Additional Information

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $125,000 and $165,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. The role:

The Senior Manager, Member & Account Safety is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. Reporting to the Director of Operations Enablement, SIPS, Crypto & Member, you will own the operational ecosystem of our Member business line and account safety initiatives. You will lead a team that ensures every product launch, process change, and member journey is built for scale, efficiency and delight. 

You are the connective tissue between the Business, Product, Operations and the Frontline teams. You don’t just document processes, you architect them. You don’t just track OKRs, you diagnose what is broken and build the fix. You are the "Voice of the Member" to our business teams and the "Voice of the Frontline" to our executives. What you’ll do:

Journey Strategy & Operational Design

• Own critical Member journeys end-to-end. Define the operational requirements, design high-efficiency workflows, and lead global rollout/go-to-market governance in partnership with EPD. 
• Serve as the definitive Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Member processes. Ensure all workflows are documented, compliant, and resilient to regulatory shifts.

• Beyond tracking metrics, you serve as the primary expert on the unit economic costs within your products. You identify how specific operational inputs like process friction, contact drivers, and handling complexity impact the bottom line. You are responsible for providing the strategic recommendations necessary to optimize these drivers and improve overall business efficiency.
• Use analytics to identify trends, predict capacity needs, and recommend process improvements that balance cost efficiency with a best-in-class member experience.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Strategic Influence 

• Own and prioritize the operational backlog for your product. You decide which internal tool enhancements or features will move the needle the most for the business.
• Build deep trust with Business Unit leaders, EPD, Marketing, and Risk partners. Speak with authority on trade-offs, timelines, and the operational feasibility of the Member roadmap.

The role

SoFi is seeking a manager to join our Capital Markets focused on Secondary Markets in the Home Loans team. In this role, to you will be the point person working with a cross-functional internal team of capital markets, treasury, margin management members together with external constituencies including broker-dealers, investors, the GSE’s and third party vendors to execute home loan sales, securitizations transactions.

Work environment & Physical demands

• The merchandiser role is an outside field position where 80% of the time will be out on the field visiting customer, driving most of the time and part of your time will be spend internally at your assigned branch, helping customers showing slabs, assembling displays, collecting samples and supporting internal staff under supervision of the local Branch manager or the executive team.

The Account Manager influences and drives sales by providing superior customer service and support across Broadcast Television and Digital campaigns, aiming at retaining clients and growing business.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to assigned Account Executives and advertiser list for post-sale activity including campaign implementation, maintenance, and review.
• TV Duties include but not limited to: Order retrieval from AE, Order confirmation w/client, WOT Order Entry, Pre-Empts/Make Goods, WOT Booking/Credits or Adjustments, Assist with Traffic Instruction submission, Assist with Production Requests, WOMS Post Delivery Reporting.
• Digital Duties include but not limited to: Order retrieval from AE, Order confirmation w/client, Materials collection from client, WOT Booking/Credits or Adjustments, Order Entry to Fulfillment Team for campaign implementation, Digital Creative Production submission, Avail Requests for Premion and AMP, Google Analytics and Attribution Reporting, recap requests and customization as needed
• Daily interaction with existing advertising agencies and direct clients; this responsibility includes maintenance of client schedules on television and digital in addition to implementation of special projects and promotions.
• Works in tandem with Account Executives, Marketing Director, Research Director, and Creative Services to support client needs.
• Attend sales meetings and sales trainings to gain sales, product and process information and keep abreast of company products and services to articulate to client, when appropriate.
• Partner with designated Account Executives in identifying new/incremental revenue based on campaign results.
• Assist designated Account Executives with maintenance of contracts, generating avails, traffic, make-goods, collection and overall customer service.
• Regular tracking of client audience delivery using Comscore ratings, impressions, and campaign fulfillment.
• Communicate campaign delivery to clients.
• Coordinate with team to set up new customer accounts, contracts, order entry and revisions.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of account management in a professional, fast-paced media sales environment.
• Track record of successfully retaining and growing clients.
• Knowledge of marketing solutions including broadcasting and digital advertising is preferred.
• Knowledge of media ecosystem, broadcast, and digital advertising solutions.
• Prior experience using CRM systems and MS Office suite.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently to support customer needs.
• Self-motivation and willingness to work as a team player are essential attributes. Demonstrate ability to be creative, flexible, and able to adapt to change with evolving priorities.
• Creative with ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
