This role can sit in our NYC HQ on a hybrid basis, or it can be fully remote while working from a location based in either Eastern or Central time zones. We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer for our SRE, Atlas team to support, maintain and grow the Atlas platform. As a senior SRE, you will be expected to be able to design & build complex systems, operate with autonomy and act as owner for everything you do.
The SRE Atlas team works alongside the various Atlas software engineering teams to provide expertise about running systems at scale, build new tooling and automation and perform essential maintenance of the Atlas fleet.
This is an SRE team, which means you can expect a highly hands-on approach, tackling the technical challenges of implementing large scale solutions that have the ability to impact our customer’s most crucial workloads.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role sits within Anaplan's IT Customer Experience organization and is focused on transforming how Anaplan employees work. You will design, build, and scale AI tools, agents, and capabilities that drive productivity, smarter decision-making, and operational efficiency across our global workforce.
Anaplan is building its Enterprise AI Center of Excellence (COE) — a one-stop shop for all internal AI at Anaplan — and is looking for an AI Principal Architect to lead it from a technical standpoint. This is a senior, newly created role at the intersection of hands-on enterprise AI engineering, internal system architecture, technical leadership, and workforce enablement.
The AI Principal Architect will own the technical vision for Anaplan's internal AI — designing the reference architecture for LLMs, agentic AI, and Gemini Enterprise; setting engineering standards; evaluating emerging platforms; and ensuring every employee-facing initiative is built with rigor, scalability, and responsible design.
This role carries a hybrid profile: deep individual technical contribution combined with team leadership influence. About the Role
At Nubank, our Credit Card platform is the core of our global expansion. We are looking for a Staff Engineer to join our platform team as a technical anchor, ensuring our systems remain scalable and flexible as we maintain sustainable growth and innovation in the countries where we currently operate, while also launching into new international markets. You will play a vital role in evolving the architecture of one of our most complex and strategic products.
You will operate within a high-impact triad alongside Product and Management, focusing on long-term technical strategy and system health. As a hands-on technical leader, you will challenge the status quo, propose innovation and solve deep architectural problems, mentor and become a technical reference for our engineering team. Your work will directly enable millions of customers to access financial products via credit card worldwide.

About the role
We are hiring a Senior Staff Software Engineer to help lead the architectural direction of Nubank’s Global Debt Resolution platform, operating horizontally across all business areas. You will align the debt resolution stack to a cohesive long-term technical vision spanning Lending, Credit Card, and Credit Platform (Core Banking), ensuring we build globally scalable, compliant, and reusable solutions. About the Role
The Systems Performance team is part of the Computing Squad consists of two distinct workstreams —Orchestration and System Performance —each with its own approach and challenges on managing and improving the foundational infrastructure where the majority of the Nubank's workloads runs.
The Performance team is focused on building deep diagnostic tools and performing high-level analysis to reduce latency, infrastructure costs and increase services efficiency.
