As an Account Strategist, you will have the opportunity to learn, grow and succeed! In this client-facing role, you will have the opportunity to build and retain client relationships, acting as an overall trusted advisor in our product suite. In this role, you will play an important part in growing existing partnerships, managing campaigns and ensuring optimization.

The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $93,000 in base pay, and is exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined on a case by case basis based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, etc., and will be informed by market data.

Ad Product Strategy & Operations (PS&O) is a hybrid strategy and execution function within Roku’s Ad Product organization. We partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to accelerate decision-making, ensure launch readiness, and operationalize product strategy across Roku’s advertising portfolio. The team sits at the intersection of product development and business enablement. Our focus is on driving clarity, scalability, and alignment across initiatives, from roadmap planning through launch execution. We also collaborate closely with commercialization partners to ensure new products and solutions are brought to market effectively.
We're looking for a PS&O Lead with a performance advertising background to drive product strategy through market analysis, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market execution for Roku's growing performance advertising business. You'll develop and operationalize scalable frameworks to unlock revenue growth across our performance and growth advertising portfolio, ensuring tight alignment across product, sales, and legal teams. You'll act as a key strategic partner bridging product development with business enablement, identifying systemic roadblocks, workflow inefficiencies, and operational gaps that stand between our roadmap and the market.
The ideal candidate has built or scaled performance advertising products in a digital platform environment. You've worked across outcome-based buying systems: cost-per-action bidding, conversion optimization, audience targeting, measurement and attribution, and the feedback loops that make performance campaigns work at scale. THE ROLE
We are seeking an ambitious, highly experienced programmatic leader to join our Partnerships team and lead our inventory curation efforts. This role is both strategic and executional, responsible for building and scaling our curation business while remaining deeply hands-on in campaign and deal execution.

About the Role:
Strategic Partnerships support PitchBook's strategic priorities through establishing third party relationships and delivering revenue, exposure, improved market penetration, and/or content to PitchBook. The team works closely with PitchBook’s Segments & Solutions, Direct Data, Product, Data Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Research, RevOps, Legal, and Finance teams to execute on partnership opportunities to maximize the growth of the PitchBook business.
Partnerships are designed to extend PitchBook’s reach, establish relationships to improve the workflows of our clients, enrich PitchBook’s original data and research with differentiated content, and identify strategic investment opportunities. The Senior Partnerships Manager is responsible for the lifecycle of partnership management including the day-to-day management of a portfolio of existing partnerships which may include key channel partners, proactive outreach to prospective partners, and evaluating inbound partnership opportunities. This role works closely with Strategic Partnerships leadership to contribute to strategic objectives as they relate to partnership opportunities and with stakeholders across all other departments to define market landscape, assess competitive position, and identify potential partners. The Controller leads the agency’s accounting function, with responsibility for financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance with U.S. GAAP. Reporting to the SVP, Accounting & Finance, this role ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial information and supports operational decision-making through clear and reliable reporting.
This role is intended for a candidate who views accounting as a tool to support the business, not an end in itself. The Controller is expected to translate financial results into insights that help leadership understand performance and identify issues early. Financial reporting should not only explain what happened, but also highlight the drivers of performance and where attention is needed going forward. The Controller serves as a trusted financial leader to senior leadership, building credibility through the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial reporting and accounting operations.
The Controller will also drive improvements in the close process, accounting workflows, and systems to increase efficiency, reduce manual work, and support the agency’s continued growth.
This role requires sound judgment in prioritizing issues, improving processes, and focusing the accounting team on the areas of greatest business impact.
