In this role, you will also be a force multiplier for the entire product organization. You will design, maintain, and evolve our design system, ensuring it enhances the efficiency, consistency, quality, and accessibility of experiences across multiple product surfaces. ABOUT THE ROLE: Sr Motion Designer
Reporting to the Corporate Marketing department, a Sr. Motion Designer is a key contributor to the Marketing Brand & Creative team. We’re looking for a highly adaptable, conversion-focused Senior Marketing Designer who will also help lead and mentor a small team of designers based in India. Redwood Software is looking for a highly execution-focused Graphic Designer to power the day-to-day visual output of our marketing team. This role is all about scale, speed and consistency—turning established brand systems, messaging and strategy into polished, ready-to-use assets across campaigns, sales enablement and internal communications.
You’ll be a key production partner to Content, Demand Gen and Sales, with a strong emphasis on templates, decks, repeatable assets and AI-assisted design workflows. This is a great role for a designer who loves getting things done, thrives on efficiency and takes pride in clean, clear, high-quality execution.
Produce high-volume, high-quality design assets for campaigns, email, social, web, events and sales enablement
Own the creation and maintenance of presentation decks, templates and modular design systems (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Figma)
Design and update sales decks, customer presentations, one-pagers, solution briefs and internal templates
Apply and scale Redwood’s brand guidelines across all deliverables, partnering closely with the Senior Graphic Designer for alignment
Use AI-powered design tools to accelerate production, iterate quickly and streamline repetitive workflows (image generation, layout exploration, asset variations, etc.)
Adapt existing creative for new formats, audiences and channels with speed and precision
Manage multiple requests and timelines, balancing fast-turn execution with attention to detail
Incorporate feedback efficiently and consistently across revisions
YOUR EXPERIENCE
3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, including in SaaS or enterprise technology
A portfolio that demonstrates strong execution, layout discipline and real-world marketing assets (especially decks and templates)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
Hands-on experience designing presentation decks and enablement materials for sales or marketing teams with advanced Google Slides skills (master templates, complex layouts, charts)
Comfort using AI design tools (e.g., generative image tools, layout assistants, or creative automation platforms) to increase speed and efficiency
Strong attention to detail and file hygiene—you deliver clean, organized, ready-to-ship work

About the role:
Join our dynamic team as a Motion Graphic Designer, where you'll work on major advertising campaigns for a leading fashion brand, based in South Africa satellite studio. Reporting to the Lead Editor, you'll closely collaborate with global and regional teams, producing impactful, high-end content.
We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphic Designer with previous adaptation experience working on global brand moving image campaigns. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro and Media Encoder with a strong understanding of animation principles and design aesthetics. Ideally the candidate will have experience working with expressions and automation workflows to streamline the production process. A comprehensive understanding of common social media, DOOH, Online Video, TV and Cinema specifications is a must. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate rigorous quality control and ride themselves in producing accurate on brand content.
As Motion Graphic Designer, you will produce high volume campaigns across all moving image channels, ensuring language adaptations are accurately executed, building bespoke requests for local markets, working closely with the IPMs to communicate status and flag risk where necessary, championing automation and future-facing WoW.

About the role
We're seeking an experienced Marketing UX/UI Designer to create, develop, and maintain compelling user-centered digital content across multiple channels, including: websites, marketing email, social media, events, and paid advertising. You'll be responsible for transforming complex tax concepts and content into engaging visual narratives, optimizing brand consistency across all touchpoints, and ensuring cohesive design systems that drive user engagement. This creative role requires strong digital design expertise and brand skills, while collaborating across our marketing, product and sales teams to deliver comprehensive visual solutions that support our growing fintech and tax technology business.
