POSITION SUMMARY:
As part of our continued growth, Audax Private Debt seeks an Analyst to join our Private Debt Portfolio Reporting Team. The Team provides portfolio, operational, and financial reporting support to the Origination Debt investment, Investor Relations, and internal management teams. The role will lead processes and manage systems that promote efficient and effective data capture and analysis, requiring coordination with the investment team, other members of Finance, and IT.

LOCATION: New York, NY. 4 days/week in office. These in-office requirements may change based on the needs of the business.
For New York City only: The base salary range for this position is $110,000- $130,000. The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and Audax reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. An employee may also be eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation based on performance.

About the role:
The Credit Underwriter (AVP) is responsible for undertaking and presenting robust credit risk analysis in support of relationship-led loan requests from our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) team. Position Summary:
The Vice President, Allowance for Credit Losses (“ACL”) with strong technical expertise, and proven capabilities in model risk management, financial reporting, and data management, will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing the Bank’s Allowance for Credit Loss framework in compliance with US GAAP and regulatory guidance (e.g., SR 11-7). This position provides exposure to MCB’s Finance function and Management Committee governing the ACL. The VP will be expected to meaningfully contribute to projects and tasks while working closely with teams across the Bank including Accounting, Treasury, Credit Risk, Enterprise Risk, Internal Audit. Specific responsibilities include the continuous evaluation and monitoring of the suitability of the Bank’s third party ACL models, as well as managing the quarterly production cycle that involves data collection, analyzing and challenging key inputs and quarterly results, preparing results for presentation to management committees, peer analysis, and documentation of internal controls.
The successful candidate for this role will be a proactive and analytical individual with a solid understanding of risk management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Position Summary:
Under the supervision of Associate Legal Counsel - Litigation, the Senior Paralegal - Legal Service of Process and Discovery serves as the senior operational and subject‑matter lead for the Bank’s end‑to‑end handling of legal process and supports most discovery matters. This role is responsible for managing and owning the intake, tracking, response and resolution of legal documents served on the Bank including subpoenas, levies, garnishments, restraining notices, discovery requests, and document preservation and production obligations. The role also serves as the Bank’s internal lead, under the supervision and guidance of the Associate Legal Counsel, for discovery and e‑discovery operations, including litigation holds, data collection, review coordination, and productions, using Relativity and similar e‑discovery platforms. The Senior Paralegal is expected to produce high‑quality work product, exercise discretion in sensitive matters, and lead a team responsible for high‑volume, deadline‑driven legal process.
This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of legal procedures and the ability to efficiently handle a high volume of complex deadline-oriented legal documents. The Senior Paralegal will lead efforts to restructure the existing processes to improve efficiency, transparency and workflow accountability. Position summary:
As the Compliance Ethics & Advisory Lead, you will be responsible for administering the bank’s ethics compliance program. This role ensures the bank operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations while promoting a strong culture of integrity, customer fairness, and accountability. You will support the CCO and other Compliance Advisory teams in ensuring the bank’s compliance with banking and consumer protection regulations. You'll support the development and implementation of compliance management system (CMS) strategies within our bank. Your responsibilities will include ensuring implementing strategies to enhance CMS, mitigating risks, enhancing regulatory controls, identifying, and assessing potential risks, and producing detailed risk reports for stakeholders. The Wire Transfers Payment Associate is responsible for processing, monitoring, and reconciling wire transfer transactions to ensure accurate and timely payment processing. This role supports all clients by processing wires transfers, researching transaction discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with OFAC, Travel Rule, and bank policies. The ideal candidate has strong diligence, excellent critical thinking skills, and a solid understanding of wire transfer payment systems.
This position will report to the Director of Digital Banking Operations.

A Photo Editor for The New York Times has a creative eye and an innovative approach to visual formats and mobile-focused presentations. The Election Analytics team produces flagship, standard-setting elections coverage, including the live, election night statistical model known as the Needle and The New York Times/Siena Poll. Both of those efforts rely on one of the most comprehensive election data operations in media, with the voter file at the core.
We’re just scratching the surface of all the journalistic products we could produce with the voter file and the rest of the data we collect — absentee files, precinct-level results, live turnout figures, poll results and more. But our tooling has not always kept pace with our ambitions.
You will be responsible for owning this mass of data end-to-end, for ensuring that we have reliable, automated pipelines for putting the data into consistent formats and for validating that the data is being transformed correctly. You will also be responsible for the tooling to work with the data, ensuring that more data journalists can leverage it without the existing steep learning curve. (We are an R shop, though prior R experience is not a necessity.) If you like solving problems for which there is little, if any, documented precedent, this would be a fun job for you.
Your work will ensure that we can even more regularly tell compelling stories about voting patterns and elections, whether they take the form of articles or evolve into new products that deliver as much insight as our polls and the Needle. You will be a key part of producing these stories and products, working with other journalists to understand the data that is available and transforming the data into new formats as needed.
You will also contribute to other areas of our elections coverage based on your skills and interest, including opportunities to pursue original reporting on your own and to collaborate on stories, graphics and tools for readers based on government, polling and other types of data.

Your Role:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be a key member of the AI Platforms portfolio. You will oversee context engineering for AI applications at The Times, starting with the scaling and launch of a modern content retrieval product. Data Enrichment & Ingestion: Oversee the pipelines for AI-generated metadata – including editor-in-the-loop workflows – and ensure non-text assets like video and audio transcripts are indexed and searchable.
Validation & Performance: Define and monitor technical KPIs, including P95 query latency, throughput, retrieval accuracy, cost and downstream AI application performance using tools like Braintrust and StatSig in partnership with downstream product teams.
Vendor Evaluations: Lead technical pilots (e.g. vector databases, knowledge graphs) to de-risk architectural decisions and inform our long-term build-vs-buy strategy.

The Metro desk is known throughout the newsroom for its collegial ethos, and this editor will be expected to demonstrate a capacity to work with other editors and reporters on Metro, and to forge robust relationships with other departments, especially those focused on visual journalism, including Photo and Video.
This editor will work closely with reporters to identify the paramount issues on their beats and to cultivate, and expand, a network of sources so that The Times is the definitive destination for coverage of these issues. Candidates for the job must have a demonstrated track record of helping reporters deliver their best, most urgent work, and of being ferocious advocates for reporters and for the advancement of their careers.
This is an in-office position based in New York and includes regular attendance in the office four days each week. There may be some flexibility to work remotely per your departmental guidance.
Responsibilities:
You will direct signature coverage of climate, education, religion, infrastructure and labor, though subject areas could change.
You will manage a team of reporters.
You will generate ideas for news and enterprise, not just for reporters but for the desk as a whole.
You will assign and edit news stories and enterprise stories.
You will make it a priority to seek innovative storytelling forms that include all the digital tools at your disposal.

Basic Qualifications:
10+ years' experience at a journalism or media company or other relevant organization

The Digital News Design team is looking for a digitally focused art director and designer. You have experience in visual journalism and social media. You will design and produce material including templates, patterns and unique formats for several platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok.
As the senior designer and art director on the Social Visuals team, you will collaborate with reporters, editors, producers and designers to craft digital assets and visual experiences for our various social media channels. You will assess the needs and possibilities for typography, video, photography, illustration, audio, and animations. You will use journalistic judgment, visual creativity and innovation while ensuring accuracy, clarity, and validity of the content presented. You will also ensure the content, templates and story formats produced align with The Times design systems and visual identity guidelines.
