Department: Engineering
Reports to: Max (Head of Marketplace)
Location: London (Hybrid — The Church, 291 Hackney Road)
Type: Full-time | Equity + Salary
Wonder Studios is an AI-native film and content studio redefining how stories are told. We partner with global brands, artists, and studios to create world-class campaigns, films, and experiences that merge cinematic craft with cutting-edge AI technology.
Backed by leading global investors, Wonder recently closed a $12M seed round to accelerate its next phase of growth — expanding our team and building the future of storytelling.
Our work spans entertainment, advertising, and original content (IP) — collaborating with partners such as YouTube, Google DeepMind, Universal Music Group, Campfire Studios and leading global artists.
Learn more at wonderstudios.com.
We're building the infrastructure that connects creators with fans, tech companies with talent, and filmmakers with the resources they need to make extraordinary work.
Wonder's Marketplace is the engine behind all of it — a platform that blends the discovery model of Apple TV with the creator economy of Patreon, built specifically for the AI creative industry. We're not just building a community. We're building the place where the next generation of filmmakers gets found, supported, and paid.
Right now our Marketplace has 2,000+ members, real enterprise clients, and Wonder TV — a curated streaming platform — live inside the app. We're at the inflection point between Circle-hosted MVP and fully custom platform, and we need a founding engineer to help us get there.
This is a 0-to-1 role. You'll work alongside Rick (Founding Engineer), Max (Head of Marketplace), and JD (Product & Ops) to own meaningful product surface areas from day one — not tickets in a backlog, but real decisions that shape how creators earn and how talent gets discovered.
Wonder TV — Stage 2 and beyond
We're live on Circle (Stage 1). Stage 2 is a custom NextJS frontend reading from Circle's backend — a proper VOD experience with discovery, watch pages, and creator profiles. Stage 3 takes us off Circle entirely. You'll be instrumental in both.
Jobs Board
A talent marketplace connecting Wonder's creator community with brands, studios, and agencies looking for AI-native creative talent. A standalone product to design, build, and launch.
Creator Profiles & Roster
Public-facing profiles connected to Wonder MGMT — portfolio hosting, enquiry flows, social proof, and direct client booking. The infrastructure that makes Wonder a talent platform, not just a community.
Fan Film Finance
The long-term vision: fans co-financing films directly alongside the creators they follow — micro-contributions, tokenised film rights, or Patreon-style subscriptions tied to production milestones. Frontier territory. We want someone who finds it exciting.
Marketplace Infrastructure
Search, discovery, matching, payments, notifications, permissions, moderation — the fundamentals that make a marketplace work at scale.
This role is about moving numbers that matter:
Background
The Person
Nice to Have
Competitive London market rate + meaningful founding engineer equity.
You'll join a small, ambitious team at the frontier of storytelling and technology — working alongside world-class creators, technologists, and storytellers who are building what comes next.
The Marketplace you'll build will connect creators with fans, tech companies with world-class talent, and filmmakers with the tools and finance they need to make extraordinary work. It's Patreon meets Apple TV, built for the AI creative era — and you'll be the engineer who makes it real.
You'll have direct access to leadership, real ownership from day one, and a community of 2,000+ AI-native creators as your users.
At Wonder, we're shaping the future of entertainment. We'd love for you to help build it.

At Vercel, we're hiring a Field Marketing Manager, Startups to help design, build, and execute Field and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs that resonate with a deeply technical audience. You'll be leading field marketing for our EMEA region, partnering tightly with our Startup Sales team. We're looking for a builder who can own all strategy & execution and who's motivated by impact.

Apply to VercelVercel gives developers the tools and cloud infrastructure to build, scale, and secure a faster, more personalized web. As the team behind v0, Next.js, and AI SDK, Vercel helps customers like Ramp, Supreme, PayPal, and Under Armour build for the AI-native web.
Our mission is to enable the world to ship the best products. That starts with creating a place where everyone can do their best work. Whether you're building on our platform, supporting our customers, or shaping our story: You can just ship things.
Vercel is looking for a “Head of Northern Europe, Enterprise/Majors” to own and grow our Northern UK, Ireland & Nordics business. This is a role for a leader who thrives in a high-growth SaaS environment, can roll up their sleeves to close strategic deals, and knows how to build and develop a winning enterprise team.
As Vercel expands its footprint across Northern Europe, this leader will be at the centre of that motion - driving pipeline, landing marquee logos, and positioning Vercel as the default frontend cloud for engineering-led enterprises in the region. You'll partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver a best-in-class buying experience for some of the most sophisticated technical buyers in the market.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
The London based pay range for this role is £300,000 - £350,000 OTE. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

Enterprise CSMs at Vercel are a critical part of the revenue engine. You own consumption growth across a portfolio of large enterprise accounts — ensuring the infrastructure customers have purchased is deeply adopted across their organisations, and that new workloads, teams, and use cases are continuously brought onto the platform.
This is not a support role. It's not account management, and it's not a renewal motion. It's a role for someone who thinks commercially, earns trust at the CTO and VP Engineering level, and understands that driving adoption across a large engineering organisation is one of the highest-leverage things Vercel can do. CSMs and AEs operate in clear swim lanes: AEs hunt net-new pipeline; CSMs own consumption.
This role requires judgment, technical curiosity, and the ability to operate across strategic, commercial, and hands-on dimensions simultaneously.
The OTE pay range for this role is £102,500 - £127,500. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. We are looking for a Forward-Deployed Engineer to join our Professional Services team. This is not a traditional consulting role—you will embed directly with our most strategic enterprise customers to drive transformational outcomes across frontend modernization, platform migrations, and AI adoption.
In this role, you will lead complex Next.js migrations, architect high-performance applications, and build production AI solutions—all within customer environments. You'll work hands-on-keyboard alongside customer teams, whether you're migrating a legacy React application to App Router, conducting a deep-dive code audit, or deploying production agents using Vercel's AI SDK. You will be equally comfortable leading a technical discovery session with engineering leadership as you are refactoring a complex rendering strategy or optimizing an agentic workflow.

You'll navigate ambiguous enterprise environments, assess technical debt, design migration strategies, and deliver measurable business value—all while building long-term relationships that expand our partnership with each customer.
You will report to the Director of Professional Services and will be remote-first with significant travel (25-40%) to customer sites for embedded engagements.

The Vercel Startups org exists to help founders navigate the shift to AI-native development with confidence. Startups move faster than ever—what used to take years now happens in days—and the decisions founders make early can either unlock scale or become long-term constraints. We partner with startups at the critical moments where technical, commercial, and strategic support starts to matter most.
We’re a talent-dense team made up of former founders, engineers, and experienced go-to-market operators who bring firsthand experience building, scaling, and supporting modern software companies. Many of us have sat on the other side of the table, making architectural decisions, navigating tradeoffs, and scaling under real constraints, and we bring that perspective into every customer interaction.
We operate with a growth mindset and strong shared ownership. We dig deep to understand our customers, work closely across functions as one team, and find ways to win even when the path forward isn’t obvious. Resilience, curiosity, and a willingness to push through hard problems are table stakes here.
This is a team for people who want to operate with high trust, high agency, and high impact — alongside peers who care deeply about helping startups succeed.
You are an expert in Vercel, you have incredible pattern recognition, and are at the bleeding edge of the tech and tools defining how we live and work. In this role, you'll help startups unlock Vercel's full value from adoption through scaling—building relationships with founders and technical leaders who are making critical architectural decisions. You'll analyze usage patterns to identify expansion opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams to drive outcomes, and guide teams as they adopt AI-native architectures. By leveraging automation and AI to maximize your impact, you'll help refine early plays into repeatable playbooks that scale across our startup portfolio.
If you’re based within commuting distance of our London office, the role includes in-office anchor days.
We’re looking for someone who sits at the intersection of technical curiosity, commercial excellence, and startup mindset. You identify pattern recognition, have founder empathy, and have the ability to speak credibly to pre-seed through Series D companies and beyond who are making fast decisions.
You might be a great fit if you’ve developed this skill set through a range of paths—whether as a builder, founder, engineer, or in a technical go-to-market role—and you bring strong judgment, ownership, and curiosity to how you work.
In practice, this looks like someone who:

Vercel is hiring a Developer Success Engineer (DSE) to accelerate adoption and unlock growth by guiding customers through their most important technical milestones. DSEs proactively engage with customers in time-boxed, outcome-driven motions—such as onboarding, go-live readiness, and post-launch stabilization—that help unblock progress and set customers up for long-term success on Vercel. They work with a wide variety of customers—from fast-moving startups to established enterprises—adapting their approach to match the needs and pace of each.
These engagements are designed as short, focused sprints with clear objectives, allowing DSEs to work with many customers while delivering meaningful impact. By focusing on production-readiness, performance, and optimization, DSEs ensure customers can launch with confidence and scale effectively.
Beyond individual engagements, DSEs capture repeatable solutions and translate them into documentation, playbooks, and best practices—extending the impact of their work to thousands of developers. In doing so, they strengthen Vercel’s customer intelligence, reduce friction across the developer journey, and improve the overall efficiency of our customer experience.
