We are looking for a Principal Backend Engineer to join our Analytics team based in Israel. This role reports to the Manager, Software Engineering. Avalor curates and contextualizes data from hundreds of security and business tools to help companies understand and address their riskiest problems. What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
5+ years of proven experience in backend development with a focus on building robust, tech-driven solutions
Experience designing and developing microservices architecture using tools such as AWS, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, SQS, and Tilt
Technical proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems in a dynamic environment

Security Operations Center (SOC) Leadership
Own day-to-day SOC operations across cloud, data center, and corporate environments
Define detection strategy aligned to Nebius threat models and crown jewels
Ensure high-quality alerting, triage, escalation, and reporting
Continuously reduce false positives and alert fatigue
Lead end-to-end incident response for high-severity security incidents
Own incident command during crises (technical, executive, and regulatory coordination)
Ensure post-incident reviews lead to real control improvements
Maintain and regularly test incident response playbooks
Manage red team and purple team activities (internal and external)
Translate real-world adversary TTPs into detection and response improvements
Ensure findings from red team exercises are remediated and verified
Partner with product, cloud, and physical security teams on attack simulations
Own SIEM and SOAR strategy, architecture, and roadmap
Drive automation of detection, enrichment, response, and reporting

We are looking for an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will also be responsible to:
Develop a strong command of Workato's unique value propositions, the business value our key capabilities drive, our approach to Enterprise Automation, Orchestration, and AI, our customer use cases and success stories, and our best practices. Prior experience as a Sr CSM, Account Manager or Sales Executive in a large PaaS preferred.
Experience managing a portfolio of accounts, with account ARR ranging from ~$100k to multi-million dollar ARR across the Forbes Global 2000 companies.
Track record of successfully navigating ambiguity, building consensus, fostering accountability, and working with urgency to deliver customer outcomes.
Strong written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage both business and technical stakeholders (from Developer to C-level).
Confidence in serving multiple customer stakeholders and working to build communities of champions/advocates across large organizations.
Experience in Integration and/or business automation. Awareness of processes and roles in these domains would be a plus; People (HR), Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Post Sales Customer Organizations
Prior Experience in Digital Transformation and/or consulting firms preferred.
Strong familiarity with the AI ecosystem, with the ability to articulate market trends, identify common implementation challenges, and recommend AI-driven solutions that align with strategic business objectives.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to develop an understanding of large complex businesses & Mid market customers with many stakeholders. Ability to build relationships across levels with customers.

Our Applications business unit focuses on delivering a suite of advanced communication tools designed to enhance customer engagement. As a Software Engineer joining a team of 6 senior engineers, you will take end-to-end ownership of mission-critical microservices, contribute to the modernization of the VCC identity platform, and help shape the technical direction of a fast-moving, security-first team — with real impact visible at scale from day one.
Design, develop, and maintain authentication and authorization microservices (backend-heavy, full-stack) serving the VBC and VCC platforms
Take full ownership of features end-to-end — from requirement kick-off and solution design through implementation, code review, testing, production deployment, and post-deploy monitoring
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies — daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and design discussions — contributing concrete technical insights and surfacing risks early
Manage production deployments using CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / Bolt), including smoke tests, E2E test execution, log analysis (Kibana / Grafana), and incident response
Implement and maintain security-critical flows including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, JWT, MFA, passkey/FIDO, SCIM, and inter-service authentication patterns

You'll join GitLab's Software Supply Chain Security stage as the Staff Engineer, Secrets Management, providing technical leadership for GitLab's strategic investment in integrated secrets management. About the role:
Forter’s CX group owns the "face" of our products. In this role, your mission is twofold: you will define the innovative experience patterns and "agentic" flows that set the standard for all Forter products, while also taking full ownership of major, standalone strategic projects. You will lead the evolution of our platform into the agentic era, reimagining how users interact with AI-driven workflows to meet shifting market expectations. Bridging the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution, you will ensure every touchpoint in the ecosystem is seamless and value-driven. You’ll partner closely with Design and Engineering to raise our UX quality bar and embed practical AI into the fabric of the merchant experience.
