主な業務内容（What you will be doing）

• 日本市場全体を対象に、ローカル SI およびグローバル SI（NTT、富士通、NEC、CTC、EY、PwC、Infosys、TCS、Wipro など）を含むクラウド（AWS、Microsoft Azure、Google Cloud など）および SI パートナー向けの戦略を立案・実行する

About the role

We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented professional with the passion and initiative to grow our business through strategic partner relationships. The Senior / Principal Partner Specialist focuses on executing high-impact Cloud and System Integrators (SI) partner strategies across Japan, developing and nurturing partnerships that open new revenue opportunities. You’ll work closely with leading partners and our sales teams to accelerate deals, expand partner capabilities, and strengthen MongoDB’s presence in this dynamic market.

We're going to set-up a Japan entity soon and we are looking to speak to candidates who are based in the Tokyo area for our hybrid working model.

What you will be doing

• Develop and execute strategic Cloud (i.e., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and SI Partner strategy across the Japan market, including Local SIs and/or Global SIs (i.e., NTT, Fujitsu, NEC, CTC, EY, PwC, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, etc.)
• Recruit and develop effective partner relationships, resulting in growth opportunities and mutual beneficial partnerships.

The Position

OPSWAT is now searching for Tier 1&2 Hybrid Technical Support Engineer to join our Customer Support team. The role focuses on diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues and escalated issues from tier 1 support and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely responses. We are looking for an energetic and motivated person who likes interacting with customers, tinkering with software, learning about new technologies, and “doing what it takes,” to contribute to OPSWAT’s quick growth.

What You Will Be Doing

• Handle complex technical issues and escalated ones from Japanese partners/customers support via phone, case system, and chat.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for OPSWAT solutions via log analysis, system diagnostics, network configurations.
• Conduct remote sessions with customers.
• Reproduce customer issues in lab environments and validate solutions and bug fixes.

What We Need From You

The Position

OPSWAT is now searching for a Solution Engineer who will be a technical sales resource for our Japan regional sales team and assist in identifying customer challenges and driving technical alignment between customer needs and the OPSWAT solutions. Joining an existing team of experienced and successful sales managers and presales engineers to grow and evolve the OPSWAT business in Japan. You will serve as a product and industry expert, effectively describing and demonstrating our solutions, as well as promoting our vision and approach.
