Role Summary and Impact 

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for an Associate Director Cross channel who will do: 

• Client & Channel Leadership Act as the lead and primary point of contact for key digital marketing channels—including Search, Social, Programmatic Buying Units (PBU), Ad Operations, or Commerce (all or couple of them). Represent the Global Operations Center (GOC) in all channels wise agency/market interactions, ensuring expectations are managed and consistently met. Serve as the custodian of activation excellence for assigned channels, driving trust and accountability across global stakeholders. 

• Campaign Activation & Performance Oversight Oversee the activation, and optimization of campaigns across multiple channels and designated markets. Ensure flawless execution that aligns with broader media strategies and brand objectives. Work in close partnership with local and regional teams to maintain consistency, enhance performance, and deliver measurable impact through detailed reporting and actionable insights. 

• Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership Build and maintain strong relationships with internal market teams (Europe, U.S., Asia, MEA, AUNZ), agency partners, and cross-functional groups. Act as a strategic advisor, offering data-driven solutions tailored to regional needs while upholding global standards. Partner with leadership and internal clients to drive innovation, resolve challenges, and influence strategic decisions that contribute to business growth. 

• Operational Excellence & Governance Design, implement, and manage scalable workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency, campaign quality, and consistency. Enforce compliance with global taxonomy, quality assurance, and platform governance standards. Analyze operational data and feedback to identify improvement areas, ensure process adherence, and escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders for resolution. 

• Team Leadership & Talent Development Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of subject matter experts responsible for campaign execution, optimization, and reporting. Foster a collaborative, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture. Ensure efficient team resourcing, continuous skills development, and alignment with organizational objectives through regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluation. 
• Innovation, Automation & Business Growth Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and emerging markets. Collaborate with directors and senior leadership to develop compelling discussions for onboarding new scopes of work. Champion the adoption of internal and external automation tools and technology solutions to drive operational efficiency and future-proof activation capabilities. 
• Coordination with internal team to overall smooth running for operations.
   

Skills and Experience 

If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have: 

• 6+ year's professional experience in digital media execution
• You are at least one biddable media platform expert out of Google Ads, Meta, DV 360 with hands on experience across other platforms including but not limited to SA 360, Bing Search, DCM, Amazon ads, Twitter, LinkedIn and more.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
• Minimum team size handled 8-20 people.

Role Summary and Impact

As part of our Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will partner with teams across the U.S., Europe, and Asia to deliver high-performance programmatic media solutions across multiple DSPs and channels.

You will lead strategy, execution, and optimization of display, video, native, CTV,  and emerging programmatic formats—ensuring global best practices are upheld while tailoring strategies to local market needs. This is a role for a programmatic expert who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and media activation.

Skillset requirement:

Programmatic Strategy & Leadership

• Serve as the global lead for programmatic activation across all buying platforms.
• Develop strategies that leverage audience targeting, contextual intelligence, and dynamic creative optimization (DCO).
• Represent GOC in all programmatic-focused agency/market interactions, ensuring flawless communication and delivery.

Campaign Activation & Optimization

• Oversee setup, QA, optimization, and pacing of campaigns across DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Yahoo DSP, and other platforms.
• Implement structured testing across formats, creatives, and bidding strategies.
• Optimize toward CPA, ROAS, reach, or other KPIs using both manual levers and automated bidding.

Data, Measurement & Insights

• Partner with analytics teams to build custom dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Apply multi-touch attribution, brand lift studies, and incrementality testing to evaluate performance.
• Ensure consistent taxonomy, naming conventions, and tracking across markets.

Stakeholder & Partner Management

• Collaborate with market teams, creative partners, and platform reps to drive programmatic innovation.
• Guide local markets in adapting global programmatic playbooks while allowing for regional flexibility.

Operational Excellence

• Design SOPs for campaign workflows, QA, and optimization standards.
• Ensure compliance with brand safety, viewability, fraud prevention, and privacy regulations.
• Lead integration of automation tools, AI optimizers, and API-based workflows.

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor a team of programmatic traders and specialists, fostering growth in emerging areas like CTV and programmatic audio.
• Encourage certification completion (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk Edge Academy, Amazon DSP).

Innovation & Growth

• Identify new inventory, data partners, and technology opportunities to expand programmatic capabilities.
• Lead tests on new formats such as AR-enabled display, retail media programmatic, and shoppable video.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years in digital marketing with a strong focus on programmatic media.
• Hands-on expertise in DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, and other major buying platforms.
• Strong understanding of data onboarding, audience segmentation, and DMP/CDP integrations.
• Experience managing large budgets across multi-market, multi-channel programmatic campaigns.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization/reporting tools.
• Demonstrated ability to train and scale high-performing teams.
• Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
