Senior Systems Engineer
Overview
We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support and enhance the infrastructure that underpins our global business operations. This role involves maintaining and improving enterprise-level systems, including data center operations, hardware platforms, virtualization, backups and recovery, operating systems, networking, and security.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in enterprise infrastructure, be self-driven, and capable of independently leading projects from concept to completion. In addition to maintaining existing systems, this role will focus on modernizing and automating infrastructure to improve scalability and performance.
This is a global role that requires collaboration across time zones and includes participation in a 24x7 support rotation with occasional on-call responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage hardware (including gray market systems) in enterprise data centers with assistance from on-site personnel.
- Design, implement, and migrate to modern private cloud infrastructure.
- Establish and maintain configuration management using Foreman, Puppet Enterprise, and Ansible for Linux environments.
- Enhance automated build and deployment pipelines for physical and virtual machines.
- Create configuration roles and automation code using tools like Ansible and Puppet.
- Develop scripts to automate daily tasks for the Systems Engineering team.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting for hardware, Linux, and Windows systems in large-scale environments.
- Lead and plan infrastructure projects independently.
- Provide subject matter expertise in designated technical areas; contribute to technical discussions and architecture decisions.
- Advise on data center best practices, including power configuration, HVAC, and rack design.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Linux/Unix administration (Solaris, AIX, or other flavors)
- 3+ years of OpenStack engineering and administration
- 5+ years of VMWare or equivalent Engineering and Administration
- 5+ years of scripting experience with Bash, Perl, Ruby, Python, etc.
- 3–5 years of experience with system monitoring tools (Check_MK, Nagios, SolarWinds)
- 3–5 years of hands-on hardware management (Dell, SuperMicro, HP)
- 2–3 years of experience with Puppet for configuration management
- 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–2 years of storage administration (EMC, NetApp, 3PAR, Hitachi)
- 1–2 years of experience with F5 load balancers
- 2–4 years of public or hybrid cloud experience (AWS, Azure, Rackspace)
- 2–3 years of application development experience (Java, C++, C#/VB.NET, PHP, HTML, JavaScript)
- 1–2 years of CI/CD experience (Jenkins, TeamCity, etc.)
- 2+ years with Ansible AWX or Tower
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled at mentoring and leading technical discussions (including whiteboarding sessions)
- Excellent documentation skills, particularly using wikis and diagramming tools like Visio or Lucidchart
- Ability to take direction while also contributing ideas for environment improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience)

This role:
The Maintenance Technician (production, utilities, facilities) works as a key member of a high-performance team responsible for supporting daily manufacturing, utilities, and inspection & packaging operations in a pharmaceutical production environment. This position is 100% onsite at the Bloomington, Indiana facilities.
Responsibilities:
• Routine and non-routine checks and electrical/mechanical repair of production, utilities, and packaging & inspection equipment failures
• Troubleshoot and preventive maintenance

As an Electronics Laboratory Manager you will be responsible for managing the India laboratory within Graphcore ensuring facilities are always available to support cross-functional operations. The Team
The Laboratory team supports the installation, maintenance, repair and modification of electronic systems, cables, and equipment within the laboratory. Providing support to cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues to ensure reliable and safe operation of all lab equipment. The team also maintains accurate technical documentation, manages tools, assets, and test equipment, and contributes to efficient, high-quality technical operations.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Manage the installation, maintenance, and calibration of electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analysers, power supplies etc).
• Manage the installation, maintenance, and testing of laboratory infrastructure including chillers, compressors, cooling systems, and HVAC.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting guides for laboratory equipment and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Implement and enforce ESD prevention and control systems, including regular audits and training.
• Manage the goods in/out process for the laboratories ensuring items are suitably tracked and stored in accordance with required security standards.
• Support engineering teams in setting up test benches, configuring equipment, and ensuring technical readiness for hardware bring up, validation, and characterisation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify technical laboratory requirements and plan required infrastructure to meet these requirements.
• Build and manage a team of technicians providing technical guidance, training, and procedures to support the requirements of multidisciplined lab teams.
Essential Skills:
• Experience in managing and leading a team of technicians within an electronics environment.
• Strong technical understanding of electronic test equipment and laboratory infrastructure, including setup, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of ESD prevention and control.
• In depth knowledge of health & safety requirements in an electronics laboratory setting and ability to ensure safe working practices are implemented and controlled.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams in the laboratory environment, ensuring setups meet technical requirements while adhering to defined working practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills to build, manage, and mentor a team of technicians.

What We Require
- High school/GED or trade school diploma and with minimum of 3-5 years of full-time general maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination
- HVAC certification/EPA 608 certification (Core, Type I, II & III)
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO), or intention to obtain within six months
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Knowledge of key management and security systems
- Knowledge of safety procedures with a safety conscious attitude, record of punctuality and dependability, ability to work with pressure of aggressive deadlines, and flexible schedule to accommodate after-hours and weekend emergencies
- Valid driver’s license
- Demonstrated ability to access computer programs and use or learn basic computer operations related to position requirements (ie. Entrata, CMMS, Building Automation system & Digital Control System)

- Routinely perform duties including basic appliance repair, general carpentry, plumbing/fixture repair, painting, and basic electric & lighting to make apartments ready on a timely basis, and ensure meeting completion dates set by the General Manager/Property Manager.
- Routinely inspect interior common areas and the exterior of the property, ensuring daily upkeep of all common areas with company standards, and all the light fixtures are in working order.
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks on all equipment and operating systems to ensure warranty compliance and extended useful life, inspecting units and common areas for fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, CO2 alarms, filter changes, active utilities, and any work needed.
- Clean coils and condensers, lubricate equipment, maintain air filters and perform minor repair work as assigned.
- Perform routine clean up at repair location or in maintenance shop, keeping working area clean and safe.
- Maintain parts and supplies inventory, as authorized. Cleans and organizes the workshop, storerooms, boiler rooms, and utility rooms.
- Unlock apartment doors and accompanies/escorts various vendors as needed.
- Keep drainage grills on grounds clear of leaves.
- Clean pools; adjust and maintain chemicals to proper levels, if needed.
- Pressure wash sidewalks, buildings, pool decks etc.
- Assist in snow removal at property, as required.
- Set up and take down tables, chairs, etc. for tenant functions.
- Assume responsibility for after-hours emergencies at the direction of the supervisor.

• 5+ years industrial maintenance experience (or equivalent) in a multi craft environment
• Preferred experience in aseptic manufacturing environment

Physical / Safety Requirements:

This role:
The Sr. Manager of Engineering & Maintenance (E&M) leads a team of Process Engineers, Maintenance personnel and Equipment Coordinators to support all aspects of secondary packaging for parenteral pharmaceutical products. This position is part of a cell-based building management structure, complimented by peer leaders from Operations, Quality, and Technical Services departments. The incumbent will be responsible for leading a department with foundational expectations centered on safety, quality, execution, collaboration, and process improvement to support cell operational metrics and overall plant goals & objectives. The position reports to the Associate Director Engineering & Maintenance Operations.
The responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining departmental headcount and all associated administrative and planning functions, including interviewing candidates, hiring, onboarding & training, personnel development, performance management, scheduling, directing day-to-day activities and project oversight
- Responsible for equipment performance, preventive/scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, vendor scheduling, and project management - including timely repair and sourcing of critical parts or components
- Responsible for coordinating all activities and/or repairs related to facilities maintenance for building
- Responsible for Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program focused on identifying overall equipment efficiencies to enhance production processes and quality
- Supports identification and procurement activities related to new process equipment. Includes generation of user specification documents, installation, commissioning, and qualification activities Provides oversight and management for process engineers regarding project ownership, including collaboration with CAPEX project engineers, and project timelines
- Works closely with peer cell leaders towards common goals to track and report department specific metrics within the cell
- Responsible for identification and implementation of corrective actions to improve performance and compliance
- Complies with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and rigorous quality standards and holds team to same expectation
- Maintains a clean and safe work area using 6S (6 Sigma) principles
- Ensures team is compliant with safe work practices and electrical requirements, including LOTO (Lock Out, Tag Out), safe work permits, and all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required to safely complete assigned work
- Lead and/or support a variety of complex issues & projects as applicable
- Apply technical expertise and troubleshooting philosophies with a variety of technologies including: syringe & vial aseptic filling machines and related process equipment, autoclaves, lyophilizers, terminal sterilizers, isolator systems, Human Machine Interface (HMI), PLCs, clean utilities, HVAC, SCADA systems and electrical control systems
- Ability to troubleshoot complex automated machinery and manual/mechanical based equipment or applications

Required qualifications:
- BS degree in Engineering or a related field of study
- 7+ years of manufacturing experience
- Prior experience and familiarity working in a cGMP environment
- 3+ years of leadership / supervisory experience
- Demonstrated examples of successful project execution
- Track record in technical management of process equipment in a manufacturing environment, with experience in electrical, mechanical, and automated applications
- Able to analyze and solve complex problems
- Knowledge of GMPs, FDA guidelines, purchasing practices and process validation
- Team building experience in guiding multi-disciplinary teams on medium complexity issues, while providing technical direction to individual engineering disciplines
- Ability to translate business goals into action plans
- Understanding and proficiency in reliability-centered maintenance principles and practice

The role:
The Sr Manager Quality, Contamination Control Strategy Lead is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving the contamination control strategy at a sterile injectable manufacturing facility. He/she needs to drive compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, PIC/S, Annex 1) and contamination control initiatives, microbiological oversight collaboration, and aseptic assurance across the manufacturing site. This role serves as the SME (subject matter expert) for aseptic practices, maintenance of aseptic observation program data metrics, and the overall contamination control strategy (CCS).
The Sr Quality Manager is expected to contribute to an environment where teamwork and productivity are encouraged, and safety, identity, strength, purity and quality (SISPQ) are reflected in the finished product. In addition, the Sr Quality Manager is expected to partner with QALO and operations leadership, training leadership, and the Contamination Control Strategy Team.
The responsibilities:
- Owns the aseptic observer program, including oversight of aseptic practices, cleanroom behavior, and gowning:
- Responsible for design and continuous improvement of the Aseptic Observer Program (aseptic manufacturing quality oversight)
- Organize collected data from Aseptic Observer Program, analyze trends, lead cross functional review meetings, and make necessary improvements with operations leadership based on observations
- Leads the development and implementation of the Contamination Control Strategy (CCS) according to EU GMP Annex 1 and supports its governance in line with applicable regulatory requirements, organizing routine team meetings, annual updates of strategy document, and SME presentation of strategy for audits
- Assist with microbiological and sterility risk assessments for changes, deviations, and CAPAs involving aseptic operations.
- Serve as the SME during regulatory inspections and audits regarding aseptic processing, and contamination control.
- Present aseptic observation program data to site and executive leadership in management review forums, including trending and improvements made
- Collaborates with manufacturing, microbiology, and QC as the site steward of the Contamination Control Strategy (CCS), to ensure appropriate cleanroom qualification, media fill (process simulation), environmental monitoring, and glove/sleeve integrity programs.
- Supports contamination control assessments related to qualification and validation of equipment, utilities, (e.g. HVAC, WFI) isolators, RABS, and cleaning / disinfection procedures.
- Mentors and assists with training aseptic operators, and QA personnel in and contamination control. Responsible for Provide guidance on improvement and standardization of the QALO training program, including incorporation of industry and regulatory intelligence.
- Participate as needed in investigation and resolution of aseptic failures, sterility test failures, EM excursions, adverse trends and related aseptic non-conformances
- Review and approve GMP documents related to aseptic processing, (SOPs, protocols, reports, batch records).
- Lead continuous improvement projects related to aseptic behavior, risk mitigation, and cleanroom operations.
The qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Microbiology (preferred), Biology, Pharmacy, or related science.
- Masters degree or higher in Microbiology or Pharmaceutical Sciences is preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of direct experience in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing or QC microbiology / QA roles, including at least 5 years in SME capacity related to contamination control.
- Demonstrated leadership or cross-functional team experience in aseptic processing environments (e.g. controlled areas (specifically A/B, isolators, OPEN and CLOSED RABS systems).
- Proven track record of successful regulatory inspection participation (FDA, EMA, or equivalent) as SME for contamination control topics
- Strong knowledge of EU GMP Annex 1, 21 CFR parts 210/211, USP<71>, <85>, <1116>, <797>, <1207> and current industry best practices
- Understanding of aseptic processing, data interpretation, aseptic filling processes and equipment strategies, CCS design, and Quality Risk management (ICH Q9).
- Strong communication skills as the role is expected to interface with clients, regulatory agencies, and site leadership, and being able to make decisions.
- Strong technical writing skills for strategy documents, assessments and investigations.
- Strong attention-to-detail, decision-making capability, and problem-solving in complex technical environments
- Ability to train, mentor, and coach staff in aseptic technique and contamination control.
Working conditions:
- Role requires frequent presence in Grade A/B aseptic environments; gowning certification is required.
- May require occasional off-shift, off-hours, support during media fills, regulatory inspections, or critical interventions

The Role: Founding Full Stack Engineer
As one of the first engineers at Mura, you will play a key role in building the product that our customers are interacting with day-to-day, and the platform on which we will grow moving forward.
This is not just a coding role. You will be expected to deeply understand the customer’s needs and make product decisions. You will need to architect systems with an eye to efficient scaling, help with customer launches, analyze data, and generally perform what tasks are necessary for Mura to consistently deliver more value to customers.
You will also be writing a lot of code. As a result of being an early stage startup, we wouldn’t want to hide this reality to prospective candidates: raw hours actually make a big difference in the impact we can make right now. This individual will report into our Frontend Team Lead and combine the art of design with the art of programming. Base Salary: $25,000 – $30,000 USD per year
Responsibilities:
- Build new user-interfaces (UI), components, and libraries for use within our applications
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, and the Backend Development team to ensure tech and design are in sync
- Review code written by other Front-End Developers
- Ensure industry standard development best practices are observed, including accessibility and privacy compliance
- Provide awareness and implementation of SEO best practices
- Keep up with the latest front-end technology in the industry and make recommendations to use/migrate to them
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience or 6+ years of equivalent professional experience without a degree
- Strong experience with responsive web development, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES5+), TypeScript, accessibility (a11y), and Node.js
- 3+ years working with modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably React, including client-side scripting
- 2+ years of experience with server-side rendering (SSR) using Express.js
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and API testing/documentation (Postman)
- Proficiency with state management and data flow, including the Redux ecosystem (redux-saga, reselect, redux-persist)
- Experience with HTTP clients such as Axios, including interceptors and error handling
- Strong experience with frontend testing and monitoring, including Jest, React Testing Library, and Sentry
- Expertise in translating Figma designs and prototypes into clean, valid, pixel-perfect, cross-browser compatible markup
- Solid knowledge of CSS architectures and styling approaches (styled-components, styled-system, CSS Modules, etc.)
- Experience with forms and validation (Formik, Yup)
- Strong grasp of performance optimization techniques, including code splitting and lazy loading
- Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, esbuild)
- Experience with object storage services (e.g., S3)
- Strong product and UX sensibility, with attention to edge cases and error states
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to improve productivity while maintaining code quality and security
- High-level proficiency of written and verbal communication in English

Responsibilities
- Create and execute test strategy-plans to validate the quality of the Genea’s product implementations
- Working with a team of developers and testers to ensure the quality and functionality of the product in the given time.
- Writing test cases, reviewing, executing, and analyzing results.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with a deep expertise in testing methodologies and manual testing.

- Ability to write and review test strategy, test plans, test cases, defect reports, traceability metrics for SaaS implementations.
- Experience in test governance, measurements, metrics, and test reporting.
- Must have backend server application validation experience which obviously includes API validation.
