Role

We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst, FP&A to join our FP&A team. This is a hybrid role based in Mohali, reporting to the Manager, FP&A. As part of the General and Administrative team, you will provide a strong foundation for growth and help scale our global infrastructure. You will be responsible for translating complex data into compelling narratives and partnering with business leads to maximize profitability and hit financial targets.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

• Analyze Monthly/Quarterly GTM performance, focusing on New Business ACV, Upsell/Cross-sell, Pipeline health, and coverage ratio while providing variance analysis of actual bookings vs. forecast

• Manage HC & Expense reporting and forecasting, including Marketing spend, Travel & Expense, and Program Spend, along with variance commentaries and walks
  

• Support the annual planning process and rolling quarterly forecasts by building and maintaining financial models to predict productivity and consolidate regional inputs for US leadership
  

• Apply preliminary AI/ML tools to automate routine reporting and leverage Generative AI to synthesize large datasets and draft executive summaries
  
• Partner effectively with US-based GTM Operations and Global FP&A teams, maintaining the flexibility to overlap with US PST time zones for key forecast calls and business reviews

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• CA/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Strategy, Business, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles

• Knowledge of Tableau and Structured Query Language (SQL) or other comparable visualization tools

The Industry Senior Solution Consultant is a critical member of our Presales team, responsible for partnering with Account Executives to drive the technical and business value of our solutions for prospective clients within a specific industry vertical (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail). This role requires deep industry expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of our product suite to articulate how our offerings solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable ROI. 

The role required expertise in the planning space – specifically in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) with background in hands-on working on EPM / Planning tools such as Anaplan, SAP SAC/BPC, Oracle EPM, OneStream, TM1 etc. 

Travel within India is required for pre-sales engagements (25-40%).

What you will be doing:

Key responsibilities for an Industry Senior Solution Consultant, highlighting their primary role in driving large strategic deals within the Enterprise segment:

• Drive Enterprise Strategic Deals with Account Executives: Your primary function is to partner directly with Account Executives to identify, qualify, and drive larger, strategic deals into the Enterprise segment. You'll achieve this by deeply understanding complex client business challenges and positioning our EPM solutions as critical enablers for their strategic objectives and measurable ROI.
• AI-Powered EPM Solution Storytelling: Design and deliver compelling demonstrations of our EPM solutions, showcasing how integrated AI capabilities (e.g., predictive analytics, machine learning for forecasting, generative AI for insights) enhance accuracy, automate processes, and enable more intelligent decision-making across finance, supply chain, sales, and HR.
• Deep Industry & EPM Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of EPM best practices, relevant industry trends, and how AI is transforming performance management. You'll articulate complex concepts into clear business benefits for diverse audiences and serve as a key advisor to Marketing, providing insights to drive targeted business development.

More about you:

Role Summary
As a Senior Analyst in the FP&A team, you will serve as a key financial advisor for our platform division. In this position, you will work directly with our FP&A Manager, leading the R&D organization Opex budget, driving the full lifecycle of strategic planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis. You will be instrumental in developing and tracking the KPIs that measure our innovation’s financial health.

The person in this role will succeed by synthesizing large datasets into precise financial models. They will thrive by providing proactive variance analysis and "what-if" modeling, serving as a strategic advisor who ensures R&D leadership makes data-driven decisions.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and consolidate Opex planning process for the R&D organization - including annual budget and monthly rolling forecasts.
• Support HC planning and allocation between activities.
• Analyze actual Opex results vs. plan/forecast, explain key variances, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency.
• Analyze large financial datasets, discover underlying business drivers and provide high-level summaries for executive decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with R&D and global Finance teams to ensure total alignment on spending, investment priorities, and resource utilization
• Monitor and approve PO and PR requests, followed by monthly review of expenses and expense accruals.
• Provide financial modeling and analyses to support decision making.

Who you are?
