The Role

The Field Program Manager (FPM) is a hands-on leader aligned to a US Army Division HQ who serves as Striveworks’ primary program leadership presence for the Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) program. This is an “ownership” role, not a coordination role; you are the primary authority for delivery, customer relationships, and growth. The FPM collaborates across a small, cross-functional project team to drive execution against the program roadmap and is the person Striveworks leadership calls when something is at risk. This position is designed for someone who has experience in complex Army environments, who understands how Division-level decisions are actually made, and who is done watching technology fail to land because nobody owned the last mile.

At Striveworks, you are trusted to operate autonomously, step into vacuums, and advocate for the end user with technical specificity. Success is measured by presence and follow-through rather than slide decks. You will serve as the company’s voice in the room, translating customer friction points into actionable technical roadmaps while maintaining a persistent pulse on how capabilities are utilized in the field. We value proactive problem-solvers who can mitigate execution risks independently and ensure that mission-critical systems land effectively within the formation.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Own the relationship: Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, from end users to Division leadership, to build trust and ensure long-term retention
• Drive growth: Identify expansion opportunities within the formation and surface competitive threats or “win signals” to leadership with enough lead time to act
• Define success: Diagnose operational problems before the customer names them, ensuring that Striveworks’ capabilities are providing measurable value
• Bridge the technical gap: Translate field needs into specific, actionable inputs for the engineering team to ensure that product development matches mission reality
• Execute the roadmap: Synchronize technical delivery with contractual milestones, the customer’s operational calendar, and exercise cycles to ensure on-time execution
• Mitigate risk: Identify delivery obstacles early, and autonomously resolve execution issues—escalating them to leadership only with recommended courses of action, not problems

This position offers a fully remote work environment, or you can work hybrid/on site at our office in northwest Austin, TX. You will be expected to travel up to 25% of the time to our customer sites at Schofield Army Barracks in Oߵahu, Hawaiߵi.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $145,000–$185,000/year. For candidates located in Hawaiߵi, the anticipated base pay range for this position is $175,000–$220,000/year. Striveworks’ total compensation package includes a competitive base salary, equity grants, and cash bonuses.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Manager, Revenue to lead key accounting operations, ensure the integrity of our financial reporting processes, and manage a high-performing team. This role will oversee the full cycle order-to-cash process, revenue recognition under ASC 606, month-end close, and preparation of audit-ready financial documentation. The ideal candidate brings strong GAAP expertise, progressive accounting experience, and a proactive, process-improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Management

• Directly manage and develop accounting staff, including hiring, on boarding, training, and performance management.
• Provide clear goals, regular feedback, and professional development to support team members.
• Review team deliverables for accuracy and completeness, ensuring high-quality output.

Revenue Recognition & Technical Accounting

• Lead and oversee revenue recognition in compliance with ASC 606, including contract review, performance obligation assessment, and revenue allocation.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and Philanthropy to review contracts and ensure proper accounting treatment.
• Prepare technical accounting memos and supporting documentation for revenue recognition conclusions.
  Monitor and implement updates to accounting standards and ensure compliance with US GAAP.

Order-to-Cash (O2C) Oversight

• Manage the full cycle order-to-cash process, including billing, cash application, accounts receivable, collections, and revenue reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing aligned with contractual terms and funding agreements.
• Oversee AR aging, allowance analysis, and bad debt provisioning.
• Evaluate and enhance O2C workflows, systems, and internal controls to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Financial Close, Reconciliations & Audit Support

• Lead key components of the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Prepare audit-ready reconciliations and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and clear audit trails.
• Serve as a primary contact for external auditors for revenue, receivables, and related areas.
• Support preparation of financial statements and variance analyses.
• Support treasury activities as needed, including cash flow monitoring, bank reconciliations, liquidity management, and coordination with banking partners.

Internal Controls & Process Improvement

• Establish and maintain strong internal controls over financial reporting.
  Identify opportunities for automation and continuous process improvement.
• Support ERP implementations, system enhancements, and documentation of accounting policies and procedures.

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including revenue accounting experience

Compensation - At Human Interest, we consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate pay range for each position, including the cost of labor in different markets across the U.S. The total On Target Earnings (OTE) for the role described in this job posting is $135,000 - $140,000 which includes a base salary of $70,000, and a variable target compensation of $70,000. The specific pay rate offered is based on the candidate’s relevant skills and experience. The Embedded Operations Manager is Striveworks’ permanent, on-the-ground presence at a US Army Division HQ, accountable for the “last mile” of the NGC2 program. Partnered with the Field Program Manager and Technical Lead, you bridge the gap between high-level program intent and daily tactical execution. Operating with high autonomy, you manage the ground-level logistics, readiness, and relationships that keep the program moving. An Embedded Operations Manager operates with autonomy, sound judgment, and an ownership mentality—not because someone is watching, but because the mission demands it. This role requires someone who can hold the ground professionally when the rest of the team is remote, who can read a room full of Soldiers and a room full of senior leaders with equal credibility, and who knows instinctively when to solve a problem and when to escalate one. As an operations manager, you take personal ownership of the mission. You are the program’s earliest warning system, ensuring that our software engineers and data scientists are perfectly synced with the unit’s operational reality.

• Ensure operational readiness: Own the preparation and execution checklists for all exercise cycles and operations, avoiding preventable gaps in systems or facilities access

THE ROLE

The Senior Technical Support Specialist will serve as the primary owner of the Khan Academy Kids support function — the trusted first point of contact for our users and a strategic partner to our Product, Engineering, and Partnerships teams. This is a build role: you'll own the end-to-end support experience for Khan Kids — designing the systems and processes that make it run, while staying in the work yourself across everything from individual parent inquiries to district-level app deployments and product release readiness.

This role supports all of Khan Kids' audiences. You'll context-switch between a parent troubleshooting an app issue and a district IT admin navigating a Clever integration, and you'll bring the same care, technical fluency, and follow-through to both. You'll also serve as the internal voice of our users, surfacing trends and insights that directly inform how we build and improve our product.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the US or Canada. Proximity to our San Mateo, CA office is a plus, as the Khan Kids Product and Engineering team is based there.

Key Responsibilities:

The approximate time allocations below reflect a typical distribution, but will shift seasonally based on user needs. For example, during back-to-school season, district and partner support will naturally take a larger share of focus.

Grassroots User Support (~40%)

• Own our Zendesk account end-to-end — managing inbound tickets from parents, teachers, and app store reviews with prompt, accurate, and empathetic responses, while also configuring workflows, macros, and tagging taxonomies to handle growing volume efficiently.
• Define, track, and report on core support metrics — including first response time, resolution time, and ticket volume — using data and AI tools to surface patterns, drive process improvements, and bring structured insights to Product and Engineering.
• Surface, replicate, and document user-reported bugs and ticket trends, serving as the go-between for users and the Product and Engineering teams to ensure issues are tracked, resolved, and informing the roadmap.
• Maintain and improve our Help Center and technical user guides — writing and updating support articles, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, release notes, and device-specific resources (e.g., Google Admin Console guides for Chromebook deployments) — leveraging AI tools for efficient content creation.
• Serve as first responder for user-facing incidents — coordinating with Engineering on triage, communicating status to affected users and partners, and documenting post-mortems.
• Conduct regular testing of the Khan Kids app experience, including structured competitor analysis of peer apps, to proactively surface friction points and keep support content accurate as the product evolves.

Partner & District Support (~40%)

• Support district rostering via Clever and manual methods, serving as a knowledgeable resource for district IT administrators navigating app deployment and setup.
• Triage, test, and track technical support issues for district and school partners, leading technical support calls as needed to resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate with our District Success Team to write and maintain district-facing support resources, ensuring partners have what they need to successfully deploy and scale Khan Kids in their schools.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with district and school partners, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and long-term engagement

Product Release Support (~20%)

• Partner with Product and Engineering to coordinate QA testing ahead of app updates, new features, and content launches — and develop corresponding support resources so users and partners are prepared from day one.
• Maintain a close working relationship with the broader Khan Academy support team to align on tools, standards, and escalation processes.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field, ideally in an EdTech or consumer app environment.
• Hands-on experience with Zendesk or a comparable support ticketing platform, including account configuration and management — not just day-to-day use.
• Experience supporting educational deployments — including rostering platforms (e.g., Clever, ClassLink), mobile device management (e.g., JAMF, Mosyle), and admin consoles (e.g., Google Admin, Apple School Manager) — or a demonstrated ability to learn complex technical ecosystems quickly.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

Stratolaunch is seeking a Sr. Account Manager – INDOPACOM to serve as a front-end Business Development leader responsible for building relationships across the regional command and driving strategic award opportunities within Indo-Pacific programs. This individual will help shape and capture opportunities by translating customer needs into funded programs, with a particular focus on how Stratolaunch’s developing Targets portfolio can support military exercises across the INDOPACOM region. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and execute the full business development lifecycle across INDOPACOM-related pursuits.
• Lead capture activities by developing win strategies, capture plans, and opportunity shaping plans that position Stratolaunch for award.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Removes, installs, reconditions, and repairs engines. Makes necessary adjustments on the engines and to the components in the various systems, such as water pumps, fuel pumps, turbochargers, generators, compressors, coolers, carburetors, and cylinder heads.
2. Performs diagnostic tests on engines for lack of power, inability and hard to start, misfiring, overheating, excessive oil consumption, and basic tests on charging system.
3. Removes, installs, and makes repairs and necessary adjustments on the various power train components such as torque converters, torque dividers, direct drive transmissions, power shift transmissions, oil and dry clutches, steering clutches, and brakes, final drives, differentials, transfer cases, gear boxes, and undercarriages.
4. Performs diagnostic tests on power train components for overheating, operational pressure checks, and slippage.
5. Removes, installs, reconditions, repairs, and makes necessary adjustments on the various hydraulic controls and components such as cylinders, pumps, valves, and hydraulic attachments.

POSITION SUMMARY: Under the general direction of the Service Manager, with little or no supervision, the Tech 3 shall perform highly skilled work in the repairing, reconditioning, testing, and adjusting of all equipment sold by Hawthorne.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Remove, install, recondition, and repair engines. As well as make necessary adjustments on the engines and to the components in the various systems, such as water pumps, fuel pumps, turbochargers, generators, compressors, coolers, carburetors, and cylinder heads.
2. Perform diagnostic tests on engines for lack of power, inability and hard to start, misfiring, overheating, excessive oil consumption, and basic tests on charging system.
3. Remove, install, and make repairs and necessary adjustments on the various power train components such as torque converters, torque dividers, direct drive transmissions, power shift transmissions, oil and dry clutches, steering clutches, and brakes, final drives, differentials, transfer cases, gear boxes, and undercarriages.
4. Perform diagnostic tests on power train components for overheating, operational pressure checks, and slippage.
5. Remove, install, recondition, repair, and make necessary adjustments on the various hydraulic controls and components such as cylinders, pumps, valves, and hydraulic attachments.
6. Perform diagnostic tests on hydraulic systems for operational pressures and flow check.
7. Must be able to meet flat rate as established by Caterpillar and industry standards.
8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Develop account plans and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) that align Mattermost capabilities to Navy mission requirements and long-term strategic priorities.
• Provide competitive intelligence and market feedback to product, marketing, and leadership teams to inform Mattermost's federal go-to-market strategy.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a minimum of 4 years selling directly into U.S. Navy or broader DoD accounts
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota, with deal sizes of $500K–$5M+
• Established network of relationships within the Navy: program offices, N-codes (N2/N6), PEO organizations, commands, and/or supporting prime contractors
• Experience co-selling with Federal Systems Integrators and navigating partner-influenced deal structures
• Deep familiarity with Navy and DoD acquisition processes, including FAR/DFARS, contract vehicles (GSA MAS, SEWP, CIO-SP3, DIBNet, etc.), and funding mechanisms (O&M, RDT&E, SBIR/STTR)
• Experience selling into CMMC, FedRAMP, IL4/IL5/IL6, or similar DoD compliance environments
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills; comfortable briefing flag officers, SES civilians, and C-level executives

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Ensures successful operations of daily branch responsibilities by daily review of all timecards and service reports, daily work in progress (WIP) review, and reviewing work orders prior to closing.
2. Maintains records by recording problems and corrective actions planned and completing service reports and SIMS.
3. Assists with managing costs by identifying work orders that are higher than the estimated or quoted cost and reviewing the work schedule to update WIP priorities, segments, parts, deliveries, and completion deadline. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Job Title:           Technical Services Support Admin Intern

POSITION SUMMARY:   Under direct supervision of the Technical Services Manager, this position exists to assist the Technical Services Manager as a liaison between the dealership and CAT®. The incumbent will work in support of the Technical Services Manager to communicate with Caterpillar® and relay any pertinent information as needed to the dealership and the customers. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Working under the direction of HPC Technical Services Manager, (TSM) keeps personnel informed of the latest updates from CAT® by maintaining a Technical Library and distributing technical information within HPC.
2. Assists TSM in accurately providing timely information to Sales, Parts, and Service by meeting customer needs and minimizing or eliminating startup and operating problems, reducing rework, and verify any complaints by comparing operation with normal or specified operation.
3. Assists TSM in administering the appropriate Sales and Service literature by identifying application zone and describing critical factors and recommendations to factory or user as needed.
4. Assists TSM to determine cause of wear, failure, reusability, and salvage methods on worn or failed parts.
5. Assists with conducting inspections and generating reports of deficiencies for user or for factory.
6. Assists TSM with measuring scheduled oil sampling results and makes recommendations to user as needed.
7. Takes into consideration Dealer and factory liability when reporting and investigating an accident in support of TSM.
8. Assists TSM in administering and maintaining ongoing log of product problems and actions that were needed to resolve.
9. Provides technical assistance for the internal HPC employees.
10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
11. Works safely at all times and follows HPC safety policies, procedures and practices.
12. Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. Must have a high school diploma or have passed a GED test or can provide verification of all formal classroom study or hands on experience related to heavy equipment repairs.
2. Enrollment in an accredited 2-4 year Post Secondary Technical Education Program, with a minimum of one semester completed.
3. AA degree from a trade school preferred.
4. Must have a valid Hawaii “Class 3” Driver’s License with a good driving record.
5. Must have working knowledge of Word, Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
7. Ability to work in team environment and possess positive attitude.
8. Ability to multitask and establish priorities.
9. Ability to maintain a flexible attitude and approach towards assignments and successfully operate under ambiguous guidelines.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

1. Walking: Moves about on foot often through uneven terrain.
2. Handling: Picks up items, helps or works with hands.
3. Lifting: Up to 60lbs.  Daily; frequent exertion.
