Scale AI is looking to hire a highly motivated and enthusiastic Global Travel & Expenses Manager to join its Corporate Accounting team. This crucial role will play an integral part in building its global travel and expense operations in a fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for managing the strategic Travel program and expenses cycle and supporting the month-end close process. You must have strategic thinking, strong analytical skills and an eagerness to learn, as well as be a collaborative team player. You’ll need to not be afraid to roll up your sleeves and pivot between high-level vendor negotiations and hands-on system troubleshooting and also doing tactical work.

Licenciatura en Contaduría o Derecho;

Meet the Team
At Fever, the Tax team makes sure we stay on top of tax compliance across the group: from sales taxes and deal structuring to reporting obligations and identifying tax opportunities. We work closely with external advisors to validate tax criteria, ensure accurate reporting and drive to optimize processes that streamline the finance function. We also define tax parameters for new business activities, solve compliance issues across markets, and continuously improve tools and processes to support the wider organization.

The Role
As a Tax Specialist for Latin America region you will be playing a key role within Fever's Tax practice working closely with the Tax Manager and rest of the team, helping with the global tax compliance and tax strategy of the Group. Experience working with direct and indirect taxes or accounting under the jurisdiction of countries within the LATAM region is recommendable.
You will be expected to demonstrate ownership and proactivity getting things done in the tax area of a global high-growth business.

We work closely with external advisors to validate tax criteria, ensure accurate reporting and drive to optimize processes that streamline the finance function. We also define tax parameters for new business activities, solve compliance issues across markets, and continuously improve tools and processes to support the wider organization.

The Role
As a Tax Specialist for Latin America region you will be playing a key role within Fever's Tax practice working closely with the Tax Manager and rest of the team, helping with the global tax compliance and tax strategy of the Group. Experience working with direct and indirect taxes or accounting under the jurisdiction of countries within the LATAM region is recommendable.
You will be expected to demonstrate ownership and proactivity getting things done in the tax area of a global high-growth business.

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, collaborative, and business-minded Procurement Counsel to join our Legal Team. The Procurement Counsel will report to Sr. Corporate Counsel, and will have the strategic ability to oversee and negotiate key deals and relationships and act as a trusted business partner for the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience working in-house for global businesses, executing and negotiating commercial transactions and contracts, building processes, and executing efficiently on a day-to-day basis. Position Summary
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, global business and play a critical role in building, stabilizing, and leading the treasury function across LATAM.
As Head of Treasury, you will partner closely with the LATAM Head of Finance and global finance teams, with direct exposure to senior leadership, ensuring full visibility, control, and execution of cash across multiple entities and currencies in the region.
You will own the LATAM treasury infrastructure, including banking, liquidity management, cash flow planning, and payment execution, while establishing scalable processes to support both organic growth and M&A integration.
This role operates in a complex, multi-entity and cross-border environment, requiring strong coordination across Accounting, AP, AR, FP&A, and Operations to ensure disciplined cash management, efficient funding, and controlled execution of payments across the region.

This standalone entity will handle all aspects of importing industrial PPE and selling to distributors. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with comprehensive knowledge of running a business in Mexico, including operations, supply chain management, finance, government regulations, and import laws. They will have an opportunity to oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, build key relationships, and support the already established sales team. This role requires a hands-on approach to establishing and scaling the company while aligning with our U.S. parent company's goals. Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
LOCATION
This position is based in Mexico - specific location is preferably Monterrey based on business needs. We are willing to review applicants in Mexico City with aligned experience.
