YOUR MANDATE
Embody expert leadership by ensuring ongoing monitoring, standardization, and the promotion of best practices, while acting as a strategic reference for teams, clients, and partners. You will also be responsible for the continuous development of products, team training, client support, and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
EVERY DAY YOU WILL
- Provide a holistic and standardized vision of performance and results related to your expertise (KPIs, benchmarks, trends).
- Ensure continuous monitoring of emerging trends, technologies, and strategies.
- Guarantee consistency and rigor in practices across accounts and projects.
- Identify training needs and support the learning and skills development of teams.
- Contribute to the creation of quality assurance and operational efficiency processes.
- Act as an expert and spokesperson for clients and internal teams.
- Simplify technical concepts and support clients in adopting best practices and presentations.
- Actively contribute to the agency’s visibility and thought leadership.
- Monitor market evolution and identify new strategic opportunities.
- Strengthen relationships with key media and technology partners.
- Provide strategic support on key accounts to reinforce our expertise.
- Help translate practice-related challenges into concrete and impactful recommendations for clients.
WE WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE
- A post-secondary degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field;
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar position;
- Strong skills in simplifying complex concepts;
- A critical and analytical mindset;
- Strong coaching abilities;
- A strong aptitude for teamwork;
- Excellent interpersonal and political skills;
- Rigor and attention to detail;
- Comfort with numbers and tools such as Excel, and strong mathematical logic;
- Experience with digital activation platforms such as DSPs: DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo, Amazon, Business Managers: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, Campaign Manager: Google Ads, Analytics.
- Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written – As our global network interacts daily with clients of national and international scope, a level of English that allows you to understand and communicate fluently in both French and English is a basic requirement for this role.

YOUR MANDATE
Act as a resource person within the team, supporting junior members to ensure the quality of their work and foster the development of their digital expertise.
EVERY DAY YOU WILL :
- Build e-commerce media recommendations in the form of a detailed plan (including partner, platform, audience, and KPI recommendations) in collaboration with internal teams;
- Execute the launch and go-to-market of campaigns on platforms and with partners related to your discipline, ensuring quality control;
- Identify and propose optimization opportunities for your channel based on predetermined platform performance indicators;
- Contribute to campaign reports and ensure campaign data is properly shared;
- Troubleshoot issues across various platforms by actively seeking solutions;
- Actively participate in trainings and partner presentations;
- Stay up to date on all new features, betas, or changes related to buying platforms, optimization options, buying methods, and data points for targeting;
- Contribute to audience adjustments at launch and recommend alternatives as needed;
- Enter campaign data into Prisma or validate data entry performed by others. Manage the signing of advertising contracts;
- Prepare routing sheets and transmit materials for tag creation on the ad server;
- Send buying summaries to communicate realized savings;
- Manage campaign closure: update digital calendars, financial platforms, and follow up with media reconciliation teams;
- Collaborate on various projects related to your discipline (best practice documents, tool implementations, POVs) to enhance the quality and depth of your group’s expertise.
WE WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE :
- A post-secondary degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field;
- 3 to 5 years in a similar position;

YOUR MANDATE
You’ll be the strategist behind our most ambitious digital media campaigns. With end-to-end responsibility, you’ll oversee everything from analyzing client briefs to negotiating with our partners. You will lead discussions on tactics, KPIs, and tracking. You will build engaging audiences, manage detailed media schedules, and transform complex data into actionable insights to guide our clients toward success.
ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS, YOU WILL:
- analyse the client brief, providing context and recommendations
- select tactics and formulate detailed recommendations for channels, platforms, environments, etc., in collaboration with specialized teams and as part of the integrated 360-degree media plan
- lead discussions on tracking and reporting with specialised teams
- collaborate with our media partners
- orchestrate the creation of clients’ first-party audiences
- finalise the digital media calendar and present it to clients
- produce digital performance reports in collaboration with internal teams
- analyse performance holistically
- actively collaborate on annual account strategy planning
- contribute as a digital expert to non-campaign projects
- share POVs and useful information with clients.
WE WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media
- A university degree in digital media, marketing, technology and new media, business administration, etc.
- A keen interest in media, advertising, marketing, new technologies, and AdTech issues
- Knowledge of the Canadian media ecosystem
- Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly
- Strong analytical skills and ease with numbers
- The ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Proactivity and autonomy
- Excellent knowledge of digital activation platforms: DSP, Social Ads Manager, Campaign Manager, Google Ads, etc.
- Experience with with analytics and verification platforms is a plus: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, IAS, etc.
