The Specialist – Annuity Processing (Post-Issue) is responsible for managing post-issue annuity tracking and overall work a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This role supports the ongoing service of annuity contracts after policy issuance and requires working knowledge of annuity products, strong attention to detail, and the ability to Ensure team meets SLA, Accuray targets.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Monitor processing of post-issue annuity transactions including policy changes, withdrawals, transfers, beneficiary updates, address changes, and ownership updates
• Review and validate post-issue requests and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure all transactions comply with company policies, carrier guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Ensure Team is performing calculations related to withdrawals, surrender charges, fees, and tax implications as applicable
• Research and resolve discrepancies, errors, or missing information through coordination with internal teams, carriers, and external partners
• Ensure team Updates and maintains accurate records in policy administration systems
• Meet established service-level agreements (SLAs), productivity targets, and quality standards
• Identify trends, recurring issues, and process improvement opportunities
• Provide guidance or informal mentoring to Associate I team members as needed
• Participate in audits, quality reviews, and compliance checks
Map and optimize workflows; define SOPs, work instructions, and control checklists.

As a Corporate Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective accounting processes and manuals, internal controls, and compliances, to ensure timely and accurate preparation and reporting of financial statements. In this role, you will have plenty of opportunity to grow professionally, take independent decisions with respect to accounts operations including compliances and manage a team of 3-4 accountants. You will be reporting to the senior management including the CEO and be part of the Accounts and Finance team of 8 people.

About the Role
We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with 3–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience to manage accounting operations, statutory compliances, and treasury management for a group of real estate entities.
The role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong ownership, capable of handling multiple entities, regulatory compliances, vendor management, and financial reporting. The candidate will also play a key role in strengthening internal processes and ensuring timely compliance with statutory requirements.
The role involves close coordination with senior management, auditors, and internal teams including operations.
