The Voyager team in Anduril Industries is an engineering and design division with a vast experience in developing innovative computing and communications solutions for the network edge. Job Summary: 

The Global Logistics Lead -Europe works with the Supervisor and Director of Global Logistics to lead the Global Logistics team and its activities. This position leads the Global Logistics team to manage and grow the carrier portfolio by developing and improving delivery solutions in the European markets. This position also acts as the key liaison with transportation vendors as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive further logistics efficiencies within the organization.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Partner Success Manager to join our Partner Success department as the first regional hire in EMEA. Initially we will hire one role in the region, with a plan to scale the department over time. This person will bring strong Services and/or Partner experience, and will operate at a high level very quickly. This role will report to the Director & Global Head of Partner Success.

This person will own a portfolio of Partners from a Services/delivery perspective and act as their strategic advisor. They will drive scale and maturity to help their Partners deliver high-quality results for our customers while expanding their Workato practice.

After key NiCE CX customers have purchased and are implementing our products, the Customer Success Management (CSM) team takes ownership of the ongoing customer relationship and value realisation, becoming the customer’s trusted advocate within NiCE CX.

The Customer Success Manager begins engaging with customers before they go live on the contact centre platform and works closely with them from that point forward to ensure adoption, measurable ROI, and long-term success.

Our CSMs are seasoned customer success and technically fluent professionals who are unified in exceeding customer expectations, driving adoption of AI powered capabilities, improving customer experience, and supporting company growth objectives. This role manages multiple customer accounts, predominantly based in the Netherlands, many of which are enterprise, high touch, and high complexity customers.

The CSM partners with customers to help them succeed in their business using NiCE technology and services, expand and optimise usage, act as a customer advocate and reference, and build long-term, loyal partnerships. Assigned accounts may include customers with premium service packages where a high level of engagement, strategic guidance, and technical understanding is required.

Interaction with customers will be via phone, email, chat, video conferences with regular face-to-face engagement as necessary and appropriate. Travel to the Netherlands is expected to support customer visits, value reviews, and executive engagements.

We are seeking a Driven and Results-Oriented Retention Strategist to join our team.

The Retention Strategist at Common Thread Collective (CTC) plays a critical leadership role in guiding our clients toward sustainable and scalable growth. This position is all about owning ensuring revenue is delivered predictably for the business through retention marketing efforts —using data-backed insights to build forecasts, shape strategic direction, and ensure consistent performance delivery. At CTC, your expertise is invaluable, covering the elements of CTC's strategic forecasting methods and the foundational principles of retention marketing.

JOB SCOPE

• Oversee the profitable growth of retention channels, including but not limited to email, sms, direct mail, popups and push notifications. Where required, you may work within subscription, membership, loyalty programs and more.
• Write briefs and ensure the rest of the team is able to execute on it
• Complete reports with a high degree of accuracy, checking against multiple data points
• Analyse metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of retention efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvements, with Statlas and the Growth Map as your guide.
• Collaborate with design, content and any other relevant teams to create compelling and engaging email content, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment.
• Ensure the timely delivery of relevant deliverables (emails, sms etc), which includes effective internal project management and management of clients and their teams.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new features, and best practices in retention marketing to continuously optimize performance.
• This is a client-facing role. So you must be able to consult clients and solve business problems, far beyond the email platform.
• Prioritize the development of relational equity with your team and clients to foster lasting relationships for the continued growth of CTC and our client businesses.

• First 30 days – $1.5K (Part-time transition phase)

• Accurately maintain SFDC records, forecast and report out on projected bookings, deals closed etc. on a regular basis.

JOB SCOPE

• Oversee the profitable growth of retention channels, including but not limited to email, sms, direct mail, popups and push notifications. Where required, you may work within subscription, membership, loyalty programs and more.

SALARY RANGE

• First month: $2,000 
• Second month: $4,000
• Third month (on average): $7,000 a month
• 1st Year Annual Range: $64,000-$76,000
• 2nd Year Annual Range: $100,000-$120,000

This will depend on the amount of clients and the quality of work.
