The Position
We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect professional to drive the growth and adoption of OPSWAT’s MetaDefender NetWall across the APAC region.
MetaDefender NetWall enables secure, real-time data transfer between networks of different security classifications, helping protect critical OT environments and industrial systems from network-borne cyber threats.
In this role, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the NetWall product line, partnering closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions to customers operating in critical infrastructure sectors such as energy, manufacturing, transportation, and government.
You will combine deep technical expertise in networking and OT environments with business development insight to identify new market opportunities, support complex customer engagements, and influence the product strategy for future growth.
This role is based in APAC and requires regional travel to support customer engagements, industry events, and partner development activities.

Job Summary:

エンジニアリングチームと連携し、3Dモデル、図面、組立手順書、試験手順書、試験報告書など、関連ドキュメントが最新かつ完全であることを確認する。
サプライヤーのパフォーマンス(品質、納期、コスト)をKPIでモニタリングし、必要に応じて是正措置を実施する。
サプライヤーのビジネスレビューを支援し、継続的な改善に向けた活動を推進する。

品質エンジニアと連携し、サプライヤーの品質基準、検査基準、監査計画を策定する。

リスクマネジメント

必須要件
機械工学、産業工学、製造工学、または関連分野の学士号を有すること。
製造業において、サプライヤー品質管理、供給基盤エンジニアリング、または調達関連の実務経験が6年以上あること。
機械加工、板金、光学アセンブリ、電子機器組立などの製造プロセスに関する深い知識を有すること。
品質管理ツール(PPAP、FMEA、SPC、8D、CAPA)に精通していること。

The DevOps Engineering team is responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our services for our rapidly growing customer base, with a specific focus on supporting the digital transformation of manufacturing operations for our customers in Japan. This includes managing and evolving our entire cloud architecture to support a global workload (from the US to China, we host Tulip everywhere). The team is using modern tools, technologies and processes to automate the entire cloud software lifecycle. This means finding creative ways to use the fast changing cloud technology to ensure customers’ stability and availability. Automating everything without the need of human-interaction is our credo.
