Nous sommes à la recherche d'un·e Programmeur·euse IA senior expérimenté·e pour rejoindre notre studio. Vous serez responsable de divers systèmes et fonctionnalités d'IA tout en assurant leur qualité technique. Position – Senior AI Programmer

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Programmer to join the Haven Entertainment Studios project team. The Senior AI Programmer will have ownership of various AI systems and features while ensuring their technical quality. They will help clarify technical requirements and contribute to defining the programming team's planning. As part of a multidisciplinary team, the Senior AI Programmer will drive technical design and implementation, ensuring design and artistic requirements are met while exciting player experiences are delivered.

Reporting

The Senior AI Programmer will report to the Technical Producer.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Deliver high quality systems and features that meet design and technical requirements.

• Optimize and debug code to ensure performance and technical quality.

• Promote and follow programming best practices and coding standards, build sustainable, performant and maintainable technologies and code.

• Assist with technical design documents, requirements clarification, tasks definition and peer code-reviews.

• Plan work effectively and provide realistic updates on progress to managers.

• Proactively identify risks and create innovative solutions to mitigate their impact on the game.

Mener une transformation d’infrastructure à grande échelle dans des environnements des marchés des capitaux

Le rôle
Nous soutenons un client des marchés des capitaux dans le cadre d’une initiative critique de renouvellement et de modernisation du matériel. À titre d’ingénieur DevOps senior, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la livraison d’une transformation d’infrastructure de bout en bout — de la découverte et l’évaluation comparative jusqu’au déploiement et à la validation. The Role
We are supporting a capital markets client through a critical hardware refresh and modernization initiative. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end infrastructure transformation—from discovery and benchmarking through to deployment and validation. YOUR MANDATE

You will be responsible of the digital performance of your clients’ campaigns. You will launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across relevant platforms, ensuring audience targeting, performance tracking, and seamless coordination with partners. 

EVERY DAY YOU WILL:

• Handle the launch and marketing of campaigns on platforms and with partners related to your discipline.
• Identify and propose optimization opportunities for your channel based on predetermined platform performance indicators.
• Participate in media recommendations specific to your activation channel.
• Contribute to campaign reports by communicating the list of optimizations made, as well as any relevant context for interpreting the results.
• Help adjust audiences at the time of launch (recommending alternatives if needed).
• Master data sources from various partners and platforms for audience targeting.
• Prepare routing sheets and send materials for tag creation on the ad server.
• Manage campaign closure: updating digital calendars, and following up with teams dedicated to internal finances.
• Stay up to date on all new features, betas, or changes related to buying platforms, optimization options, purchasing methods, and data points for targeting.
• Share innovations and best practices with the team.

WE WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE :

• A post-secondary degree in marketing, advertising, communication or related discipline.
• 1 to 3 year of experience in digital marketing (an asset).
• An ability to work as part of a team and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities 

This role reports to the Team Lead- Managed Services. 

Client-Facing Support

· Work across multiple client environments with varying configurations and policies

· Act as a Level 2 escalation resource for infrastructure, networking, and security-related incidents

· Own tickets end-to-end, including investigation, resolution, documentation, and customer communication

· Deliver a high-quality client experience by translating complex technical issues into clear, understandable updates

· Ensure SLAs are met through proactive troubleshooting, prioritization, and escalation when required

Networking & Security Infrastructure

· Troubleshoot and support network infrastructure, including:

o LAN/WAN environments

o Wi-Fi access points and controllers

o VPN connectivity (site-to-site and client VPN)

· Support and administer firewalls and security appliances (policy changes, NAT, VPNs, firmware updates, basic threat investigation)

· Assist with implementation and support of endpoint and identity security controls, including MFA and conditional access

· Identify security risks or misconfigurations and recommend remediation following best practices

Systems, Virtualization & Cloud

· Support on-premise and virtualized infrastructure, including:

o Server and Storage environments
