We are looking for an operational leader to act as the Chief of Staff for our Delivery organization. As we transition to a new capability-led structure, we need more than just administrative support, we need a decision-maker. In this role, you will serve as the right hand to the Head of Strategy & Delivery, helping run the daily rhythm of the business while driving our most critical internal initiatives. You will partner closely with our Capability Leads (who manage the teams) and Business Operations (who manage the systems & processes) to ensure we are staffing the right people on the right work, maintaining accurate data, and actually adopting the standards we build. You will sit in our Cleveland, OH office on a hybrid schedule. The team is in office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Morgan & Morgan is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join its quickly growing practice of plaintiff's personal injury lawyers and supporting case staff in our growing Cincinnati area office.
This Trial Attorney will handle a heavy and complex case load from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep and trial. Cases may include representing plaintiffs in motor vehicle and trucking accidents.
Our law firm's generous and competitive compensation includes a base salary, guaranteed commission, and competitive ongoing commission fees / bonuses (uncapped), as well as a full benefits package. Additionally, each litigator will have a large case staff assisting them, including a dedicated paralegal and a dedicated legal assistant.

Cincinnati Opera seeks a strategic, analytically strong, and collaborative leader to serve as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer (CFAO). This role is a key thought partner to the General Director & CEO and a member of the senior leadership team, providing insight, analysis, and leadership to support the organization’s financial health and long-term sustainability.
Working closely with senior leadership and the Board, the CFAO guides financial strategy in an environment where core finance, accounting, HR, payroll, and IT functions are delivered through a shared-services partnership with the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra (“CSO”) and trusted third-party providers. The role is focused on planning, forecasting, risk management, and decision support, rather than day-to-day transaction processing or operational execution.
