About the Role: 

We are seeking a technically strong, hands-on Senior Database Reliability Engineer to help design, build, and scale the database platform used across Sezzle’s applications.

This is not a traditional DBA role. This role is for an engineer who can combine deep database knowledge with software engineering, infrastructure engineering, and platform thinking. You will help build the systems, libraries, automation, standards, and guardrails that make database usage across Sezzle reliable, secure, scalable, and easy for developers to adopt correctly.

As a Senior Database Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for improving how Sezzle applications connect to, migrate, operate, observe, and scale their databases. Job Overview 

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Linux & Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Administrator to support a production application hosted on OCI. The role focuses on Oracle Linux administration, OCI networking and security, Terraform-based automation, and operational support for SFTP and mail services.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Oracle Linux systems (patching, tuning, troubleshooting)

An overview of this role

As a Solutions Architect, you’ll be a trusted advisor to our customers in Latin America. You will help them understand how GitLab’s DevSecOps platform can solve real software delivery challenges and drive measurable business outcomes. About the team

Our Solutions Architect team partners with Sales to help customers Latin America to understand, adopt, and gain value from the GitLab DevSecOps platform. You’ll join a small, collaborative group that includes Solutions Architects, a regional sales director, and Account Executives focused on enterprise, mid-market and public sector customers, reporting to a Senior Manager based in the US. The team works in an all-remote, highly asynchronous way across time zones, combining deep technical expertise with consultative engagement to guide customers through evaluations, proof of concepts, and strategic value stream assessments. The Mission

Leading Your Team

• Hire and build: Set the technical bar for ML roles on your team, lead or oversee technical assessments, and make hiring decisions you can stand behind. Build a team that raises the practice's overall standard.
• Develop people: Run regular structured 1:1s, provide candid feedback at meaningful milestones, and actively invest in each person's growth — whether they are early in their career or highly experienced.
