The DoorDash Campaign Operations team’s mission is to efficiently deliver high quality, relevant communications that meet the needs of our audiences, globally. To accomplish this mission, we’re building a team of technical CRM experts who build, QA, and launch marketing campaigns designed by our Lifecycle Marketing partners. This team is goaled on high quality campaign delivery and operational efficiency so that each campaign reaches the correct audience on-time with excellent craft.
As the Senior Associate, Campaign Operations, you will be responsible for building, testing and launching Retention Marketing campaigns designed by our Lifecycle Marketing partners. You will partner closely with the Lifecycle Marketing team and Project Managers to ensure each campaign has completed all required steps prior to launch, and is delivered on time to the end-consumer, with high quality and excellent craft. As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.

Job Title: Associate Broadcast Producer – Latin America
Job Summary: Provides direction, creative development, and management of global live broadcasted competitions in Latin America. The broadcast producer will look after the full vertical of a show supporting competitions and products across one or more of Pokémon’s organized play and esport programs.

What you’ll do
Lead live broadcast productions for Organized Play and esports in Pokémon TCG, Pokémon VGC & Pokémon GO ensuring projects remain on track and on budget.
Manage the workflow of Pokémon Latin America Regional live events such as Run of Show, Talent Selection, Segment Creation, etc
Work with on Talent Manger on Talent Development and Growth for the Latin America Region
Create and manage production schedules and deliverables, including project budgets, ensuring on time delivery of assets and successful execution of Pokémon Latin America Regional shows in person.
Work with internal teams on properly telling the story of the Pokémon Championships, including Worlds.
Develop and manage broadcast schedules in coordination with internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
Regularly communicate all pertinent broadcast information with internal stakeholders and cross functional teams to ensure Pokémon Latin America Regional broadcasts meet brand, legal, and game standards, by market and distribution platform.
Be a resource for new ideas, responsible for creative ideas and execution that lead to increased production value of Pokémon Latin America Regional live events and broadcasts.
Investigate, propose, and implement new broadcast technology improving the viewer experience.
Oversee onsite execution of Pokémon TCG, Pokémon VG & Pokémon GO live broadcast initiatives including domestic and international travel.
Help clear interdepartmental dependencies to keep production moving.
Track performance, create regular reports, and provide analysis and insights based upon broadcast metrics.
Adhere to the quality level set by the Pokémon Events & Broadcasts team.
What you’ll bring
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required. Portuguese not required but a plus.
Three (3) to Five (5) years of related professional experience.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
Past experience working on a production line for a live broadcast.
Familiarity with Pokémon products, especially TCG, VGC & GO.
Familiarity with the Pokémon TCG, VGC & GO Community, including tournament meta and top players.
Expert knowledge of live competition show flow and common tournament formats including single elimination, double elimination, swiss, round robin, and multi-phased events.
Expert in streaming and video-on-demand platforms including Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram as well as software solutions to facilitate streaming such as xSplit and OBS.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite of products to support livestream creative and video.
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
Experience managing live broadcast productions including contracting for production vendors and talent negotiation.
Experience designing/concepting overlays, scripts, run-of-shows, videos, talking points, story boards, and other assets to facilitate competitive broadcasts.
Experience supporting at least 200 hours of live broadcasts.
Experience with onsite production support of at least 15 live broadcasts.
While passion for the Pokémon brand is a plus it is not required, however knowledge of and a willingness to learn more about the brand is a must.

The Varicent Associate TAM works alongside Technical Account Managers within the Customer Success organization with a portfolio of clients who have subscribed to the VIP Program. We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer Contractor with an interest in digital design, a strong visual eye, and a desire to learn and grow within a creative team.

As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and critical-thinking event producer who will support our Executive Producer and Project Manager in all aspects of production ensuring that high-quality experiences are delivered. This person will serve as the point of contact on the production side of all projects, being responsible for the third parties involved in the execution, development, and production of the creative deliverables. To support the development of new events, the Associate Producer will research and periodically implement new production formats, technologies, and solutions that could enhance Fever’s experiences. This role requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budgets. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in live event production and experiential marketing.
Candidates should be passionate about delivering results and producing fun and entertaining experiences for all walks of the public. Strong communication skills are critical to success in this role. The right candidate will be a self-starter and have strong interpersonal and project management skills.
You have a track record of successfully produced events with strong data analysis, oral and written communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on your flexible, detailed, analytical mindset. The role requires a mix of business development and operational experience. Candidates need to be passionate about the entertainment/events industry. You will have to be comfortable delivering results in an ambiguous environment, being exceptionally detail-orientated while looking around corners, and thinking bigger about how we create a compelling experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Data Operations manager is responsible for managing the development and maintenance of business intelligence and data quality compliance tools.
