MongoDB’s Storage Layer Services (SLS) team is re-architecting the MongoDB cloud storage layer and sits at the heart of our next-generation cloud storage architecture. This relatively new team is building performant, multi-tenant distributed storage services that both enhance today’s Atlas storage stack and enable more customer workloads to run more efficiently.

You will partner with the teams building these storage services to define SLOs, shape capacity plans, and ensure the reliability, durability, and operational safety of the storage layer that underpins Atlas. You’ll join a small, senior team of SREs as founding members of this organization, playing a crucial role in executing on a multi-year roadmap for MongoDB’s cloud storage architecture.

This role can be based out of our Toronto or Montreal office or remotely in the Canada while physically based in an Eastern or Central time zone location. 

The ideal candidate should

• Have 6+ years of experience working on software development and operating distributed systems
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or a similar language
• Have operated or supported stateful storage or database systems at scale, and are comfortable with durability, consistency, and recovery trade-offs.
• Possess a customer-focused mindset
• Value efficiency in processes and operations
• Prefer automation over manual processes. We are a small team of software engineers with a strong bias towards software solutions to avoid toil
• Experience using and extending containerization technologies, particularly Kubernetes, to enhance application agility, optimize resource utilization, and accelerate time-to-market
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure
• Understanding of Linux operating system internals and networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, routing)

Responsibilities 

• Work on our multi-tenant distributed storage systems, balancing long-term strategic infrastructure goals with immediate engineering needs
• Build for reliability, making services and infrastructure available, resilient, fault-tolerant, and self-healing
• Identify and configure key metrics to detect incidents and quantify service health, availability, and performance
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to resolve issues involving the storage infrastructure
• Become an expert in infrastructure performance, helping us optimize from the application level all the way to the kernel

Strong candidates may also have experience with:

• Leading major architectural shifts, such as moving from legacy storage stacks to new multi-tenant storage architectures, including planning and executing large-scale data and workload migrations with tight availability and durability requirements
• Managing and scaling infrastructure across multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Designing secure, multi-tenant runtime environments at scale

The Security Product Management team is vital in safeguarding customer trust and making data security a market differentiator that enables MongoDB to succeed in enterprise and regulated industries. Responsibilities

• In this role, you will be a key member of security product management making data security a market differentiator that enables MongoDB to succeed in enterprise and regulated industries
• Build a vision for best-in-class data security features such as Resource Policies, Secure by Default at MongoDB, and other security and privacy features that minimize exposure to unauthorized access and risk of data loss. 
• Partner with engineering to develop a prioritized product roadmap and backlog to execute against that vision.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience in enterprise security or platforms
• Experience working with security focused engineers in a diverse team
• Domain expertise in data security
• Experience driving business results through influential leadership across multiple partner teams including engineering, sales, marketing, solution architects and customer success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership
• Proven ability to define and deliver successful product strategies and roadmaps
• Demonstrated experience in defining technical product requirements into an actionable product roadmap
• Understanding of various public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Comfortable with stage presence and public speaking
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, or equivalent experience

• Drive strong operational excellence standards for internal software development tools and services, helping define golden paths that optimize the efficiency and velocity of our engineering organization
• Design software development systems to ensure best practices and champion industry standards
• Advise Engineering partners on technical implications of systems design with regards to complexity, testability, and maintainability
• Lead development and project management of some of the largest projects within MongoDB to improve developer productivity and software quality, particularly around data-driven insights and optimizations

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS products. 
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience owning a product area end-to-end, including roadmap definition, prioritization, delivery, and driving adoption.
• Experience shipping Platform capabilities such as integrations, authentication systems, user management, APIs, or shared services supporting multiple teams or products.
• Demonstrated ability to partner closely with engineering and design to translate ambiguous problems into clear requirements and shipped solutions.
• Comfort making prioritization trade-offs using customer insights, business context, and data  to effectively balance immediate needs with longer-term platform health.

Nous recherchons un chef ou une cheffe de produit orienté(e) client pour rejoindre notre équipe responsable de la Plateforme. Compétences requises

• 5+ années d’expérience en gestion de produits SaaS B2B pour entreprises.
• Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en informatique, ingénierie, science des données ou dans un domaine connexe; toute expérience pratique équivalente sera également considérée.
• Expérience en gestion complète d'un domaine produit, incluant la définition de la feuille de route, la priorisation, le déploiement et l'adoption.
• Expérience avec le déploiement de fonctionnalités de plateforme telles que les intégrations, les systèmes d'authentification, la gestion des utilisateurs, les API ou les services partagés pour plusieurs équipes ou produits.

• Identify opportunities for upsell and expansion within the customer base and work closely with the Sales team to execute on them.

• Document and share customer feedback to help inform product development and improvement initiatives.

• Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to continuously provide value-added insights to customers.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role, preferably in the SaaS or cloud industry.

• Proven track record of managing a portfolio of customers and driving successful outcomes.

• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, GTM strategies, and digital marketing concepts.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Use of Artificial Intelligence in Talent Acquisition
At Capco, we use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support and enhance several parts of talent acquisition. This includes using AI-enabled features within LinkedIn to help source potential candidates, speeding up routine recruitment communications such as emails and creating compelling and brand-aligned job postings that accurately reflect role requirements, and AI-scheduling applications to improve the efficiency of interview coordination.

About the Role

The Software Engineer (Java) operates at a senior engineer level, driving technical direction across core product domains. The role combines deep hands-on Java engineering with architectural ownership — from high-level system design and technology selection to leading delivery of critical, cross-cutting platform capabilities.

At this level, engineering excellence extends beyond implementation: the engineer determines the right approach to complex problems, communicates technical decisions across functions, participates in hiring, and is accountable for the long-term health of the systems they own. This level demands sound judgment on technology and business trade-offs and the ability to act as a technical lead. What You'll Do

• Architecture and technology leadership: Lead high-level design for complex, cross-service features. About Our Process

Our selection process is designed to rigorously assess a candidate’s depth of technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and alignment with Behavox’s mission and core values.

As part of the process, candidates will first participate in a series of interviews focused on evaluating their technical expertise and engineering judgment. Candidates who successfully progress through these interviews will then be invited to complete a live technical exercise. The purpose of this live technical assessment is to validate the candidate’s stated technical competencies and assess their ability to solve complex problems with speed, accuracy, and sound engineering judgment. En plus de solides compétences sur Microsoft Fabric et Azure, le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) possède une expérience sur AWS ou GCP, ainsi qu’avec Databricks, et une compréhension globale des architectures de données modernes. Il/elle doit être à l’aise pour soutenir les démarches commerciales, porter la vision architecturale et garantir l’intégrité technique des solutions tout au long de leur mise en œuvre.

Responsabilités du poste

Architecture et stratégie

• Concevoir et piloter des architectures de données complexes à l’échelle de l’entreprise sur MS Fabric, Azure, GCP, AWS ou dans des environnements Databricks (serverless ou hébergés).
• Définir et faire respecter les standards architecturaux, les modèles et les cadres de gouvernance couvrant l’ingestion, la modélisation, la traçabilité (lineage), la sécurité et l’orchestration.
• Structurer des approches architecturales intégrant l’IA, incluant les fondations de données pour le ML, le feature engineering et des pipelines d’opérationnalisation à faible latence.
• Agir en tant que conseiller(ère) principal(e) auprès des responsables techniques côté client afin de définir la stratégie à long terme, les feuilles de route et les initiatives de modernisation.
• Diriger l’orientation architecturale lors des phases d’avant-vente, incluant la conception de solutions, le cadrage, l’estimation et les présentations auprès des instances dirigeantes.
• Anticiper les impacts en aval des décisions architecturales ; conserver la responsabilité lorsque les équipes de delivery ou certaines contraintes nécessitent des écarts par rapport à la conception initiale.

Leadership en ingénierie des données

• Concevoir des pipelines de données hautement disponibles, distribués et tolérants aux pannes, supportant des charges de travail batch et streaming.
• Superviser la migration et l’intégration de sources de données complexes et hétérogènes vers des plateformes Fabric, Azure, GCP ou Databricks.
• Définir des modèles de type medallion/lakehouse (zones Bronze/Silver/Gold) ou leurs équivalents cloud.
• Établir des standards d’entreprise pour les couches ingestion → transformation → exposition (serving) dans des environnements multi-cloud.
• Optimiser les performances des traitements de données à grande échelle sur Spark, Databricks et les moteurs natifs de Fabric.
• Assurer le leadership sur 2 à 3 projets simultanés avec une allocation variable, en garantissant la cohérence architecturale et la qualité de livraison, tout en contribuant à des travaux techniques approfondis lorsque nécessaire.

Exécution technique et contribution pratique

• Développer des transformations avancées, des pipelines et des frameworks en utilisant SQL, Python, dbt et les outils cloud-native de Fabric/Databricks.
• Mettre en œuvre l’automatisation via des API REST, Data Factory, des services d’orchestration et des outils de workflows multi-cloud.
• Encadrer les ingénieur(e)s sur l’architecture distribuée, la conception des métadonnées, les cadres de qualité des données et les bonnes pratiques de gestion de plateforme.
• Réaliser des analyses de causes racines sur des problématiques complexes de plateforme ou de performance, et mettre en place des remédiations durables et évolutives.

Collaboration et influence

• Agir en tant que principale autorité technique lors des revues d’architecture, de la conception de solutions et de la planification transversale.
• Conduire des échanges stratégiques avec des parties prenantes de niveau direction et exécutif.
• Traduire des architectures complexes en impacts métiers clairs pour des audiences non techniques.
• Encadrer les équipes d’ingénierie, les architectes techniques, les chefs de projet et les architectes juniors afin de renforcer les capacités organisationnelles.
• Représenter l’architecture lors des échanges d’avant-vente, des présentations de capacités et des cycles de propositions.

Qualifications requises 

Afin d’être éligible à ce poste, vous devez posséder les qualifications essentielles suivantes: 

• Plus de 10 ans d’expérience en ingénierie des données, architecture de données ou ingénierie de plateformes.
• Expérience dans la conception ou la mise en place de plateformes de données d’entreprise sur au moins l’un des environnements suivants : Azure, GCP ou AWS, ainsi que Databricks.
• Expertise approfondie en SQL, Python, traitement distribué des données et conception de données cloud-native.
• Expérience significative avec les modèles d’architecture medallion/lakehouse.
• Solide connaissance des plateformes de données modernes : Databricks, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Delta Lake, BigQuery, etc.
• Expérience avérée dans la direction architecturale de grands programmes et de plusieurs projets menés en parallèle.
• Expérience en automatisation et intégration d’entreprise via des API REST.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à interagir avec assurance auprès de la direction et des clients.
• Expérience en avant-vente, en conception de solutions techniques ou en leadership architectural orienté client.

Qualifications souhaitées

• Maîtrise des outils de reporting Tableau, Power BI et Microsoft Fabric.
• Expérience dans la conception d’architectures de données intégrant l’IA et de pipelines de données pour le machine learning.
• Expérience démontrée dans la définition et la mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques DevOps.
• Expérience avec Spark, Hive, Impala et autres frameworks Big Data.
• Connaissance des composants d’architectures multi-cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS).
• Expérience avec des outils d’automatisation de pipelines tels qu’Airflow, Azure Data Factory et Prefect.

You will design and operate internal services that standardize how AI workloads run in production, with clear abstractions, safe defaults, and strong observability. We're looking for a talented Production Reliability Engineer to join our PRE Build and Deploy team based in Montreal, Canada. The ideal candidate understands the different requirements that are brought upon by continuous deployment and high-availability. We are seeking a Senior Data Developer with a strong background in event streaming to join our growing team. You will help build and maintain the data streaming platform that directly powers the MaintainX product and enables internal analytics, while developing streaming platform capabilities and tooling used by engineering teams daily. You will own the data platform’s CDC-streaming service, including runtime, reliability, capabilities, deployment, governance, and developer tooling.

What you’ll do:

• Build and operate the end-to-end CDC streaming platform (Debezium, Kafka, Flink) that produce near-real-time data products
• Own the streaming infrastructure (Kafka, Flink) using Terraform and Atmos IaC, including multi-region deployments
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the CDC-streaming platform
• Define and enforce pipeline reliability standards
• Instrument and maintain end-to-end observability for the streaming pipeline
• Build self-service tooling and runbooks for onboarding new CDC sources, including automation scripts, snapshot reconciliation checks, and operational documentation
• Collaborate with engineering teams to expand the CDC footprint, support new streaming data use cases, and evolve the streaming architecture

About you:

• 4+ years of experience building and operating production-grade event streaming pipelines in a modern cloud data environment

About you:

• 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or Applied AI.
• Expertise in Python, and strong familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud ML stacks (AWS, Databricks, or similar).
• Proven experience deploying production ML systems—not just prototypes—at scale.
• Strong background in LLMs, time-series modeling, and anomaly detection for real-world data.
• Demonstrated ability to lead architectural decisions, mentor developers, and collaborate across product, data, and platform teams.
• Knowledge of MLOps tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, Weights & Biases, MLflow, SageMaker).

We are seeking a machine learning (ML) research developer to join our team working on a novel AI safety agenda. In this role, you will work closely with ML research scientists to solve difficult training and inference problems using very large models.

Key responsibilities

Machine Learning Engineer – Biometrics (Computer Vision)

We’re looking for a Staff/Senior Machine Learning Engineer with deep expertise in computer vision and biometrics to lead the design and scaling of face recognition systems in production. You’ll build and train models, and own ML systems end-to-end on AWS. The final job level for this role will be determined following the interview process.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and development of computer vision systems for biometrics (face attributes, detection, quality, and recognition)
• Rigorous fairness analysis and benchmarking of biometric models across various datasets and operating conditions.
• Architect, train, and optimize models using PyTorch, Tensorflow, and/or JAX
• Own and evolve end-to-end ML pipelines, from data ingestion to deployment. Design automated pipelines (Airflow) for data ingestion and cleaning. You will be responsible for curating balanced training sets and generating synthetic data to address both quality and diversity gaps.
• Production Engineering: Own the path to production. Optimize models for low-latency inference (quantization, distillation, TensorRT/ONNX) and manage deployment on AWS.
• Mentor ML engineers, conduct code/design reviews, and drive technical best practices across the Computer Vision team.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of industry experience in Machine Learning, with at least 3 years dedicated to Biometrics or Face Analysis.
• Deep expertise in computer vision and biometrics, especially face recognition.
• Fairness & Ethics: You understand the sources of algorithmic bias in Computer Vision and have practical experience measuring and mitigating disparate impact.
• Strong Engineering: Expert proficiency in Python (both machine learning and vision libraries such as Pillow, OpenCV, PyTorch, etc). You write clean, modular, production-ready code.
• Systems Architecture: Experience designing end-to-end ML pipelines (Data to Train to Deploy) and working with workflow orchestrators like Airflow.
• Cloud Native: Hands-on experience scaling training jobs on multi-GPU clusters and deploying services on AWS (SageMaker, EC2, EKS).

Nice to Have

• Research Publications: Papers in CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, or FG related to face recognition, image quality assessment, or fairness.
• Large Scale Search: Experience with vector databases (e.g., Milvus, Faiss) and approximate nearest neighbor (ANN) search algorithms.
• Familiarity with privacy, security, and compliance in biometric systems.
• Mobile/Edge Experience: Experience porting models to edge or mobile devices utilizing frameworks such as CoreML, LiteRT, and/or TFLite.
