be required.
