General Summary:

Reporting to the Director, HR India, the Payroll Specialist will play a key role in supporting our fast-growing teams across India. This role is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for both local employees and expatriate associates on regional or long-term assignments in India. The specialist will ensure accurate and compliant payroll operations, including managing statutory requirements such as Income Tax, Gratuity, Provident Fund, Professional Tax, and Labour Welfare Fund. About the Role

The Manager of Medical Information is a key member of the Medical Affairs team who leverages therapeutic and product knowledge to oversee internal and external communication on Azurity products, including the management of unsolicited medical information requests from health care providers (HCPs) and other external stakeholders. This person will provide medical/scientific input to cross-functional teams and will also be responsible for contributing to creating reports and various scientific communications. What’s the opportunity?
As part of the CX Operations team, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of enabling operational excellence for our Customer Success organization. You will work closely with CS leaders, cross-functional teams, and project owners to identify, implement, and track key initiatives that enhance customer outcomes, retention, and experience. Your work will drive the operational rhythm, improve processes, and ensure CS teams have the insights, tools, and governance they need to deliver value consistently.

What will I be doing?

• Partner with Support leaders to define operational KPIs, build frameworks to measure success, and lead reporting initiatives
• Map out key Support processes and tools, and identify areas for automation, standardization, and optimization
• Work with data and insights teams to develop Power BI dashboards that provide real-time visibility into Supp performance
• Drive the operational cadence of QBRs, customer reviews, renewals, and risk management programs

What skills do I need?

As our Payroll Specialist, you will be required to: 

• Monthly end to end payroll processing for UK, Germany, Kenya, Namibia and South Africa.
• Review and prepare multi country payroll monthly for hourly and salaried employees in accordance with Country, regional, and local laws, and standard accounting principles.

• Maintain & audit current payroll system for time & attendance, employee records, etc. in preparation of payroll processing
• Partner with country managers and business HRs in the country to ensure all timekeeping tasks are completed, and support troubleshooting system issues
• Process voluntary deductions, garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, quarterly tax verifications, in accordance with all relevant laws
• Support tax-related reconciliations
• Partner with HRIS, local vendors, tax authorities and payroll providers, where appropriate, to ensure payroll tax payment deadlines and compliance requirements are met in all jurisdictions
• Answer employee questions related to time and attendance, paychecks, deductions, and taxes

As a Product Manager at Zenoti, you will own AI-powered, customer-facing products that directly impact revenue, conversion, retention, and operational efficiency for service-based SMBs (salons, spas, medspas, fitness).

You will be responsible for identifying high-impact problems, deciding where AI meaningfully improves outcomes (and where it doesn’t), and shipping scalable solutions from concept to adoption. This role sits at the intersection of AI, workflows, data, and GTM execution.

You’ll work closely with engineering, data science, design, GTM teams, and customers to build products that move real business metrics, not just features.

Your charter spans the entire product lifecycle: discovery, solution design, AI trade-offs, execution, launch, measurement, and iteration.

What will you do?

• Own AI-enabled product areas end-to-end, from problem definition to measurable business outcomes
• Define when to use AI vs rules, heuristics, or workflow design based on customer value, cost, and reliability
• Translate customer problems into clear product strategy, success metrics, and execution plans
