À propos de cette opportunité
Nous recherchons un(e) spécialiste des opérations publicitaires pour rejoindre notre équipe à Montréal et contribuer à la croissance du marché des Amériques. La personne retenue sera responsable de soutenir les annonceurs dans l’activation des inventaires DOOH via la plateforme DSP de Perion. Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) est passionné(e) par la publicité programmatique et souhaite développer sa carrière en service client et en opérations publicitaires.
Comment vous aurez un impact
- Vous participerez à la configuration et au lancement précis des campagnes selon les objectifs, avec ciblage, accords (deals) et assignation des créations.
- Vous assurerez le suivi des performances, du rythme de diffusion (pacing), des rapports et de l’optimisation afin de garantir la livraison complète et l’atteinte des objectifs.
- Vous identifierez de manière proactive les problèmes de performance et les résoudrez ou les escaladerez si nécessaire.
- Vous développerez une connaissance approfondie du marché et des fonctionnalités de la plateforme afin de mieux soutenir les clients.
- Vous collaborerez avec différents départements pour améliorer et optimiser les stratégies, relever les défis techniques et faire évoluer le produit dans un environnement en constante évolution.

Profil recherché
Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) possède une bonne compréhension de l’écosystème mondial de la publicité numérique et se tient informé(e) des évolutions du secteur.
- Diplôme universitaire ou expérience professionnelle équivalente
- 1 à 2 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire, idéalement dans l’adtech, le DOOH ou l’analyse de données mobiles
- Bonne maîtrise d’Excel et de la suite Google ; Salesforce et Jira/Atlassian sont un atout
- Excellentes compétences en communication, avec capacité à s’adresser à des publics techniques et non techniques
- Proactivité naturelle et capacité à travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement en croissance rapide
- Capacité à travailler avec différents fuseaux horaires
- Sens de l’organisation, grande attention aux détails, esprit d’excellence et attitude positive
- Maîtrise de l’anglais (oral et écrit) requise pour collaborer avec une équipe et des clients internationaux ; le français est un atout

About this opportunity
We are looking for an Ad Operations Specialist to join us in Montreal and help us keep growing the Americas market. This chosen candidate will be responsible for supporting advertisers to activate Digital Out of Home inventory through the Perion DSP. The ideal candidate is an individual who has a passion for programmatic advertising and is interested in pursuing their career in Client Service and Ad Operations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will accurately support set up and launch of campaigns based on objectives with applied targeting, deals and creative assignment.
- You will monitor performance/pacing, reporting and optimization to ensure full delivery and campaign objectives are met.
- You will proactively identify and address performance concerns or escalate for support with technical and operational challenges..
- You will develop a deep knowledge of our current market specifics and our platform functionality to better support our clients.
- You will collaborate with multiple business departments to develop, improve, and optimize our strategy to meet technical challenges and evolve our product in a rapidly changing environment.

What do you need to perform in this job
Our ideal candidate has an understanding of the global digital advertising landscape and is up to date with key industry changes and events. You are experienced with the application of programmatic trading and audience-based buying.
- Required for this role is a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional working experience
- 1-2 years in a similar role preferably in the adtech Industry, across Digital OOH or Mobile data analytics
- Solid knowledge of Excel and G-suite, as well as Salesforce, Jira /Atlassian are nice to have
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate product operations to both a technical and non-technical audience
- Known to be naturally proactive, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-growing environment with all our global offices
- Able to handle working with different time zones
- Highly organized with a rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and a positive "can-do" approach
- The role requires the chosen individual to be fluent in English (spoken and written) in order to support our global team and clients. French is an asset.
