About the team:

Our custom research team partners with global pharmaceutical and biotech clients to enable them to solve marketing, brand, advertising and communications problems through a mixture of innovative qualitative and quantitative market research techniques.

The team is not split into silos by client or therapy area, so you will be empowered to develop broad expertise across the healthcare landscape, and will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of expert senior researchers and gain exposure to the full suite of research tools and techniques covered by the team.

Our studies are typically multi-market, encompassing Europe, North America and Emerging Markets. Your primary role:

• Your role will be to oversee the smooth running of multiple concurrent projects
• With input from your manager you will be writing guides and questionnaires

Compensation

Salary Range Compensation (e.g.): $85,000 - $95,000 per year. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position in NYC. The range listed may be just one component the total compensation package. This range may also differ based on the applicant’s geographic location and cost of living considerations.

Content Creation

• Serve as the client-facing lead writer on one or more accounts
• Research material for assigned projects, including performing literature searches
• Writing fully referenced and well-organized content outlines
• Write fully referenced drafts that are:

  • Clear, well-written, and engaging
  • Aligned to the scientific strategy

Summary:

Roivant is seeking a Founding Engineer to work on the core technology underpinning new healthcare and life sciences companies. You’ll partner with business, operational, product, and/or clinical leaders to rapidly de-risk, prototype and productize new software, working at the intersection of AI, data engineering, and real-world biomedical data. This is a hands-on, highly entrepreneurial role ideal for a talented software engineer who wants to build groundbreaking health AI products.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to technical strategy for new company formation, including scoping early technical feasibility, identifying data and infrastructure needs, and building initial proof-of-concept systems

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Syner-G is seeking a Sr. Automation Engineer with 7–11 years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in Ignition SCADA, PLC-level programming (Rockwell and/or Siemens), and exposure to modern digital or MES-lite system architectures. This role leads the oversight, documentation, and lifecycle management of automation and digital systems in GMP-regulated environments. The Sr. Automation Engineer will act as a senior technical authority, driving automation strategy, ensuring system reliability and compliance, and supporting complex troubleshooting and integration efforts across client engagements.

WORK LOCATION: Travel to client sites may be required up to 100%, depending on project needs and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Own and improve performance across the end-to-end clinical operations funnel, including patient identification, outreach, engagement, screening, and enrollment, with accountability for measurable outcomes
• Lead structured, data-driven analysis of operational performance to identify root causes of variation, prioritize opportunities, and design and implement high-impact interventions that improve conversion and throughput
• Maintain close proximity to frontline operations to inform strategy, while establishing mechanisms (reporting, QA, performance management) that enable scalable oversight and continuous improvement

Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements:

• Experience in one or more of the following: strategy consulting (healthcare exposure strongly preferred), health tech or tech-enabled services operations, clinical trial operations, or payer/member engagement
• Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to diagnose operational performance, identify issues, and drive measurable improvements in complex workflows
• Proven experience building, implementing, and scaling operational processes, systems, or teams in dynamic environments
• Experience working cross-functionally with clinical, product, and/or commercial stakeholders, with the ability to translate strategy into execution
• Track record of ownership and accountability for outcomes, with a bias toward action and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to operate at both a strategic and highly granular level, including direct engagement with frontline operations
• Demonstrated curiosity, creativity, and openness to testing new approaches, including leveraging technology to improve operational performance
• Exceptional academic background with a bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, or related field) strongly preferred

Position Overview

The Senior Director, Corporate Operations will report to the COO and play a critical role in driving the execution of Peptilogics’ operational and strategic priorities. This individual will partner with executive leadership to translate business goals into actionable plans, oversee cross-functional operations, and optimize systems and processes to support growth. The Senior Director will have broad exposure across the organization, with a focus on enabling execution, improving scalability, and contributing to key strategic initiatives.

Essential Functions

• Serve as a key operational leader, partnering with the COO and executive team to align strategy with execution
• Lead company-wide operational planning and ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Facilitate forecasts, budget development, resource allocation, vendor payments, and operational performance tracking with Finance
• Implement and improve systems, processes, and tools to drive operational scalability and excellence
• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and oversee SOP creation, updates, and audit readiness
• Ensure compliance across corporate operations, development activities, legal, insurance, and regulatory requirements; foster a culture of compliance

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 10+ years of experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences operations
• 3–5 years in a leadership or senior operations role, ideally in a high-growth or venture-backed environment
• Experience scaling operations in a startup or growth-stage company (preferred)
• Prior operational involvement in fundraising, investor relations, or board reporting (preferred)
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
