About the Role
SharkNinja doesn't do ordinary — and neither does this role. As Finance Director, Assistant Controller EMEA, you'll be the technical and operational backbone of financial controllership across the region, reporting to the Senior Finance Director EMEA. This isn't a maintenance job. You'll be driving material weakness remediation, hardening the SOX control environment, and holding the line on US GAAP compliance — all while supporting one of the fastest-scaling consumer products companies on the planet.
You'll need to move fast, think clearly under pressure, and pivot without losing grip on what matters: accurate numbers, clean controls, and a finance team that operates at the pace of the business.

Bonus Points
Base salary range: £32,800 - £49,200
Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point (£32,800 - £41,000) of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role. Role Description
For our Biddable team, we are looking for a Biddable Senior Executive, who will support the Biddable Manager and Account Director in delivering high-performance advertising campaigns across both Search & Social platforms.
The role will involve developing a full understanding of Search Engine Marketing, assisting the team in the building and optimization of Search and Social campaigns, data gathering for reporting, competitor and market trend analysis and more. The Biddable Senior Executive will use both analytical and creative skills to fulfil a broad range of projects. The Role
We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Manager who is, first and foremost, a people leader.
In this role, your primary responsibility is the health, performance, and career growth of your engineering team. While you must possess a solid technical background to understand the challenges your team faces, your day-to-day focus will not be hands-on technical work. Instead, you will use your experience to remove blockers, guide decision-making, and ensure your engineers have the environment they need to succeed.
You will act as the bridge between technical execution and business strategy, team budget management, defining roadmaps, and ensuring operational excellence across a complex hybrid (predominantly on-prem and some cloud) estate.

You will lead the Infrastructure Solutions team within the wider Technical Operations department. They are not responsible for the BAU function of the platforms that is managed by another team within Technical Operations. The Infrastructure Solutions team takes a concept or idea and makes that into a reality within the boundaries and constraints of our platforms.

The Assurance Manager is a key role in the Financial Crime Compliance team, that reports directly into the Group MLRO and will be responsible for operating the second line oversight framework. The role will be responsible for monitoring and testing our financial crime risk controls, working with our auditors to ensure that audit reviews go smoothly, and will be responsible for driving closure of open issues.
This is a hands-on role that has both a long-term, strategic focus as well as getting the day-to-day things done.

Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point (£46,400 - £58,000) of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role. Offers will take into account level of experience, interview assessment, budgets and parity between you and fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work.
