• Proficiency in French a plus
• Specialized business development experience in Enterprise market

• Demonstrable track record of consistent overachievement of quotas and sales goals

• English is required as we serve customers throughout Canada from our Montreal location, and a significant majority of business is conducted in English; however, wherever possible, we will support the employee's right to work in French

The Sales Operations Specialist plays a key role in managing the operational execution and business performance of an assigned portfolio of categories & subcategories. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations tasks, including forecast maintenance, inventory management, purchase order execution, trade spend tracking, and business performance analysis. The role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to maintain operational alignment, highlight risks and opportunities, and support delivery against revenue and inventory goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activities related to demand planning support, inventory monitoring, purchase order execution, and sales performance tracking
• Prepare and maintain weekly business reporting, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities

This role is responsible for stabilizing, standardizing, and governing inventory processes across multiple 3PL returns facilities that require improved structure, visibility, and control.

The Manager will lead efforts to ensure inventory accuracy, enforce compliance with internal controls (including SOX), and drive accountability across third-party partners and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ownership of Reverse Logistics Inventory Control (Primary Focus)

• Own end-to-end inventory control across all returns and reverse logistics facilities
• Establish structure, standards, and governance in environments with inconsistent or underdeveloped processes

The Role:

As the National Volunteer Engagement Manager, you will work to engage volunteers across Canada and be responsible for supporting the growth of our national volunteer program, with a focus on scaling corporate & community partnerships across the country. The incumbent will work closely with our field operations staff, corporate partners, and community groups to ensure that all volunteer engagement activity is well-executed and meets the high-quality standards for Second Harvest’s volunteer experience.

Your Impact:  

Group Volunteer Engagement (50%):

• Collaborate with our Development Team and corporate stakeholders to co-create meaningful and measurable volunteer experiences.
• Oversee the planning and execution of volunteer logistics for any national Second Harvest initiatives, including but not limited to, community events, food collections, snack packing, Feeding Our Future, gleaning program, etc.
• Work with a network of suppliers and vendors to coordinate the ordering and delivery of event supplies for snack packing.
• Support Second Harvest regional teams with in-person delivery of corporate and community engagement events.
• Provide support with the planning and day-of logistics for any national volunteer appreciation events and National Volunteer Week activities.

Volunteer Coordination (40%):

• Recruit, screen, train, and supervise national volunteers as Second Harvest’s volunteer program expands nationally.
• Maintain an active and engaged roster of community-based volunteers in key markets to support the business goals of each department at Second Harvest.
• Act as liaison between Field Operations staff and volunteers, ensuring that proper volunteer management protocols are being followed
• Provide volunteers with feedback, monitor volunteer satisfaction, and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
• Participate in cross department meetings as required to remain apprised of volunteer requirements.
• Ensure that all volunteers are appreciated and stewarded to maintain a large and dedicated volunteer base.
• Support strategic planning by assessing and evaluating the national Volunteer Program in an ongoing capacity.

Administrative (10%):

• Regularly contribute to monthly/quarterly reports and support the creation of annual reports that include volunteer hours, number of volunteers, and program outcomes.
• Oversee data entry of national volunteers and placements into Raiser’s Edge.
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned to support the overall goals of the organization.

• A minimum of three to five (3-5) years experience in the not-for-profit sector, with working knowledge of volunteer programs, community engagement, program management, CSR/employee engagement programs, or event management is ideal.
• Post-secondary education in volunteer management, human resources, social work, or similar field is preferred.

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to lead the relaunch and expansion of our brands – La Senza Canada and DIM Brands International, within the Canadian wholesale market. This is an exciting opportunity to build a business from the ground up and drive its profitable growth.

Reporting directly to the Head of La Senza, this role will focus on building and growing partnerships with key accounts, including amazon and big box chains, department stores, pharmacies, wholesale clubs and online marketplaces, while driving brand awareness and sales growth in Canada. This is a remote position, with 30% travel within Quebec and Canada.

This brand-new role requires a strategic thinker with strong entrepreneurial skills, a passion for building relationships, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be bilingual (English and French) and have a proven track record in key account management within the wholesale industry.

Key Responsibilities

Account Development & Management:

· Establish and grow strong partnerships with new and existing accounts throughout Canada, building win-win value proposition.

· Act as the primary point of contact for buyers, fostering collaborative relationships to drive mutual success.

· Enhance current relationships within our existing customer base and expand distribution to new accounts and channels.

· Develop new relationships by targeting key markets, channels, and customers, creating value and delivering exceptional support.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

· Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue profitability targets, growing the business from ground up.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with brand goals.

· Analyze sales data and market trends to inform pricing, assortment, and promotional strategies.

· Identify opportunities for new business channels and define strategies to penetrate and increase sales.

· Service accounts on an ongoing basis to ensure order timeliness and accuracy.

Brand Representation:

· Serve as a brand ambassador for La Senza and DIM, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all accounts.

· Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present customized proposals and marketing plans to buyers.

Collaboration & Reporting:

· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of account strategies.

· Provide regular updates to Brand Leadership on sales performance, market opportunities, and account progress.

· In collaboration with La Senza & DIM, build a tailored offering for the wholesale channel in Canada.

Market Insights:

· Monitor competitive activity, industry trends, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities and risks.

Qualifications

Experience:

· 8–10 years of experience in key account management or wholesale, preferably within the fashion, apparel, or consumer goods industries.

· Demonstrated success in growing sales and managing major accounts.

Skills:

· Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with a proven ability to influence buyers and stakeholders.

· Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and analytical skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Exceptional communication skills in English and French (bilingualism is mandatory).

· Outstanding business acumen, negotiation skills, team orientation, leadership, and analytical capabilities.

· Highly self-motivated with the ability to execute new wholesale partnerships from research to final negotiations.

· Demonstrated ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level.

· Ability to deliver impactful presentations and sales pitches.
