Job Summary
Loenbro is seeking an experienced Project Executive to support our federal construction projects. This role acts as a senior leader overseeing the execution of complex infrastructure projects for federal agencies throughout the full project lifecycle. This role will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, management, and development of all craft employees. The Project Executive will collaborate with regional managers and the Construction Management team, including operations, estimating, fabrication, safety, and quality control managers, to coordinate and drive daily, weekly, and monthly activities, while upholding our core values.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a strong project team to meet customer expectations, manage scope, and deliver projects on schedule.
• Drive profitability through effective project execution and monitoring financial forecasts.
• Monitor project progress, financial performance, and manage cost overruns, proposing corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with Project Superintendents to create detailed project plans, including timelines, cost estimates, and resource allocation, while coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction departments.
• Review and manage contractual requirements and communicate regularly with customers on all project aspects.
• Prepare and present potential change orders (PCOs) to clients and maintain the project budget.
• Oversee the installation of electrical/industrial systems and equipment, performing site inspections to monitor quality and progress and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Promote safety standards on-site, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to manage or reduce risks.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring effective collaboration.
• Initiate monthly submissions of the schedule of values (SOVs) and lead procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and documentation from local authorities and ensure availability of resources required for successful project execution.
• Prepare detailed project reports, including progress updates and performance metrics, and report status to upper management and stakeholders.
• Ensure all documentation, certifications, and records are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate complete projects to identify lessons learned and implement best practices for future projects through collaboration with internal business units (i.e. Safety, Quality, Field Operations).
• Maintain and develop business opportunities and external relations with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and end users.

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

• 12+ years of proven project management experience within the industrial construction field or other related experience.
• Specific experience with federal/military (USACE) and Federal Acquisition Regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of industrial construction is preferred.
• The ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously is preferred.
• PMP or relevant project management certification is desired.
• Excellent leadership, communication and people skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and knowledgeable in project management software (e.g., HCSS, Bluebeam, Viewpoint)

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize a go-to-market strategy specifically focused on Labor, Union, and Employer corporate partners
• Create, build, and manage relationships with key Labor, Union, EAP stakeholders, HR leaders, and benefits managers across priority markets

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $70,000 and $93,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $92,000 and $120,000 per year. ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

onX is seeking a Senior Integrated Campaign Producer to drive operational excellence across high-impact, cross-functional marketing campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of multiple cross-functional Marketing, Brand, and Vertical (Hunt, Offroad, Fish, etc.) teams, enabling campaign owners to focus on strategy by building systems and processes that set campaigns up for success. This role will report to the Senior Marketing Strategic Operations Manager.

Operating Model: You will serve as the operational hub across Marketing, Brand, and Vertical teams—ensuring alignment, clarity, and momentum across all campaign stakeholders. You’ll establish standardized processes while leading project management for Tier 1 campaigns across all teams, setting them up for success before transitioning project management and execution to campaign owners and creative production. This role will also drive end-to-end project management for all Brand Team-led campaigns, inclusive of creative production and execution.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Senior Integrated Campaign Producer, your essential job duties and responsibilities will be split into several distinct buckets of work: 

Vertical Campaign Enablement & Process Standardization

• Build and reinforce scalable, repeatable processes for Tier 1 campaigns across all Verticals,  balancing consistency with flexibility
• Partner with Vertical teams early to define timelines, stakeholder engagement, and briefing requirements within a standardized framework

 onX is committed to compensating all employees fairly and equitably for their contributions. For this position, applicants can expect to make between $119,000 and $140,000 upon hire. The pay range will vary based upon experience, skills, certifications, education among other factors as required in the job description. In addition, full-time onX employees are eligible for a grant of common share options with a vesting schedule and an annual bonus of 10% based on company performance.

We’re hiring a Director, Enterprise Digital Transformation to help onX scale impact without scaling complexity.

As we grow, duplication, fragmented systems, and manual workflows can slow progress. This senior individual contributor will modernize how work gets done across teams, systems, and operating rhythms so the company can move faster, with greater focus and durability.

You will partner with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Customer Experience, People & Culture, and IT to identify and deliver high-impact transformation initiatives. Your focus will be on simplifying workflows, embedding automation, and ensuring durable adoption of new ways of working.

You will also shape how AI becomes a true scaling multiplier. This includes identifying high-value opportunities, prioritizing a focused portfolio of initiatives, and guiding experimentation into production-ready solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Reporting to the VP, People & Culture, and operating with strong executive sponsorship, you will lead through influence and governance, not reporting lines. Success in this role means freeing capacity, reducing complexity, standardizing how we work, and moving a select set of AI solutions into active, company-wide use.

This is a company-wide mandate for a high-judgment operator who thrives in ambiguity, aligns leaders around clear priorities, and turns strategy into sustained operational impact.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Ten (10) or more years of progressive experience leading digital transformation, operational excellence, and/or business process redesign in SaaS or complex technology environments, with demonstrated enterprise-level impact
• Proven track record embedding automation and AI into business workflows, including opportunity assessment, tool selection, integration, and adoption
• Demonstrated ability to drive complex, high-visibility initiatives from ambiguity to delivery, while laying foundations for lasting impact
• Strong skills in diagnosing, simplifying, and scaling cross-functional workflows
• Ability to see patterns across teams and functions and avoid siloed solutions
• Comfort making high-stakes decisions with imperfect information, balancing near-term wins with long-term sustainability

ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Staff Data Engineer is a senior leader responsible for designing and evolving core components of onX’s lakehouse and data platform. This role focuses on how data is structured, governed, secured, and described so that analytics, product features, and AI systems can operate reliably at scale.

This engineer operates at the intersection of data architecture, metadata, governance, and security, leading complex initiatives and setting technical direction within the Data Engineering organization. They are a trusted technical partner to Product, Analytics, Data Science, Security, and Platform teams, and serve as a force multiplier for other engineers through high-level technical guidance and active mentorship.

As an onX Data Engineer, your day to day responsibilities would look like:

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Design and evolve the Iceberg-based lakehouse architecture to balance scalability, cost, performance, and maintainability.
• Define and promote standards for table design, partitioning, schema evolution, optimization, and data layout.
• Lead architectural efforts spanning batch, streaming, and event-driven data processing where they deliver business value.
• Drive the design and delivery of complex, cross-team initiatives, enabling teams to move independently within established architectural guidance.
• Build vs. Buy: Evaluate and integrate technologies.

Metadata, Governance & Open Standards

• Define how datasets, pipelines, features, and models are described, related, and governed using shared metadata.
• Lead the adoption and integration of open-source metadata and catalog tools (e.g., OpenMetadata or similar ecosystems).
• Establish metadata standards that enable self-service analytics, governance, and AI readiness.
• Partner with BI and Analytics to ensure domain models are clearly documented and aligned to business language.
• Collaborate with Data Science to ensure model inputs, features, and outputs are traceable, explainable, and reusable.

Security, Access Control & Compliance

• Design and evolve security and access-control models for Apache Iceberg, including table-, column-, and row-level controls.
• Partner with Security and Platform teams to embed policy enforcement directly into data access paths.
• Drive metadata-driven authorization patterns that scale across tools and user groups.
• Ensure privacy, compliance, and regulatory requirements are incorporated into platform design.
• Balance strong security guarantees with usability to support safe self-service.
  
  

Platform Reliability & Operations

• Build and maintain automation for compaction, retention, lifecycle management, and cost controls.
• Establish observability standards that connect pipeline health, data quality, and reliability metrics.
• Provide architectural oversight during critical incidents and drive long-term 'Keep the Lights On' (KTLO) reduction.
• Recommend tooling and process improvements based on industry standards and operational experience.

Organizational Impact & Collaboration

• Align technical work with business priorities by understanding how data supports onX products and customer outcomes.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, product partners, and leadership.
• Lead and participate in architecture and design reviews, setting a high bar for technical rigor.
• Foster strong cross-team collaboration across Data Engineering, Platform, Security, Analytics, and Data Science.
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers, raising the technical bar across the team.

LOCATION

onX has created a thriving distributed workforce community across several US locations. This position can be performed from an onX corporate office, “Basecamp,” or “Connection Hub.” 

• Corporate Offices: onX was founded in Montana with offices in Missoula and Bozeman. If you prefer to work in an office at least part of the time this is a great option.
• Basecamps: Basecamps are established virtual workforce communities where a sizable number of distributed team members group for work, volunteering, socializing, and adventure.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Deep industry experience (typically 12+ years) building and operating large-scale data systems.
• Deep expertise in distributed data systems and data architecture.
• Strong experience with Apache Iceberg and similar table formats (Delta Lake, Hudi).
• Proven experience designing secure and governed data platforms.
• Expertise in Python, SQL, and orchestration patterns (e.g., Airflow).
• Experience working with data ecosystems, including metadata, catalog, or governance tooling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Deep experience in at least one major cloud environment (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Familiarity with cloud-native data services such as query engines, stream/batch processing systems, and object storage–based lakehouses.
