Position Summary
Arcesium seeks a talented Contract Manager to join our Client and Partner Development team. This person will facilitate and manage the contract process, facing off with clients, vendors, and strategic partners while working closely with Legal, Sales, Account Management, Product, and Finance teams internally. This individual will report to the Head of Sales Operations. Contract management is a critical part of the sales process and integral to Arcesium’s success.

Azurity is seeking an experienced in-house counsel to support its Global Infrastructure Function, which includes Finance, IT / Digital, Work Place Services, HR, EPMO, etc. The legal responsibilities for this role include statutory compliance (for the Indian entity), contracts, legal documentation, strategizing, and advisory.
The candidate must be experienced in understanding and working on the legal requirements for Finance, IT/Digital, Workplace Services, HR, and EPMO departments within an organization. They should have expertise in cross-border contracts, dealing with internal stakeholders and counterparties globally, and be well-versed in managing Contract Lifecycle Management Platform. Additionally, the candidate should have strong experience in stakeholder management and communication to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders present globally.

About the Role:
Zenoti is seeking an experienced, highly skilled CORPORATE COUNSEL with 5-6 years of legal experience in the SaaS / technology industry, specializing in negotiating enterprise-level and procurement agreements, to support and scale our global commercial operations. This role will focus on negotiating and managing SaaS and procurement contracts, partnering closely with Procurement, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to enable business growth while managing legal risk.
