The Warehouse Specialist receives, inventories, inspects and distributes incoming shipments, maintains inventory locations, kits parts for the production line, and performs basic material handling functions. You will be responsible for item-level product setup, including capturing product data, evaluating how products fit within their assigned storage environments and identifying any issues that could impact automation performance. Your work will directly support the successful deployment and operation of a new automated facility.
You will collaborate closely with Operators, Engineers, and cross-functional teams based in Silicon Valley to ensure products are onboarded accurately, processes are clearly documented, and operational launch timelines stay on track.
This role is ideal for someone with retail, grocery, warehouse, inventory, quality control, or operations experience who is highly accurate, comfortable with repetitive detail-oriented work, and excited to grow into a future Operator role.
