We are seeking a hands-on Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain reliable ELT pipelines and production-grade analytics models in Snowflake.
This role requires strong SQL expertise, deep DBT experience, and demonstrated ability to independently build and troubleshoot end-to-end data pipelines — from ingestion (APIs, change data capture) through transformation and BI consumption.
The ideal candidate takes ownership of data systems, proactively identifies failure points, and delivers production-ready solutions without sustained oversight.

Reporting to the manager of the Data Engineering Pipeline team, the Staff Data Engineer will serve as the technical leader for strategic platform initiatives, beginning with a critical mission: making our data platform FEDRamp compliant.
Reporting to the manager of the Data Engineering Pipeline team, the Staff Data Engineer will serve as the technical leader for the architectural evolution of our core data platform.
This is a high-impact, strategic role where you will not be focused on day-to-day operations. You will work across multiple data, platform, and security teams to define the architectural roadmap and drive its successful execution. At Octave, we take care of all backend operations so your clinicians can focus on providing care. Our team manages credentialing, billing, marketing, technology support, and client referrals. This model fosters prevention of crises from occurring, de-escalation of potential crises, effective management of acute crises, reduction of potential and actual injury to children and employees, and opportunities to reflect on more effective ways to handle stressful situations. Upon completion of the training employees must demonstrate competency as measured by a formal written and performance-based assessments.

We are seeking motivated students looking to learn and grow their clinical skills with the help of our talented clinical supervisors. This position is only available to students in the 2026-2027 internship year of a Master level clinical program (social work, counseling, psychology).
Our internship offers an in-depth opportunity to gain clinical experience in multiple treatment modalities and theoretical frameworks with a focus on group therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT and potential additional opportunities with assessment, ERP, trauma, individual work, family, art therapy, and more. About This Role
Our Family Therapists play a key role in our multi-disciplinary teams and work to ensure synergy across treatment. As a Family Therapist in our OCD program, you’ll conduct family sessions with patients and their loved ones that will aim at providing support, offering education, and promoting collaboration. If your passion is helping those who are working to support our patients, you would be a great addition to our team.
Our centrally located Chicago office is nestled in the vibrant neighborhood of North Center, not to mention the social events hosted on our fully furnished rooftop!
