Job Summary
JRM is looking for a Traveling Superintendent to help consistently deliver projects on time, on budget and that exceed client expectations. We provide our superintendents with the necessary support and resources to excel in their role and make sure all projects are completed to the highest standard. The Superintendent directly supervises field labor force, including subcontractors and laborers/craft workers. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills. They must also have strong client service skills and an understanding of all of the trades associated with commercial interior construction and high-end renovation projects. Qualified applicants must be willing to travel extensively, have excellent communication skills, and work effectively in a team. Knowledge of all phases of commercial construction, computer skills, and self-direction are required.

JOB SUMMARY
The Retail Store Manager of Sunnyside* is responsible for day-to-day team leadership and delivering a profitable business which supports Cresco Labs’ mission to normalize, professionalize and revolutionize the cannabis industry. You will ensure the dispensary achieves or exceeds all key metrics and goals across all aspects of the dispensary including customer acquisition and loyalty, merchandising, operations, and talent development. A Day in the Life
You’ll work closely with land, regulatory, design, and project teams to pursue and win business opportunities in your assigned market. You’ll track permitting timelines, understand deal components, manage cross-functional resources, and represent RES during key client meetings and industry events.

Position Summary:
The Field Engineer will serve as engineering support for our sales team assisting with construction management and after-sales field support. This role will require frequent travel to job sites throughout a specific territory but will be based at our sales office in Bala Cynwyd, PA. The position will include both field and office work.
Position will involve extensive formalized training plus work under a mentor, developing skills and gaining an understanding of CaptiveAire products, troubleshooting, and application engineering processes etc.

Essential Job Functions:
· Make sales calls, give presentations, attend trade shows and participate in professional organizations in a manner that expands the awareness of Polygon and ensure follow-up directly with the clients.
· Support national marketing efforts in generating awareness of the value of Polygon and provide information on key influences in the territory.
· Present the benefits of Polygon to the end user and other key buying influences.
· Follow through on national sales promotions or initiatives in the territory.
· Increase client base and sales revenue.
· Build and maintain strong local relationships with existing clients and key prospective clients.

Job Qualifications:

· Five plus (5+) years of direct business-to-business sales or sales management experience in a service industry, with P&L responsibilities
· Experience is preferred in a market specific industry (i.e. insurance, construction, restoration, coatings application, coatings sales, etc.) involved in business to business markets
· Must have an established history of successful sales & marketing (not lead provided / response appointments)
· Strong organizational, negotiating, relationship and presentation skills.
· Strong sales skills, sales education and the ability to accomplish multiple tasks
· Ability to plan and schedule sales activity using contact relationship software

Role Overview
The Senior Director, Field Sales Performance is responsible for strengthening the effectiveness, consistency, and productivity of field sales execution across Zeus Fire & Security’s portfolio of companies.
