About the Role

Our Product Pricing & Monetization team sits at the intersection of product and commercial strategy, responsible for holistic pricing and packaging across Gusto's full product suite.

We're looking for a Senior Pricing and Monetization Manager to focus across our platform. portfolio including Gusto Payroll, Gusto Time management and HR, and our suite of embedded financial services for employers and employees. You'll collaborate closely with product, sales, marketing, data, engineering, and finance, with work that is visible to Gusto leadership.

What You'll Do

• Work in partnership across Product, Finance, Marketing, and Go-to-Market to review and recommend monetization and pricing strategies for new product launches and our existing portfolio.
• Be a world-class operator, owning and delivering on cross-functional projects and commercial go-to-market initiatives. In an AI-native environment, strategy, ownership, and execution goes broad. You will be asked to learn, adapt and grow your range of expertise.
• Help shift from a commercial strategy and operations function, to an AI-powered builder program. You’ll ship MVPs, Proof of Concepts, and pilots right into market.
• Decide, Build, and Monitor the key Pricing and Monetization KPIs across our product and go-to-market portfolio.
• Be the pricing and monetization expert and go-to-partner for Monetization and Commercial strategy.
• Work closely with key stakeholders such as: Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Data Science, and Finance. Products will have direct executive line-of-sight and direct impact to our product and business.

What We're Looking For

• Background in fintech, business banking, retirement, E-commerce, payroll, or HR back office SaaS
• Background in B2B / B2C Saas in Payroll, HR, Fintech, ECommerce or related field.
• An AI-native operator who can go from strategy to execution quickly, building Agents instead of processes. You’ll be an expert in Claude.ai, Claude Code, and Cursor.
• A strong analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability. Able to use AI tools to conduct end-to-end technical data analysis.

Compensation

Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $152,000 - $180,000/yr in Denver, Phoenix, and Atlanta, and $180,000 - $218,000/yr for San Francisco & New York. The salary range for Toronto is CAD 133,000 - 160,000. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.

About The Role

As a Partner Account Executive for GustoPro, you will play a critical role in expanding Gusto's footprint within the accounting market by recruiting new accounting firm partners, enabling them to succeed on the platform, and driving them to a healthy, self-sufficient state before transitioning them to an Account Manager.

Working directly with our Head of Sales and Head of GustoPro Sales, you will shape our new partner sales motion while owning the full arc of partner activation — from first conversation to a successful handoff. The benchmark that tells us activation is working: 10 net new clients added and the firm's 30-day enablement plan complete.

You'll engage with C-level executives and senior payroll specialists at accounting firms, with a focus on large regional and national players. You'll act as a consultant, understanding their unique needs and demonstrating how GustoPro can boost efficiency and help them realize more value for their clients while delivering upside for the firm.

The Partner Onboarding Agreement — a 30-day enablement contract signed at close — is your operating document once a firm is in. It defines milestones, role responsibilities across the firm, and the incentive structure that keeps both sides accountable through activation.

We're looking for a true "builder" — someone who's excited to wear multiple hats, design systems and processes, and run experiments. Comfort with a dynamic environment and the ability to pivot when needed is essential.

Here's what you'll do day-to-day

• Evangelize the GustoPro solution to prospective accounting firms to grow our market share and meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Leaders to build out and refine our new partner sales process, with a focus on accelerating sales cycles (target 60–90 days) and maximizing close rates.
• Conduct compelling and persuasive product demos that showcase the value of GustoPro using data and insights, tailored to resonate with accounting firm executives.
• Negotiate and execute the Partner Onboarding Agreement, aligning on a 30-day enablement plan and client pipeline targets from day one.
• Serve as the primary Gusto contact during the 30-day enablement period — keeping the Champion certification track, Practice Member Academy completion, and Practice Lead go-to-market readiness all on schedule.
• Hold the firm's Strategic Lead accountable to Champion designation and kickoff commitments in Week 1; track certification milestones and coordinate with the partner success team to unlock incentives on time.
• Support Practice Leads in running positioning and discovery workshops and building a migration candidate pipeline across their book of business.
• Drive the partner to 10 net new client adds within 90 days of signing — the activation benchmark — by leading regular status calls, removing blockers, and coordinating migration scheduling across practice areas.
• Coordinate co-marketing activation (co-branded materials, joint email campaigns) once the 10-client milestone unlocks co-op marketing funds, and ensure cross-sell products (HI, 401k, WC, R&D TC) are introduced as adoption deepens.
• Prepare a structured handoff brief for the receiving Account Manager — including certified contacts, migration status, QBR baseline, revenue and usage snapshot, and flagged growth opportunities — and facilitate a warm introduction.
• Navigate and update internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite executives at Gusto, partners, and cross-functional teams throughout the activation window.
• Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance sales workflows, streamline partner communications, and derive actionable insights from data to drive more effective prospecting, pipeline management, and partner engagement.
• Travel as needed to partner offices for onsite meetings, as well as to industry events and conferences to represent Gusto and strengthen partner relationships.

Here's what we're looking for

• 6+ years total work experience in sales, account management, or customer success, with a strong focus on enterprise clients.
• 3+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS products or managing partner relationships, ideally to accounting firms or related businesses.
• A consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and building long-term client relationships, including negotiating complex six-figure contracts.
• Experience and comfort working quick sales cycles (60–90 days average).
• Deep understanding of the accounting firm landscape, including their business models, challenges, and technology needs — particularly the CAS/advisory and payroll practices.
• Strong ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to partners, internal senior leaders, and executive leaders.
• Equally comfortable in a closing motion and a post-close enablement and coordination role — you see getting a firm to 10 clients as part of the sale, not separate from it.

Compensation

Our target on-target earnings (OTE) compensation for this role is $125,000/yr to $150,000/yr in Denver, Las Vegas, Chicago, Atlanta & most remote locations, $155,000/yr to $182,000/yr for San Francisco & New York and $120,000 to $180,000 CAD for Toronto. This OTE is structured with a target 70% base pay and 30% commission pay with an uncapped commission structure. Not a manager of an existing PEO sales team — a founder-minded sales leader who will design the motion, write the playbook, hire the team, and carry a personal book of business in the early months. About the Team:

You will be the founding leader of Gusto's PEO sales function. In the first 6–12 months, you'll operate as a true player-coach — personally closing deals while simultaneously building the team, tooling, and infrastructure around you. You'll define the ideal customer profile, build out the sales stages and pipeline architecture in Salesforce, and establish the channel strategy (including broker and accountant referral partnerships) that will drive scalable new business over time.

This team will serve as Subject Matter Experts on PEO, guiding prospects through complex buying decisions and partnering closely with HR, benefits, and payroll counterparts to deliver a seamless customer experience. Your biggest unfair advantage: Gusto's existing install base. Like the best scaled PEOs, a meaningful share of your pipeline will come from converting existing payroll customers — and you'll be the one to design and build that on-ramp.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

• Sell and build simultaneously. For the first 6–12 months, carry a personal book of business while building the team and infrastructure around you. This is a player-coach role that requires someone comfortable operating at both levels.
• Design the sales motion from scratch. Define sales stages, lead routing, funnel metrics, and pipeline architecture in Salesforce. This org doesn't have a pre-built RevOps foundation — you'll build it.
• Own the full talent lifecycle. Partner closely with Recruiting to define hiring profiles, run interviews, and select top PEO sales talent. Onboard new hires for fast ramp and continuously assess team capacity to stay ahead of headcount needs.
• Build and leverage the channel ecosystem. Develop a point of view on broker, GA, and accountant referral channels. Even if you don't own these relationships day one, you'll be expected to shape the strategy and lay the groundwork for a scalable partner channel.
• Convert the install base. Develop the playbook for converting Gusto's existing 500K+ payroll customers to PEO. Understand the unique motion, objections, and value proposition for in-base selling vs. cold-start prospecting.
• Operate with selling season fluency. Understand and plan around PEO's concentrated selling window (Sept–Dec, with ~50–60% of new business landing Jan 1). Build team capacity, pipeline targets, and go-to-market rhythms accordingly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership to identify market opportunities, drive pipeline, and help shape PEO product strategy.
• Use data to drive decisions — from advisor skill development to team-level initiatives. Track, measure, and report on sales effectiveness; adjust programs as needed.
• Lead with AI fluency. As a people leader at Gusto, you're expected to actively model and drive AI adoption across your team — not just as a user, but as a champion. This means leveraging AI tools to surface pipeline insights, accelerate coaching, improve forecast accuracy, and identify at-risk deals earlier. You'll help your team integrate AI into daily workflows (outreach, call prep, follow-up), experiment with new tooling, and share learnings across the broader sales org. Here’s what we're looking for:

• PEO Expertise: 5+ years of experience in PEO sales, with direct experience standing up a PEO sales org or building a sales team 0→1 in a high-growth environment. We're prioritizing builder profiles over tenure in a mature org.
• Player-Coach Experience: Proven ability to carry personal quota while simultaneously building team, process, and infrastructure. This is not a pure management role in the early stages.
• Selling Season Fluency: Direct experience operating within PEO's Jan 1 selling cycle — Sept–Dec pipeline build, renewal dynamics, and capacity planning. This is a key screen for PEO-specific operating experience vs. generic HCM.
• Install Base Conversion: Experience developing or executing strategies to convert an existing customer base to a higher-tier or adjacent product. Familiarity with in-base PEO conversion motions is a strong plus.
• Channel Strategy: Understanding of broker, GA, and accountant referral channels in the PEO or benefits space. Ability to develop a POV and lay groundwork for scalable partner-sourced pipeline.
• RevOps & Pipeline Architecture: Experience building or significantly contributing to Salesforce pipeline design — sales stages, lead routing, funnel reporting — from an early-stage starting point.
• Management Experience: 5+ years of people management in a sales organization, including direct involvement in recruiting and hiring.

OVERVIEW

The Sales & Service Manager is a critical member of the store leadership team accountable for bringing ALO’s business and guest experience strategy to life in the store. This individual is passionate about business targets, sales, guest experience, and elevating talent to meet ALO's guiding principles. This role’s north star is pointed at ensuring that guest experience in the store is exceptional. Duties require constant movement in and around the store, including the sales floor and back of house. When not actively assisting guests, this position takes initiative to perform other tasks, as needed, to keep store clean, safe, inviting and operating efficiently. 

Sales & Service Leader 

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps
• Oversee the Sales & Service team to execute an exceptional guest experience on the floor through assessing the level of guest connection and technical product education and supporting team members to address gaps through feedback and coaching
• Continue to build the client relationship daily with our customers

The Company’s Sales & Service Manager base pay ranges from $31.25 - $39.42/ hr. Please also note, Sales & Service Managers are eligible to participate in the Company’s Monthly Store Incentive bonus program, which may result in bringing the total compensation to a higher range. OVERVIEW

The Sales & Service Lead is integral to the elevating the guest experience at ALO.  They will ensure we deliver our targets for engagement, guest education and interaction, create a service-lead environment on the sales floor, and ultimately create a sanctuary that sets ALO apart from other retailers. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Service Leader 

• Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor through assessing the level of guest connection and technical product education and supporting team members to address gaps through feedback and coaching

OVERVIEW

The Sales & Service Manager is a member of the store leadership team who deals with ALO’s business and guest experience strategy to life in store. This individual is passionate about business targets, sales, guest experience, and elevating talent to meet ALO’s guiding principles. This role’s north star is pointed at ensuring that guest experience in the store is exceptional. Duties require constant movement in and around the store, including the sales floor and back of house. When not actively assisting guests, this position takes initiative to perform other tasks, as needed, to keep store clean, safe, inviting and operating efficiently. 

Sales & Service Leader 

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps

• Continue to build the client relationship daily with our customers
