About the Role

In this position, you will foster strong relationships with EAP providers, unions, corporate employers, and workplace wellness programs to connect employees and their families to Charlie Health’s services. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships, strengthening referral pathways, and ensuring that employees and their families can easily access Charlie Health’s Intensive Outpatient Programming.
You will serve as a trusted partner and educator to workforce stakeholders, identifying needs, reducing barriers to care, and ensuring seamless collaboration across partnerships. You will be responsible for educating key stakeholders about our offerings, addressing access barriers, and designing programs tailored to the unique mental health needs of employee populations.

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $70,000 and $93,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $92,000 and $120,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. POSITION SUMMARY
A Phlebotomist serves patients by identifying the best method for retrieving blood; preparing specimens for laboratory testing; and performing screening procedures.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Verifies test requisitions by comparing information with nursing station log; bringing discrepancies to the attention of unit personnel.
Verifies patient by reading patient identification.
Obtains blood specimens by performing venipunctures and finger sticks.

• Personnel performing this task shall be respiratory qualified and capable of wearing a Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) (approximately 50 lbs.) while performing phased re-entry of test beds and target structures.
• Capable of operating rental vehicles and towing cargo or equipment trailers with a gross combined vehicle weight of less than 26,000 lbs.
