About the Role 

As a Senior Account Executive at LINQ, you will be responsible for formulating a sales strategy, driving revenue growth by executing on the sales strategy, and obtaining new customers in mid to large sized K-12 school districts in your assigned territory. Your role combines complex solution selling with strategic territory management. This position is for the Great Plains Region (including traveling to Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Kansa, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Montana)

About the Role

As a Channel Sales Manager, you'll be pivotal in scaling Verkada's reach and impact by developing and managing a network of high-performing reseller partners. Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize a go-to-market strategy specifically focused on Labor, Union, and Employer corporate partners
• Create, build, and manage relationships with key Labor, Union, EAP stakeholders, HR leaders, and benefits managers across priority markets
• Conduct cold outreach, host educational meetings, presentations, and outreach activities aimed at raising awareness of Charlie Health’s mental health resources
• Conduct in-person field outreach (3–4 days/week), leading meetings with employer-based stakeholders and community partners.
• Identify challenges in mental health access within corporate environments and collaborate with EAP providers to overcome barriers.
• Design tailored outreach strategies to engage and support HR teams, wellness coordinators, and employee resource groups
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing Labor, Union, and Employer partnerships and collaborate on long-term initiatives
• Attend and lead educational events, presentations, and outreach efforts for HR teams, corporate partners, and EAP providers to maintain engagement
• Synthesize and share feedback from Labor, Union, and EAP partners and stakeholders to inform the company's marketing and product strategies
• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, client success, and legal, to achieve go-to-market goals in the Employer channel

Requirements

• Must reside in Missouri, Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa 
• You have 5-8+ years proven sales experience - owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus
• Experience working with or selling to unions, employers, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs)
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment; highly self-initiated with a strong desire to win
• Ability to build relationships, educate, and collaborate with Labor, Union, and Employer leaders and corporate partners
• Ability to travel regionally; must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $70,000 and $93,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The Senior Director, Marketplace Strategy sets the direction for how jobs reach the right process servers quickly, how the network gets paid in ways that sustain performance, and how ABC Legal builds a marketplace that is faster, more reliable, and more competitive over time. 

This is a senior leadership role at the intersection of supply economics, behavioral design, and operational strategy. You won’t just manage systems — you’ll define the logic behind them and build the team’s capability to run a high-performing marketplace. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, energized by complex problems, and know how to move forward without waiting for perfect information. 

Reports to: VP, Process Server Network 

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead marketplace strategy across dispatch, pricing, and incentives to improve speed, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Own job routing and allocation logic, optimizing for geography, urgency, and performance while balancing fairness and quality
• Establish and evolve pay and pricing models that support both customer competitiveness and sustainable earnings for process servers
• Design and manage incentive programs that drive key behaviors such as speed, accuracy, and consistency
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate strategy into scalable systems and tools
• Own core marketplace performance metrics (e.g., utilization, time-to-placement, completion rates, cost efficiency) and drive continuous improvement
• Identify inefficiencies across the marketplace and implement solutions that improve performance without eroding network trust
• Lead experimentation efforts, including pilots and A/B tests, to evaluate and scale changes in dispatch, pricing, and incentives
• Partner with data teams to strengthen forecasting, coverage planning, and marketplace insights
• Ensure clear communication of marketplace logic and changes across internal teams and to the broader network

Qualifications: 

• Experience leading strategy in complex environments such as marketplaces, gig economy platforms, logistics, or similar systems
• Strong understanding of supply and demand dynamics, pricing strategy, dispatch or routing logic, and incentive design
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business outcomes and influence user behavior
• Fluency in unit economics and financial modeling, with the ability to evaluate trade-offs across cost, quality, and speed
• Experience designing and running experiments or pilots with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and evolve pay and pricing models that support both customer competitiveness and sustainable earnings for process servers

POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Reinsurance Management position will act as a key contact for internal and external queries related to reinsurance on both Life and Annuity products while managing a small team. • Craft and deliver a written service timeline and value proposition, showcasing our commitment to client satisfaction during annual stewardship meetings.
• Guarantee policy accuracy and alignment with proposed coverages, providing peace of mind to our clients.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from our internal team, client contacts, and carrier partners, maintaining a 24-hour response window.
• Initiate proactive correspondence with clients and insurers on a variety of topics, including coverages, rates, policy changes, audits, dividends, and billing issues. 

Qualifications:

• Possession of current state-issued insurance licenses in jurisdictions where clients or prospects are located.
• Responsible for maintaining license status through ongoing continuing education and professional development.
