Join our AI Deployment team to play a critical role in deploying voice agents that handle tens of thousands of customer interactions every day. As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you'll directly influence PolyAI’s growth by rapidly implementing and optimising cutting-edge voice AI solutions tailored to our enterprise customers' needs.
You will serve as the primary technical liaison between PolyAI and our clients, collaborating closely to understand their requirements, deliver customised solutions, and ensure measurable success and customer satisfaction.

We provide a competitive salary range for this role - which is 120,000 – 170,000 CAD - depending on level and experience. Please note this range is intended as a guide, not a guarantee. Final compensation will be based on individual qualifications, relevant experience, and the scope of the role.

Enterprises trust our conversational AI platform to automate millions of customer interactions every day. Your mission is to define the strategy and lead the developer ecosystem for our new Developer Platform. This includes creating world-class technical content, nurturing a vibrant community of AI builders, and acting as the primary advocate for external developers integrating with our APIs and agent-building tools. We are looking for an impact driven and technical Developer Relations Manager to own the developer journey, driving platform adoption, and establishing PolyAI as the premier destination for Conversational AI developers.
You will lead technical advocacy, mentor builders, and align closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams, translating frontier Agentic AI into intuitive, well-documented, and scalable developer resources. If you are motivated by empowering developers, solving complex integration challenges, and transforming technical platform capabilities into a thriving, community-led ecosystem, we want to meet you.

We’re looking for a talented Engineering Manager to join our Runtime Engineering team. Our Runtime team own the global infrastructure that powers real-time voice interactions. In this role, you will focus on leading and developing a high-performing engineering team while staying close to the technical challenges at the core of our agentic process: streaming audio, transcribing speech, using LLMs and acting on their output, and synthesising natural voice. You will guide the team as they design and optimise systems across the media stack to deliver low-latency, secure, and reliable conversations. Your leadership will directly shape the user experience of every call, driving down response times, improving comprehension, and ensuring we meet strict SLAs for performance and security.

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (with strong backend skills) to join our product engineering team at a moment of exponential growth for our company.
The Supervisor Suite team’s mission is to build best-in-class conversational intelligence, LLM-powered evaluation and data tools for PolyAI’s customer service agents.
